While Tsukasa is reviving a bunch of strong and useful people, Senku is creating scientific tools like a cellphone and a freaking car. I have to admit that Tsukasa is very smart because he guessed that Senku would create vehicles to fight him. We know that Tsukasa is absurdly strong and he has more people as strong as him like Hyoga. Seeing Taiju and Yuzuriha after so long was really good. There are also new characters introduced from Tsukasa's army like Ukyo the sonar guy. I liked the book in general. I think it was a good way to start this war. I'm curious to see what Senku creates next.

So the funny thing about best laid plans, is that more often than not, things go off the rails...sometimes rather quickly.
The good guys caught the scout that was tailing them, but then after successful installation of their Fool-the-Bad-Guys device, the one who has to imitate the pop star is pinned down by an archer with super hearing & keen eyesight. And when one of the party sacrifices themselves to get him back to the village, he's now a hostage! But then the Fool-the-Bad-Guys device is brought to someone who's a superfan of the pop star our guy is imitating, so she starts grilling them with obsessed fangirl questions! Not only that, but the nerds are on their way to launch a pre-emptive strike and rescue that hostage dude!

The further I read this manga the more I love it! I love all the characters and watching them learn. I think Great Detective Suika must be my favorite manga character ever 😭🙏

Lebih enjoy volume ini dibandingkan sebelumnya. Di mana sesi membuat mobil dan tank-nya dipercepat, dan sesi action dan main intriknya yang diperdalam. Masih seru mengikuti cerita dengan premis unik ini.

Bueno bueno bueno, que ha llegado un tomo que deja atrás los momentos emotivos y nos tira por la cabeza muchísimas creaciones de nuestro científico favorito.
Ya con el teléfono en marcha para el imperio de Tsukasa, Senku crea varias cosas para distraer y detener a quien los vigila, Homura. Primero crea unas bombas, que hace explotar para alejarla del camino por donde se aleja el grupo del teléfono. Luego, para detenerla mientras Kohaku la persigue, hace uso de una bombilla de flash, la cual arroja frente a la chica y activa logrando una fuerte luz que no solo la deja cegada a ella sino también a todos los presentes (menos a él que se ha llevado algo para cubrirse los ojos. Hombre precavido vale por dos dicen). En un movimiento que nos sorprende, Senku la retiene para luego ser volteado por ella sin problemas antes de escapar porque nuestro protagonista de casualidad pesa 60 kilos mojado, pero esto solo ha sido una estrategia. Al instante nos enteramos que ha hecho eso como una excusa para llenarla de polvo de tungsteno para usarlo como una guía para seguirla, ya que también ha creado una especia de farol de luz negra para imitar la luz ultravioleta y poder ir tras ella. Debo admitir que esto es de las pocas que he entendido a la primera, incluso sin su explicación.
Después de idas y venidas, intercambio de información en código morse con el grupo de Gen, atrapan a Homura y los demás logran enterrar el teléfono en lo que es "la tumba de Senku", puesto allí por Taiju y Yuzuriha para que nadie sospeche que su amigo sigue vivo. La cosa se complica cuando son detectados por Ukyo, un arquero con un oído totalmente increíble a quien deben despistar como sea para lograr su objetivo así que Chrome y Magma deciden ser los cebos para que Gen pueda escapar y volver a la aldea de inmediato. Por otro lado, tenemos el emotivo reencuentro de Senku con sus amigos a través del teléfono, que es de lo más hermoso y tierno del mundo, lo que lleva a que, cuando Gen vuelve, intenten engañar a quien vigila a Taiju y Yuzuriha con la imitación de Lilian. Aunque no funciona del todo, si se hacen con una nueva aliada y saben que eso ya es una victoria aunque todo se vuelve a torcer cuando Magma vuelve y anuncia que Chrome es ahora un rehén de Tsukasa porque él mismo se entregó.
Ukyo realmente salva a Chrome mintiendo ante Tsukasa, sin ninguna razón aparente. Volviendo a la aldea, Senku se viene arriba y se saca de la manga uno de los mayores inventos hasta ahora: quiere crear un auto. Se te cae la mandíbula al suelo, pero venga, es Senku, ¿quién si no sería capaz de hacerlo? Cuando este está terminado, anuncia que hay que subir todas las cosas científicas y a los ancianos de la aldea porque irán directamente a enfrentarse a Tsukasa, pero uno de los ancianos le dice que ellos no irán. Le dice que ellos podrían haber transportado todas las cosas en varios viajes, pero aún así decidió crear el auto porque ellos no podían desplazarse a su ritmo y aunque él niega esto, todos sabemos que en parte es verdad
Y para cerrar, conectado a lo anterior, me quedo con algo que Tsukasa le dice a Hyoga. Citándolo textualmente "Aunque Senku parezca frío, realmente no puede abandonar a sus amigos. Esa es su mayor debilidad." Lo dice en alusión a que obviamente irá a buscar a Chrome y por primera vez estoy de acuerdo contigo, Tsukasa no tan querido, porque en esta tienes la razón. Aunque no lo demuestre directamente, Senku es totalmente leal a sus amigos, jamás abandonaría a alguien así como así y siempre busca la forma de ayudarlos. Lo vemos en acciones muy pequeñas, a veces camufladas por otra cosas o intenciones, pero que están ahí y quedan muy claras porque nuestro Senku tiene un corazón enorme y eso es algo que amo muchísimo de él.

