The operation area of airline covers six continents and having extensive domestic coverage. Delta Air Lines have nearly 80,000 employees and generally, it operates over 5,000 flights every day. It is one of the four founding members of the SkyTeam airline alliance, the other three being Air France, Korean Air, and Aeroméxico. It is a major American airline having headquartered in Atlanta, Georgia, it operates under the name of Delta Air Lines, Inc. ( DAL). It is the world's largest airline in respect of scheduled passenger traffic and fleet size in 2011-2012. It is also the second-largest in terms of revenue passenger-kilometers flown in 2012.Regional service for the airline is served by Delta Connection.
