The Phoenix Club Girl Diaries is how I found Addison Jane. When I finished reading the two books in that series, I jumped back to start at the beginning with The Club Girl Diaries series because the worlds are interconnected. Actually, all her worlds are interconnected so I’m looking forward to going back and reading these connections because I’m just OCD about things like that LOL
I didn’t not like the series, but I was very unimpressed with the storylines. For me, and maybe that comes from reading so much, they were too predictable and the inconsistencies in the plot were something I just couldn’t get past. Some of the editing errors throughout the stories are huge. Everything from grammar to simple spelling to using Columbian instead of Colombian (as an example) ran ramped thru every book. Some of the books touched on some intense life circumstances but yet I felt no real tug of emotion when I read them.
Since I’ve read her recent work, I can safely say that most of this has improved with the newer stories, at least of the ones I’ve read. The Phoenix series reads on a much higher lever than this one, in my opinion, so I’m looking forward to reading her future work and see how she continues to connect her worlds.

It feels like the first 1/3 to 1/2 of this one was things we already knew, just with a few more details. Once things caught up to the current time line things moved faster. I felt bad for Sugar and all she went through, glad that she found a place with the club. I also felt bad for Wrench for not being able to take their relationship out in the open. Things got crazy towards the end. I was glad that Sugar did what she needed to to protect the club. Glad too that in the end she beat the 2 horrible bastards and that really is the best revenge.

Wrench - The Club Girl Diaries Book 6 by Addison Jane
Once again Addison Jane has written a fantastic addition to the Club Girl Diaries Series.
Sugar who is the mother of Harlyn who’s dads happens to be president of the Brothers by Blood Motorcycle Club has some secrets and will do anything to protect her daughter and keep her safe.
Wrench who in the previous stories we know as the computer tec/hacker who can find anything out the club needs. Wrench is very loyal to his brothers but he can't help wanting something he knows he shouldn't even considering touching. Sugar is after all the presidents ex and mother of his daughter.
This story has some twists, turns and wow I was surprized. I actually didn't think this would be one of my favorite books as I wasn't really into these two characters from the previous books, I have to admit I was shocked on how much I enjoyed Wrench and Sugar. This is a must read!!
I have rated Wrench 5 stars and would recommend all my friends and followers to read this series. Addison Jane is one of my favorite authors who her writing is phenomenal.

5 Star Kindle Unlimited Read
Sugar and Wrench had a long bumpy road thus fear in relationship. Sugar continued to want to keep there relationship secret and it seemed that Wrench wanted to as well. The question is why?
There are many reasons as to why including the hands off order Op issued. But where Wrench wants to lay it all down for Sugar, she can't let him. It's more than that. Sugar has demons in her past and now that she is back, they she is back home, the demons are back. Some are in sheep's clothing.
The series is straight and the cliffhanger with Sky and her mysterious past is about to show it's ugly head as her sister has also escaped their past and has been brought to Sky.

I found this one very hard to follow. If you haven't read the other books in the series and remember the details, you will be lost IMO. I have read them and at times I was very confused. I believe this story occurred at the same time other stories were going on. I really got tired of Sugar and her secrecy. It was back and forth, back and forth. I think the purpose in this story was to redeem Sugar's behavior that was described in the previous books. It all just fell flat for me.

Not my favourite of the series but still a great story.
Having read the previous stories I was very in the dark about the suddenly change in sugar. You can definitely say that you get why and what is was about.
I did feel alot of empathy towards sugar's situation however she also frustrated me. She was sweet and a great mom. I loved how her attitude was towards Op and Chelsea. I generally enjoyed her personality however some of the ways she went about the situation were frustrating.
Wrench also surprised me. He was hella sweet, I really loved how he was with sugar and Harlyn. He seemed pretty laid back but he had some series alpha hidden in him to. I loved the protective jealous head that snuck up around other men around sugar. Sometimes I just wish he pushed her alittle more to be honest I found him to be to accepting of the crap.
I enjoyed the story and the characters. I really appreciate how the author dealt with some of the more sensitive subjects. The storyline was gripping and a little heart breaking. But in the end all is great.
Like I said it's not my favourite and I know I'm the minority here with that but I did enjoy it all the same. 3.5-4 stars for me.

