Pirate Booty
Pirate Booty is Aunt Tillie's second book in the Miss Fortune World, and was originally released in 2017.
Ida Belle buys a pirate costume at an estate sale and is soon convinced that the old costume once belonged to notorious pirate Jean Lafitte. She's also convinced that Lafitte has buried a treasure deep within the woods surrounding the town of Sinful. With clues from some old maps Fortune, Ida Belle and Gertie begin the hunt that could bring them riches beyond their wildest dreams, but could also bring Fortune a long prison sentence.
Fortune has a new admirer, and apparently, so does Ida Belle.
Pirate Booty is Fan Fiction, written by a fan of Jana DeLeon's Miss Fortune series, and has approval to write within her world.

A bit better than the first fan fiction offering Jambalaya.
These are not bad.offerings they are quite well written.but...... to my mind, they just miss the mark a bit. The characters are not quite right, case in point in this one Ida Belle is a bit mean to Gertie and when she thinks they have found pirate treasure turns greedy. Not in character Gertie is closer.than a sister to Ida Belle and the two share life experiences which have irrevocably tied them together. Fortune is also very blase in this book about her safety (she's hiding from an arms dealer who wants her dead after all) her doesn't mind being captured on YouTube video. Just small.gripes but they could be o much better with just a little bit of work......

Buried treasure ain't what it used to be
Gertie, Ida Belle and Fortune go to an estate sale and find some old pirate stuff and part of a map. They are convinced it it a treasure map and Marge happened to have the second half locked in her secret closet. The girls figure out where they need to look for the treasure. Then the old and new bodies start showing up and Fortune is a suspect. The treasure is found and Fortune is cleared. When Ida Belle opens the treasure chest, it is not what she expected. A well written story but Gertie would hopefully never leave her phone live streaming on you tube.

Let's hear it for Aunt Tilly!
A great read! The hilarity just aided and abetted the mystery in the entertainment department. This was a marvelous adventure for the imagination. Five stars just aren't enough.
This series with these characters are some of the best fiction I've had the pleasure to read by some of the best writers I've ever read.

Guns, Roses,and Black eyes!
Well the ladies of sinful are at it again. Between pirate costumes,
and old antique hunting. Things come to a boil. Mystery lover and
Cilia on her way to a beat down. But you are going to have to read it for your self. A great read, with lots of action. The SLS deliver the
goods in this book. Another great read.

Loved It!
I really enjoyed this book. I just really like the characters and enjoy reading about their escapades. Please keep entertaining us Aunt Tillie!

Mixed up characters
I think Aunt Tillie got the characters of Bertie and Ida Belle mixed up as each has the characteristics of the other.

Fun story
This one fun pirate treasure search with murder mystery . I believe this was early Amazon world one set in miss fortune world. Story time wise is after second book in series.no think. Characters are slightly off not as well developed or main ones fit like glove to Jana like Aunt Tillie more recent books do. Still great fun story good mystery lots of funny parts and twist turns.

Humor back
The girls kept a fast pace on this one. Had to repeat text to speech several times to catch up.So glad Miss Fortune didn't cease
