Anto was coarse , rough and emotionally cold with the exception of Marisol. I thought her character was the perfect match to Anto. She added a little sweetness to his life which I felt was desperately needed. I guess I have a slight case of infatuation myself lol. I am highly intrigued by the back story going on. I am even worrying that my favorite couple might have some woes (not with each other) further on into the series. You get a finish for each couple but I like knowing they might pop up in other books so I get to see what is happening with them. I am greatly enjoying this series which has kept me riveted to my kindle I definitely recommend!

This book was perfect from beginning to end! It had everything I look for in dark romantic suspense: kidnapping, hot sex scenes, humour and bad guys. I especially loved how normal and relatable Mari was. Her reactions to being kidnapped were so realistic that it put me right in the scenes. And Anto, the psycho tattooed Russian thug that kidnaps her, whoa!!! My only problem with this book?... It left me wanting so much more Anto and more Jasmin! I need the next book right now please.

The best one in the series so far! Get your fans out ladies. This guy is hot!
I love the raw feel to these books, the choppy writing style, and the stark, gritty possibility of it! The guys are dark and dangerous. The scene descriptions are vivid, and the sex is wild!
Do we really know who they work for? Do they? The Russian maffia have links to everyone, they can influence anyone. Kill anyone! Marisol is about to become the next victim, until Anto steps in and and saves her. Or is his little rabbit saving him? With one faction pitted against another and no one he can trust, his world could drag him under into the darkness, but Marisol is like a small flame that roars into a ball of fire searing his heart...And his body! But is this guy too stubborn to be brought quite to his knees? Well, I am not going to tell you! Read it and see!

Kept me hooked
I wasn’t sure where this story was going, as the early part seemed very slow going. I admit, I nearly put it down. Then I thought, “No, Anton is too fascinating for that.”
I am glad I did. The middle and end grabbed hold of me and had me hooked. The way that the person behind the attempted murder was revealed, the sheer nature of the plot web ... wow!
Book 5 is queued to read next month.

Review
Well written and full of suspense, action, steamy sex, action and violence so if you're not into any of those things don't read this series. I however realize it's a work of fiction and read with relish.
