Space faring secret agent Clifford Croft finds himself up against a man who has the power of mind control. They give each other fits, as the Mind Bender wants to get money and women and humiliate people he doesn't like, while Croft wants to put him in jail.
The two have three go-rounds, and Clifford comes out on top with a little help from his friends.
Reminds me a bit of The Stainless Steel Rat.