Esta serie me entretiene y me divierte mucho. Es bien interesante ver cómo los inventos de Senku, se ven bastante probables de realizar. En mi trabajo me dedico a llevar un laboratorio con máquinas que nos permiten fabricar casi cualquier cosa, estoy muy familiarizado con muchos de los procesos que Senku describe y utiliza, y viéndolo de manera lógica, necesitarías suerte para obtener todos los materiales tan fáciles como ellos, pero si tuvieras acceso a ellos, si se podría realizar lo que Senku hace.
Leer esta historia me hace pensar en qué haría yo en esa misma situación y me divierte mucho.
De este tomo me gustó ver también el motivo de Tsukasa. También tiene razón, si llegan a darle más trasfondo en el siguiente tomo sería muy bueno porque dejaría de ser un enemigo "malvado" a derrotar y se volvería en un verdadero antagonista para Senku. Tienen que desarrollarlo más porque ahorita, su fuerza bruta y su practicidad, no lo ponen al mismo nivel que Senku a mi parecer.
Su plan de utilizar a una cantante para atraer a la gente al bando de Senku no me convence del todo, pero será interesante ver cómo evoluciona eso en los siguientes tomos, muchas de las cosas que hace Senku tienen varias capas de profundidad y giros que lo hacen bien interesante.

Senku e compagni devono ingannare Homura per poter portare il loro primitivo cellulare nel territorio dell'impero di Tsukasa e mettersi in contatto con Tanju. Ma il piano di trovare nuovi alleati riuscirà a coinvolgere anche la guardia Nicky? E Magma e Chrome riusciranno a uscire vivi dal territorio nemico? Un volume molto commovente e anche divertente in molto punti; ci permette di avere uno sguardo particolare dell'impero di Tsukasa e conoscere altri suoi alleati e le loro particolarità. E Senku ci regala una nuova invenzione incredibile: l'automobile! Io sento di essere ormai così tanto in sintonia con Gen Asagiri che ormai faccio le sue stesse facce a queste rivelazioni... Ma Senku non ci ha mai deluso (più o meno) quindi vedremo che combinerà e cosa succederà... Forse mi ripeto, ma questa serie mi appassiona sempre di più ad ogni volume, mi sta davvero piacendo molto e la consiglio tantissimo (anche l'anime che seguo bello, ma lo trovo un po' lento e sfrutta poco la tensione di molti punti del manga a mio modesto parere).

