I passed my ITIL foundations after studying for a week and this book was the reason. I read through the book and then took the two practice exams a couple times. When I took the test it was a breeze. Author did a great job of cutting to the key knowledge to ace the exam.

If you are studying for ITIL Foundations this is the book for you. Along with this book and many many mock exams, it provided the right information to be helpful enough to pass.
