This was a required text for my integrated case studies class. The chapters were short which enhanced the readability. Unfortunately, this felt like "highlights" of the particular topics covered. The information would have been more useful if it was expanded a little more. The transitions weren't great and it jumped around a lot. Putting the exemplars at the beginning of the chapter instead of the end would have made more sense. There were so many graphics and boxes and tables, it affected the cohesiveness of the text. It created breaks in the flow of the text. The case study examples at the end of the chapters were great. They were well-written and interesting.
