I loved this dark, romantic suspense. Hawk rescues the Prez's isolated-from-the-MC sister. Lennon learns her way around MC life quick as it means her survival. I enjoyed the fast pace and gripping writing of this book.

This is a good start to a new book. At first, I didn't like the main characters. But Hawk slowly won me over. He is still an ass but he loves his girl and that is all that matters.

Rules are rules
5/5 stars for believable content, characters, story line and plot. There was a couple typos at the most, which didn't affect the story.
To summarize the book was about a MC and the Prez has a sister who another MC wants to kill. He tries to hide her away with protection from Hawk, the Prez' best friend and right hand. Rules are simple, you don't touch my sister or you get a bullet in the head. The more they try to stay away from each other the more they are attracted. The rival club keeps finding her and beating her near death, Hawk takes a couple bullets along the way. She hates his stupid rules, is she in too deep or can she get out now? Especially since she is carrying Hawks baby?

First time Author to me and I was wowed!!! Lennon is a delicate character in this book and a stark contrast to Hawk. He is a woman lover and his club always comes first. When they meet, he is immediately given the tasks of keeping her safe. This poses a problem for him because he wants her. The storyline is totally awesome and the twist and turns will make you fall in love with Hawk. Excellent writing and very explosive storyline. This is a total must read.
