Bill gates was very basic summary of Bills great life. In Bills school he was fortunate enough to have a computer prototype. All day students tested the computer for bugs in return for valuable computer time. After college bill went through several jobs. But he ended up founding Microsoft with Paul Allen.Microsoft's big contract was with IBM. When IBM was turning to other software Microsoft started making other buisness partners. Later Paul Allen left Microsoft after nearly dying in a plane Accident. Apple was going near bankruptcy so they started to continuously sue Microsoft. to solve this Microsoft bought tons of Apple stocks to "ally itself" with Apple to avoid a lawsuit. The book is very old so it says how Microsoft is "currently" developing internet explorer to combat Netscape. I think Bill gates by Was very good light summary because it didn't go to in depth into anything, and it covered everything.
I liked this book because it said almost everything you needed to know about bill Gates. I learned so much about him in this book. I would recommend this book to people who like biographies.
