I really like this book! Our family has had gluten intolerances, milk issues and recently acid reflux issues. We have been on a mission to try and figure out how to balance what we are eating to feel better and live better. The author does exactly that in this book! She breaks things down in a very easy to understand and logical way. There is no shaming or requirement to "fix" our eating style right this minute, all at once. Quite the opposite!
