Favorite graphic novels. I'm a competitive dancer and I can relate to all those things. Love seeing a graphic novel involving dance!

Miss 7 continues to enjoy these books - though I wish for better messaging. There's still the usual gender stereotypes, fat shaming, and the girls not really having any interests other than dance and boys. The girls celebrate Halloween, Christmas, and go on tour over the holidays.

Miss 7 and I like to explore different books and authors at the library, sometimes around particular topics or themes. We try to get different ones out every week or so; it's fun for both of us to have the variety and to look at a mix of new & favourite authors.

De nieuwste van Dance Academy, en wat was ie leuk. Bijna dit hele boek gaat over de tournee van de meiden. Een maand lang, overal optreden. Echt geweldig. Ook die jongens die de meiden overal volgden was grappig (alleen had ik medelijden met ze op het einde).

Ook mooi vond ik als je het boek open doet, de cover loopt daarin door, en het was hilarisch om te zien wat er gebeurde. :D