Wrench
Where do I start! I love this series and the background of all the characters. Especially Sugar. So many people would judge before they knew all she was going through except Wrench. He was going to be there for her no mater what!!

I wondered how Sugar was going to be redeemable but boy she really was in Wrench. What looked like selfish was truly selfless. Her journey was so sad, but thank God for Wrench, rehab and redemption.

As a dedicated reader of The Club Girl Diaries I was so looking forward to Wrench and Sugar's story and Addison Jane did not fail to deliver where their book was concerned. Sugar is the mother of the President of the Brother's By Blood MC's daughter and she is brought back to the club after a long six years away to protect both her and her daughter Harlyn when the club has some trouble. Even though Sugar and Optimus are no longer in love the brothers have been advised hands off. Unfortunately Wrench's heart did not get that message. As secrets start to multiply and Sugar's past comes back to haunt her she starts to pull further and further away in the hope of protecting her daughter and the people that she considers family. Addison Jane has an extraordinary talent of drawing you in so much to a story that you feel like you are actually living it and Wrench is no exception to this. The internal day to day struggles that Sugar has suffered with and the shame that she feels break your heart. The calm that she needs can only be met by one person and that is Wrench. For a big bad cap wearing biker Wrench has a heart of gold and the compassion of no other. The love that this man shows for not only his brothers but Sugar and her gorgeous daughter is outstanding. Parts of this book will have you so overcome with emotion that your chest will ache. Wrench deserves nothing less than 10 stars and this series just gets better and better with each book.

Wrench & Sugar...
I was soooooo freaking excited for Wrench & Sugars story.....
I have been wanting this story since I finished Hadley way back when, and I have to it did not disappoint!!
Yea this book does not deal with all the nitty gritty MC stuff like the rest of the series, but it was still REALLY FREAKING GOOD!!
You still have your heroine who is a strong woman trying to do what she thinks she needs to to protect the people she loves, and the bada** freaking amazing men of the Brotherhood trying to save her. Then there's the cop raids, the subterfuge, and killing bad guys.
For me it was an all around great read!!
If you have read and enjoyed the rest of the series this is a definite MUST READ!!

We only knew the tip of the Iceberg about Sugar … Highly Recommend!
Written for mature adults (18+ years old) as it contains scenes stereotypical for the MC genre with examples listed below. To me this is NOT a stand-alone read. The majority of the story takes place in the past and recaps scenes and events from the perspective of Wrench and Sugar. In addition, it has multiple reoccuring characters and content that cannot be fully explained from the previous stories, and overarching themes.

Sugar and Wrench, member of the MC and who oversees their tech, are drawn to each other and their chemistry is HOT! They have been sneaking around because Sugar is worried about what will happen to Wrench when / if Op finds out. Plus she has a lot of stuff that she is still hiding from all of them, stuff none of them knows … like her husband and the little white pills he gave her …

2 stars... dnf'ed at chapter 18. Yeah I know... I am shocked too!
I am not going to lie this one was hard to get through, you definitely had to read the other books to really understand what was happening because you kept getting flashbacks to previous events throughout the other books. Luckily I am reading these books on a binge so I knew all of the things that were happening, but if you were reading these when they came out I could see how this could get confusing.
Sugar was a really hard character for me to connect with, she kept flip flopping and I felt for Wrench, he was trying to support her and wanting to keep the loyalty with his brothers that she was testing. I also didn't feel the connection between her and Wrench during the chapters that I did read. Personally I think that Wrench was too much of a sweetheart and put all he could in to the relationship that it really put Sugar in a bad light, for her wanting to keep him a secret.
I think that this story was wayyyyyy to repetitive, the same internal dialogue and I got really annoyed with it.
I ended up reading a spoiler review that had summaries of all the chapters I believe https://www.goodreads.com/review/show..., This is a spoiler filled review that has really really quick summaries that was hard to read at times (due to being all caps and very vague and poor grammar sentences), but this helped me because I didn't want to read the rest of this book and decided that this review would give me the cliffnotes that I was looking for, so I found that very very helpful! Thank you fellow reviewer! Also I did read the epilogue since that would be the background for the next book.
Overall if you could skip this book I would recommend it. I will let you know by the next book if it is necessary for you to read this one, but I am going to go with a no. I am going to read the other books, just because this was my least favorite isn't going to keep me from reading about one of my favorite Motorcycle Clubs!

