**Alien Space Pirates was a serial that was previously published! This book is the complete serial in one novel/volume - all three parts have been combined to make this one novel!**
They say no one can hear you scream in space, and that really sucks for me...

**Note: Alien Space Pirates is a serial that was previously published!! This is the complete serial!! All three books are included in this one volume! Enjoy!! :)**
Actually, this was a fun romp among the stars, with double- and triple-crosses between various aliens, both friend and foe. There was sex, but it was really secondary to the adventure and the growing trust between these two crazy kids.
This is such awesome book with just as interesting characters? It's an adventure; you will not be able to put it down? Filled with steamy romance and highly recommended.
Very entertaining. Glad I discovered this series. Light hearted and full of adventure. Descriptive planets and alien characters, humorous, flirty and sexy. Nothing too heavy so it was a nice fantasy tale.
Darkhar is on a job. His list includes nabbing 1 of 2 human females for he and his friend, and partner, to trade in for cash. It was supposed to be a simple job. Humans have been described as meek and of lower intelligence, therefore an easy capture and payday. In reality, Dani and Jordan are decidedly not meek. They put up a hell of a fight. And then the nagging begins. No, humans definitely aren't meek and stupid. Or silent. Dani won a lottery for a free trip to the ISS, International Space Station. This was the chance of a lifetime for a geek like her. Eight months of exercise, studies and preparation to undergo before actually making the trip only to discover that actual zero gravity does not agree with her stomach. At all. But the kidnapping? That just pisses her off. The dart to the butt was also totally unnecessary. To find out that the roided out smurf thinks that humans are basically cattle doesn't earn him any brownie points, either. Humans might just be getting into space but at least they aren't raiding other planets and selling the beings as slaves! So, being a third the size of her captor, and unable to kill him with her spork, she sets off on guilting him for his shameful behavior. But can she convince him that she's worth more than the payoff before she's supposed to be delivered?
Spoilers ahead- Dani was hysterical. Darkhar was decidedly stoic and lacking much in the way of humor. Reading their story was a trip. Not sure how Darkhar went from a Peacekeeper to a slave trader. Seems like a chunk of story was missing there to go from one extreme to another. Something more than disillusionment had to occur. Dani, with her sarcasm and acerbic nature, about drives Darkhar insane. Her inner monologues were as funny as his confusion over slang. The other aliens were interesting. Maybe we can "meet" more of the less seedy ones in the sequel with Jordan? It seemed like every alien in this one was determined to either keep her as a pet, a toy or a future meal...or a combination of all of them. Although, the tree tribe was a bit more humorous about it. There were a few typos, some grammatical oopsies and other things that popped up but otherwise this was a fun, and funny, read.
It started off really well with decent world and character building. I love a sassy, strong female main character and the main male is strong, sexy and has an interesting back story that points to some good story throughout the rest of the book but I couldn't get past the edit this book really needs to remove the minor mistakes and a tidy up of some scenes that seems to drag on too long taking away from the romance element. could have been better, but lots of other reviews seems to really like it.
Since I've read Jordans story first... Dani's story was almost as good. Definitely worth reading . It's interesting and really funny even though at times I wished Dani would just shut up ! This book says it's the complete serial - 3 books in 1 volume. I seem to be only finding 1 book , Dani's story. Am I missing something ? Where are the other 2 ? I only need book 3 . Well , anyway, I'll find it .😁
I read about 300 books a year, this is my second in 4 days by this author. I found it original and hilarious. But more so it is a powerful adventure story about staying true to yourself. I loved big blue and Dani ‘s story. It was exciting and developed. Had enough real emotions and romance to keep it scratching the itch ;). Too bad a few typos, but I liked the story too much to care.
27 typos, that's more than one per chapter. This was an interesting little romp. However, I'm not going to go out of my way to recommend it to anyone. The H was boorish. The h was just not interesting. The adventure, the aliens, and the sci-fi aspects were interesting. Someone else who loves alien romance might think that this was awesome. I don't feel compelled to read the next book unless I get a deal on it. It's possible that I might like it better.
I felt like I was all over the place with this book. But I enjoyed it. Some things seemed to be dragged on and at times I thought I was never going to finish. I still liked the story line and the characters. I think I'll be reading the second book in the series, which I'm hoping deals with Jordan and the other alien.
This was a really fun romp of reading. I laughed out loud many times. The Mercurial Dani is such a handful for the very stoic Truvian warrior/smuggler, Dahkar, that you wonder if there is ANY hope for their unusual romance. There is one adventure after another too. I recommend this book and look forward to more from Mara Frost.
I found this book to be humorous and full of action. There were times I felt so sorry for the alien Dakhar because Dani was enough to annoy anyone. But she was so snarky and funny. If you enjoy alien romance, great characters and an action filled story you will enjoy this book.
I actually read this book first, not realizing there was one before it. The first page had me laughing out loud, and it only got better from there. I loved everything about this story... fingers crossed the author is going to give us more!
I call it chaotic fun ,kind of like the perils of Pauline . Just as the heroine gets out of one mess she finds another one with her big blue male pulling her out of trouble. Definitely a fun book.
Big Blue kidnaps Dani from the space station intending to sell her. I wasn't crazy about this book because of his behavior for the first chunk of the book.
