Detailed book with some good, concrete ideas and lots of forms, worksheets, visuals. The only thing I didn't like was the emphasis on rewards. They have their place sometimes, but overall I think we would want children to learn how to work through the anxiety, not just put up with it in order to get a reward.

I really wish I’d had this book 9 years ago! Great examples, practical advice, step-by-step suggestions for particular situations, and this should be on every SM child’s parent’s shelf and available as a resource in every school. The section on IEP’s and accommodations was particularly helpful.
