All that you wanted to know about how a BPO operates but did not know whom to ask, now available in one place. Great coverage of subject for people wanting to make a career in the BPO industry. Bound to give you a headstart over others who are in the running for the same promotion and job. Moreover, not merely a dry read. The author’s style, which is humorous and satirical, makes for interesting reading. He also poses queries that force you to think.

I think reading and understanding this book can give you a headstart of at least 3 years in terms of knowledge. Knowledge that you would gain through trial and error, and experience, is now available in a small package. Get the knowledge and surprise your seniors. I doubt if any other industry has a comprehensive “how to” book like this one on BPO. Will enable you to get a perspective wider than your current job.