Damn, Chrome is KILLING it in this story! Holy shit, from his refusal to sell out his friends, accepting death as a consequence, AND realizing that he shouldn't have to rely on someone else to save him, he's really showing his growth and I LOVE IT!
Something else I liked was seeing how Tsukasa saved him, even though he wouldn't have lost anything by killing him. It circles back to my theory that he actually doesn't like killing people, especially living ones, and he'd rather achieve his goals without bloodshed. I'm curious to see where his character goes from here, but I actually like him quite a bit (as a character, not a villain).
It looks like the battle's gonna start next volume, and I am so DAMN nervous about how it's gonna go! I hope my babies make it out in one piece!

Now we’re talking. The Stone Wars have really started, very quietly with the technology team driving thee initiative. Which seems rather unbelievable. The power of human martial skills and physical ability is through the roof in Dr. Stone, haha. Same goes for scientific progress, though.
I still can’t get over the “I gotta believe in science” and nearly every character having a knack for sniffing out duplicity. The second one adds tension, so I get it and kinda` like it. Science as religion is too much, man. That’s the vibes I get anyway. If anything you should be showing what science is capable of and not just what our society already produced (at least its different stylistically).
Get excite. On to the next!

This is first time I'm reading the story without having seen it. It's definitely still super entertaining, though I still feel for me it suffers from some pacing issues. It goes through inventions, scenes, people moving around too fast for my taste. Maybe it's to demostrate that science will lead to more and faster science. Maybe it's to keep the attention of the intended shounen audience. I hope there'll be a second season of the anime, because I feel that was certainly better paced. Okay enough about comparing the two, because from here on out it's all just manga, and I'll try my best to judge solely that.

The "Stone Wars" begin as they try to use cell phones to play music and lie to people but also make vehicle and stuff because they want to science the not-science people by using science did I mention this volume has some science but some don't have science so they use science to out-science the ones without science? Science! War! Science! So much science! Do science things that the not science people cannot do because they do not science but our characters can science! Science!!!

It's crazy to see how science can just continue to grow and build from previous discoveries and inventions! Senku demonstrates this very well in this volume. The story is really picking up and we finally get to see Taiju and Yuzuriha. There is good character development for Chrome which we'll see more of in the next volume! The Tsukasa group is really in for some disruption.

The Plot Progresses
The plot progresses nicely, and we see some new and fun inventions like before.
I got a little bored halfway through, but once I got past those few pages and saw the latest and craziest invention, I was so shocked Senku could make all this crazy technology during the second Stone Age I had to keep reading.

Коли науку перемішують з сюжетом (а це ж головна ідея цієї манги, так?) у пропорції, де сюжету більше, то стає набагато краще. Ще й додали додатковий рівень інтриги: можливо, у команді Цукаси є окремий зрадник з власними амбіціями (качкова опозиція, вперед!). 8-й том читається швидше, ніж попередній.

In diesem Band gibt es viel Taktik zu sehen. Dabei kommt die Action nicht zu kurz. Der wissenschaftliche Teil ist im Gegensatz zum letzten Band wieder etwas kurzer gehalten. Dadurch hatte ich etwas mehr Spaß, da ich mir die wissenschaftlichen Zusammenhänge eher weniger merken kann.
Die Zeichnungen passen wieder zum Gesamtbild. Der Band hat wieder sehr viel Spaß gemacht.

The way Senku tackle problems by dissecting it into smaller chunks is just how we do things irl which makes this series more realistic and easy to understand. And trust Boichi to deliver the best artwork to make it more fun for the readers.

Being better and better. I love how they were able to use science to make a car and the reunion with the other two. I also like how they were able to turn one of Tsukasa Empire to the Kingdom Of Science too.

4/5 I had a lot of fun with this volume. A lot more going on as our team starts trying to win over Tsukasa’s warriors. Chrome is kidnapped and the team starts developing the steam engine. A lot of wacky fun.

I'm still enjoying this, but it's starting to push what I'm willing to accept. I kind of liked it better when we saw more of the process for how they made things. Now they'll just say they're building a car, list a few materials, and two pages later they're done.