Amazingly awesome read!!
I've loved every single story in 'The Club Girl Diaries' and I've anxiously been awaiting each new story every since I finished reading 'Harmony'. I've laughed and I've cried and I've been pissed beyond belief over the death of some of the characters that I felt should still be around and deserved their own story and their own HEA but I've persevered and continued with this series and I'm excited about some of the stories that are branching off of this series (or have already done so i.e. The Finders book 1). This was the story of Sugar and Wrench and how it so neatly tied into the other books that you were able to catch glimpses of what was to come when their story would finally come to light. I'm going to try and avoid any spoilers but I tend to run of in tangents so forgive me if I do spoil anything. You get some background on both Sugar (lots of background on this girl! Whoa didn't see that coming!!) and a little bit of Wrench (one spoiler but it doesn't have much to do with the story just his background but I loved how after years of being tortured in high school his mad computer skills helped him get revenge by getting some of his tormentors suspended and/or expelled for looking up inappropriate websites at school and how a big part of his graduating class didn't graduate due to **cough, cough** failing grades. #karmababy #goldenrule.). Glad I got to read this story and now I can't wait for the next in this series (sounds like it could be Miss. Skylar????). Thank you Addison Jane and keep'em comin cuz I need more!!

***SPOILERS***
This book pissed me off for a multitude of reasons.
1.) This is the second book where the woman refused her dead husbands fortune. I mean at least the last book, she donated the fortune to charity, but this book she wouldn’t even touch it. Just left more wealth in the hands of the wealthy.
2.) Don’t get me wrong, I love a good mc/mafia romance with the “alpha” male prototype, but this thing where the men never tell the woman anything- so stupid. Ruby would be my case in point her. If these ppl would communicate that could have been completely avoided.
3.) Why the fuck did they cover up Dean’s death? It was stupid for so many reasons.
A. Deacon has proven time & again he was on their side. It could have been self defense.
B. With all his dirty laundry aired the could have over turned so many of their convictions
C. Everyone just forget about her wife suffering somewhere in hell?
D. Why the fuck did they pay back the HUMAN TRAFFICKER instead of turning him over to the authorities?
E. Deacon was part of the freaking DEA!! I’m pretty sure he would want to know all these details about this new & highly addictive drug that was helping to rape woman so you know SOMEONE could do something about it.
Like, WOW I’m so happy stupid sugar made it through rehab while by staying silent the club just condemned how many more woman to live through hell.
Honest to god if I didn’t want to read Meyah’s story so badly I would quit now.

1.) This is the second book where the woman refused her dead husbands fortune. I mean at least the last book, she donated the fortune to charity, but this book she wouldn’t even touch it. Just left more wealth in the hands of the wealthy.
2.) Don’t get me wrong, I love a good mc/mafia romance with the “alpha” male prototype, but this thing where the men never tell the woman anything- so stupid. Ruby would be my case in point her. If these ppl would communicate that could have been completely avoided.
3.) Why the fuck did they cover up Dean’s death? It was stupid for so many reasons.
A. Deacon has proven time & again he was on their side. It could have been self defense.
B. With all his dirty laundry aired the could have over turned so many of their convictions
C. Everyone just forget about her wife suffering somewhere in hell?
D. Why the fuck did they pay back the HUMAN TRAFFICKER instead of turning him over to the authorities?
E. Deacon was part of the freaking DEA!! I’m pretty sure he would want to know all these details about this new & highly addictive drug that was helping to rape woman so you know SOMEONE could do something about it.
Like, WOW I’m so happy stupid sugar made it through rehab while by staying silent the club just condemned how many more woman to live through hell.
Honest to god if I didn’t want to read Meyah’s story so badly I would quit now.

