this was good, this was really good. a lot of backstory and it actually helped me understand the story. imma need some goliath backstory - which are there dinosaurs and gorillas but ginger looks like a kraken?

I enjoyed it for it to be a short quick read. Rating graphic novels for me is tricky but overall a 3 star is not bad.

I read Issues 3, 4, 5 in quick succession so I don't remember what specifically happened in each one. I enjoyed this first set of Goliath Girls comics and I look forward to more of their stories!

When the world is taken over by giant creatures called ‘Goliaths’, do you choose to fight them, or protect them? Three badass FMCs fight to protect their Goliath who they’d raised from birth with the hope to live with the Goliaths instead of at war with them. Another group of girls oppose them with the opinion that humanity will be saved when the Goliaths are all dead. These two groups are deeply connected in complex relationships including childhood friends, sapphic relationships and bitter hatred. This was such a fun, beautifully illustrated read. I can’t wait for the series to be continued!!

O terceiro volume da saga Goliath Girls continuará a nos mostrar as lutas entre kaijus e as diferentes facções que querem controlá-los. No entanto, também temos diversos flashbacks em que descobrimos mais sobre o passado das personagens e como elas costumavam se relacionar, o que mostra o interessante contraste entre as garotas e seus objetivos.
E eu não posso deixar de dizer: Ginger Spice é a Kaiju mais fofa desse mundo!
