Wow! I'm trying to be realistic about my reviews here, especially limiting my 5 star reviews to only my very favorites, but this deserves the highest rating. So many things to love here.
This contains many different and unique prayers without having to wade through the standards most every Catholic already knows that pretty much just take up space in other prayer books.
There are blank pages throughout to add your own prayers, and the author's intro encourages marking this and even pasting or putting a sticky note or whatever over the prayers here that don't do it for you! I think that's a very honest, realistic way to look at things. While I've done this with other prayer books, I'm impressed the author suggests that for his own.
I was not familiar with the Flynn's and there are a number of prayers written by them which are quite impressive. I've already started using one of Erin's Spiritual Communion prayers regularly.
Physically, to use a common book term, it's an extremely handsome book! Leather cover, nice ribbon, and the pages are thick and feel great! I didn't think I was very tactile, but some books like this feel so nice that it motivates me to use them besides the excellent content.
The majority of prayers here are what I am either familiar with and love, and many I was not that I also like very much. I think I now own a variety of around 20 Catholic prayer books and this is my only one that has the Mary Undoer of Knots novena which I appreciate being included.
There's so MUCH to appreciate about this. The handy size, yet very readable font, print and beige-ish paper that feels so good it really does make it a spiritual resource companion you can take anywhere.
I'm looking forward to many years of enjoying this.

Love it! Nice sturdy pages that will last for years of use. Blank pages to write my own prayers on so I can make it my own. When I add all my favorite prayers this will be the only prayer book I need. I love the prayers Vinny Flynn has in here. Inspired me to pray more personal prayers. I can't recommend highly enough!
