Eli and Anne

Henry is convinced he an Eli are going to be rich beyond belief when they find gold. Henry finds a young Indian maiden that knows where the gold is.He tried to assault her and she dies. Henry blamed Eli for her death and the town's folk believe him. He is to hand out Eli escapes. What will happen?

Great series........

I enjoyed this story of the adventures of a group of characters caught up in a romantic mystery of of gold seekers and murder. The author tells of the trails of a young man involved with a schemer.

OK story, stopped on cliff edge. Would not have read if I’d realized that. Too many loose ends. I knew it is part of a series but not that it just barely got the story started.