Addison Jane is without doubt a fabulous author!
This story continues in the same vein as the other club girl diary stories except totally different at the same time. I really enjoy the variety each story brings and this one is every bit as exciting as the others.
Sugar and her daughter, Harlyn, are back in Athens after having run away. Optimus, Harlyn's father wants to be an active participant co-parenting with Sugar. Wrench is smitten, right from the start and although Sugar and Optimus are no longer together it's a tricky situation to be in. Enter a past Sugar has been running from and you get one heck of a mystery with pieces of the puzzle gradually exposed.
The storyline is intriguing and addictive as it's hard to put the book down, who needs sleep, right? It is about self esteem, preconceived ideas in society, greed, family commitments and making tough decisions.
There is so much to this story from fun, laugh out loud moments to tense, anxious times that makes your heart rate beat rapidly. There is aggression and some violence where it is needed but quite frankly there were times when I throats punch some of the characters...so in my book that shows how invested in the story you get as a reader, well done Addison Jane. There is deep sadness as well but also incredible joy. The balance throughout this story is perfectly executed.

The book starts off 4 months earlier than the main story. Wrench has just met Sugar and can't figure out why she looks so much "better" than she did before she left the club 5 years ago with she and Optimus's daughter Harlyn.
He goes back and tells what his life was like in high school along with hos his mother died andh ow Danica took care of him.
Sugar has decided to let her parents, Judy and Martin, know they have a grand daughter. This is where we learn she is/was married to Peter and they assume it is Peter's child. When she let's them know it isn't they know who the father of the child is and are not happy and have no desire to meet the child . . . ie: biker trash is below them, blood or not.
Now we find out why Wrench is on probation . . . he broke into government files for the pres of another club and before he could get out, the gov't had tracked him down. He got 3 years in jail and 10 years probation.
The story only gets better when Wrench and Sugar figure out they have feelings for each other, even though Optimus has warned all the brothers to stay away.
You know the story will only get better and better . . . .

Wrench & Sugar: triggers- domestic abuse, drug abuse, family discord, mental health, child abandonment. this story is kind of different because of you're following the series you'll know that Sugar is NOT nor has she ever been a club girl. so, to me, I didn't feel this book was necessary at part of the series but maybe made into a much shorter novella. Harlan's mom and former lover of the MC's president, Optimus. she's not like the other girls, having taken a walk on the wild side when she met Optimus. now her life is different, Harlan is older, Optimus is with Chelsea and Sugar is keeping a giant secret. a secret that's keeping her from being a mom to her baby girl. wrench has always had feelings for Sugar and now's his chance but she's not making it easy. I'll admit, this book drove me nuts because I felt that it dragged a bit. I just wanted AJ to get to the point so we could move on with with couple. needles to say, this wasn't my favorite couple or book however it was just as spicy as ever. I did notice some spelling and grammatical errors but since I was already annoyed with the book, I didn't bother with them much. hopefully the never book is better.

Currently Wrench is the last book in the Club Girl Diaries and its good.
This story is about Wrench and Sugar, you will recall Sugar as Optimus' baby mama and totally hands off to any of the members of the club. But Wrench and Sugar have a connection and its a good one.

A bit disappointed
I was waiting to see how Sugar and Wrench story would develop as we see them from book 2. Storyline in general was good. I didn’t like that we actually didn’t see much of the couple together it was mostly sugar problems we saw which I would say it was great because we got good viewing of her story but her and Wrench didn’t develop enough for me. Also again I didn’t agree with Optimus and his opinion. He kicked Sugar away and his views of her were quite hypocritical considering he was absent father for 4-5 years. Instead of finding out why Sugar is behaving that way and support her he told her to get out. I had same problem in other books in the series because it’s kept repeating that this family, brotherhood and do everything for each other but I don’t get that feeling from their actions. Love the ending though, made me love Wrench even more and a great way to show Sugar she comes first!

Just gets better and better.....
Yea I am not an English major so excuse my writing lol!!! This series for myself just gets better with each book. Love how the storyline just continues from book to book. We are always getting insight into all of the characters and revisiting old friends which BTW I just freaking love.
All of the books in the series have little twists, awesome sex scenes, alpha men, and a storyline that's flows flawlessly for this avid reader. I am not going to give plots, spoilers and detailed description of this book because I think you should just download and read it yourself and find out why Addison is one of my all time favorite MC writers. So seriously check it out and enjoy and be happy that you picked up on an awesome brilliantly written book.

More of a 3.5. I love this series, I just had a hard time with this book. The storyline jumps around so that you see behind the scenes from the other books. If you've read them, it's things you've been curious about. I think at times the lines got crazy which made it harder for me to follow. Example here, and I'm putting up a spoiler tag for this.
Really, really threw me off. Otherwise, book is a complete solid four for me, just like the others have been. I can't wait for the next!

This book you cannot read prior to reading all other in series as it will not make sense. Wrench and sugars story grated on me slightly. Couldn’t be doing with all the cloak and dagger nonsense. Bit tough going until 2/3rds of the way through, then their story kicks in. Think this has a really complex story line and think the author was trying to capture the sensitivity around Sugars illness without belittling it. But it isn’t a factual story it’s romance and made up, so In process, for me, kind of didn’t really succeed in any of it. The story falls flat as lots of references to previous books - it’s a glossing over the cracks rather than gets into grit of story. It’s just a bit meh - sorry. Not my favourite. Not sure how a book can read like it’s bit written rushed but seems to take ages to read. Hard going in parts.

Wrench and Sugar - wasn't supposed to happen but regardless of threats and being told by his president not to touch her, etc. it happened. I liked the evolution of their relationship. He was there for her from day one and provided the support that she needed. What happened to her was despicable and her family are just as bad. At least she had the sense to realize who the "good" people in this fiasco were. I didn't trust Eric from the start and he proved me right. The complete disregard for human life is astounding.
Just as an after thought regarding the ratings for these books. I don't agree with the "meaning" of a 5 star rating - "amazing". This book wasn't amazing in my eyes...what does amazing even mean. This book is a 5 star for me because it ticked all of my boxes, ie. good character development, good plot lines, drama, humor, sex, suspense.

Intense
Wow another winner in this series, this book touches on some very emotional issues and deals with some very difficult mental health problems. Sugar has a child Harlyn by Optimus but has lived away for six years she returned at his request although they aren't together she is loved and well respected by the club. Wrench is the club's computer expert and although he knows he shouldn't be can't help but fall in love with her. Sugar is hiding so many things and they come back to haunt her but Wrench and the club save her. So many subjects are dealt with in this book mental health issues drug addiction sex trafficking and drug dealing to name a few. There are many twists and turns in this story that keep the reader hooked excellent writing well done this author to have dealt with difficult issues in a very caring way. Great read.

Addison outdid herself with this book. I've waited for what seems like forever to read Sugar and Wrench's story and the wait was 1000% worth it. This book takes place during some of the same time as some of the other books and Addison did a great job of making sure that things were in order and everything lined up great. The characters were amazing and I completely feel in love with Wrench. I wasn't the biggest fan of Sugar due to her past but she grew on me quickly. This book is about second chances and going after what you know is right even when everyone around you is telling you it's wrong. There are twists and turns, betrayals you don't see coming, but most of all there is a ton of love. I cannot wait for the next installment in this series!!

I really enjoyed reading this book about Sugar and Wrench, Sugar was married to Peter but ran from him and met Optimus who the president of a biker club she has his child a little girl name Harlyn and of course she has a secret that finally comes out, Wrench gets into the picture for all the bikers love Harlyn and he starts seeing Sugar behind his presidents back, Sugar has an anxiety attack and she opens up to Wrench telling him she's bipolar and about her husband Peter who gives her drugs to cope, anyways, a lot happens to her and finally the club is behind her to help who's behind in bringing drugs to their area. Can't wait to read more about this couple and the other bikers in this series.

I admit I wasn’t really looking forward to reading Sugar and Wrench story, but I actually enjoyed it ok. I did skim a bit, just because it kind of backdates a bit to go back over their story that we only see a part of in the other books. I understood her wanting to be strong on her own and so pushing away from loved ones, but I didn’t care for her giving up her daughter. I just felt there were a bit too much discrepancy sometimes. For instance, she talked about Op hiding her away bring the best thing that happened to her, but then said that the danger of the club kept her away like it was a bad thing, when obviously she was ok being away. I just felt she was a little washy about things. But loved Wrench.

So worth the wait
I am so happy to have Wrench's story and this is my first time writing a review about one of Addison's books. I loved that Wrench took such care with Sugar but at the same time I was yelling at him to figure out what was wrong with her. Then I was yelling at Sugar to tell Op about their relationship and to come clean about her past. I liked that their story was not just a continuation of the club problems but rather it was taking place with all the other stories. It would bring me back to Op and Chelsea or Slider's death. Yes I cried again reading how his death hit Wrench. Read the story and get caught up so that you love all the characters.
