Stryker

Shepard warned me to stay away from her. He'll kill me if he knows I've even thought about her. However, from the moment I laid eyes on her, I knew I'd never be the same. There's just something about Coral that makes me want to break the rules and taste the forbidden.

But I can't, so I'll do as my president ordered and I'll stay away from the beautiful blonde who has my insides tied up in knots... I'll fake it anyway. There are some things worth defying the people you call family for.

I've never asked for anything in this life, never needed anything, but I have to have her, no matter what it costs me. My place with the club, the family that took me in when I was a punk street kid, even my very life.

Some things are worth dying for.

Coral

I spent my life being protected from people like Stryker. Bad men. Motorcycle riders. Bad things happened to me thanks to men like that. Very bad things. So why then do I feel my heart beat wildly the second my eyes land on him?

I've never wanted a man as badly as I want Stryker, but he has been warned to stay away from me. Every member of the Snakes Henchmen MC has been warned what will happen to them if they even touch my hand.

Who warned them? The man who is like a second father to me. Shepard, President of the MC. He means what he says, and he says what he means, and when he says he'll kill his own men if they touch me, he means it.

I know if I push what I feel and make it known, it could get Stryker killed. However, I can't stop this feeling inside of me for him, even when he ignores me like I'm not even there.

But I am Coral Harmon, and if the horrors of my past have taught me anything, it's to never walk away from the things you want most in life. What I want is Stryker, and I won't stop until he's mine, no matter what it costs me.

Some things are worth fighting for.

Disappointed

This was not a good mc book. I’ve been reading these type of books for years and these men are definitely more emotional than even I am! There is a tad of alpha in there but more feminine that I ever want to read about! This is a very long winded romance novel that the characters happen to be in an MC and it’s written quite poorly! I won’t be reading anymore of this series!

Little bird....

Mark "Stryker" has demons, atrocious things happened to him as a child but he meets Coral and she calms his demons. Coral at 12 years of age had the worst thing in the world to happen to her and innocence is lost. These two together was an amazing thing to witness.
Again you want gritty, angsty, hot alpha men, hot AF sex scenes then this series is for you.
I recommend this book

Strike Fast is book #1 in the Snakes Henchmen MC and I absolutely LOVED this book!! This is the first book by Alivia Grayson that I had the pleasure of reading!!
I absolutely love MC books, I love the whole brotherhood and family aspect they have!! This is Hammer and Willow's story and believe me when I say it is a intense story!!
Hammer is the club enforcer and he's trying to get over the death of his fiancee 2 months ago, a death that he blames himself for!! Willow is his fiancee's best friend and she is grieving as much as Hammer is and they are working through their grief by being their for eachother!!
This book is intense and so full of emotion that you can actually feel it!! Can Hammer and Willow overcome their grief and the horror of what they have seen and survived?? Can their love survive all the twists and truths coming their way and get the HEA they deserve?? You will need to read this book for yourself to find out!! A definite 5 star read and I highly recommend it you won't be sorry!! I am excited to read her next book!!

Strike Fast

This story is filled with angst, love , pain, sadness, humor and darkness. This story has triggers, child abuse. The author does a great job of not going into explicit detail but gives just enough details that we can fill in the blanks. Some chapters were difficult to read, so make sure you have tissues and something to hold besides your kindle.
Grayson has puts both Coral (female lead) and Striker(male lead) though a very scary and difficult beginning.
I enjoyed the story of Striker and Coral but I felt the last few chapters of the book, were missing key components. Grayson gave us a glimpse of what happened but we have no idea why... so I assume she will give us more details in the future books of the series.
I will be reading the rest of the series because I need to know what happened and I want to see a certain someone get his HEA. Happy Reading!!

Coral went through things a young girl shouldn't have to deal with while young. Stryker is a member of the MC and has a terrible past of his own. These two come together and are instantly attracted to each other. Will they be able to convince the MC President about their relationship? The story has triggers for rape, childhood abuse. This is such an emotional good read.

I received a copy of this book and am leaving a review.

It was my first time reading a book by this author and it was amazing. I was shocked but thrilled by the fact that Stryker wasn't your typical biker that banged anything with a hoochie. Coral was inspiring with how she handled the tragedy she faced at twelve years old. Even more inspiring was what a beautiful soul she became. I loved the fact that this wasn't your run of the mill MC Romance but it still had all the bells and whistles attached.

This is the 2nd book by Alivia that I've read and geez was this book was absolutely amazing. I have to say the more I read her book's the more I'm hooked. This story flowed so smooth it was almost like you were on the outside looking in as it was told. This story just twisted my heart, but it was soooo damn good I couldn't put it down. I would definitely recommend reasing this book.

This is my opinion and my voluntary review

OMG! I love this story! Stryker was amazing, and the love he instantly had for Coral was out of this world. I like Coral very much, after everything she'd been through she was still so grounded and never gave up on what she wanted... Stryker. This book was so well written that I could imagine myself right there with the characters. The men of Snakes Henchmen MC are easy to fall in love with ;) I cannot wait to read more from Alivia!

I strongly recommend this series.

I stumbled across this book and I am so glad that I read it. Coral and Strykers story is not your typical story, there is a lot of back history to both of them. Sheprd is very protective of Coral and with damn good reason. But, one cannot control who they are attracted to or who their heart wants. I loved this story. I loved Stryker and Coral. I loved Strykers committment and devotion to Coral. This is a start of a fantastic series.

Stryker and Coral

Two innocent children dealt a horrible hand and young children. Two teenagers trying to find their way. Two young adults who have just met fall hard. Will these two victims of circumstance be able to heal each other and have a life they both deserve. Through heartache and tears you hope they will. So many unanswered questions between them but will their secrets pull them closer together or break what was there.

Brilliant start

A new author for me and I was not disappointed. This book is well written and the story is truly gripping.A love found through previous tragedy, loss and abuse. Two broken souls who find each other and shoulder each others burdens who both grow from strength to strength.

Best of the series

Read this series out of order and it didn't spoil my enjoyment. But if all the current 4 books out, I thought this one was the deepest, the most intense and I loved it

Another great MC story!

This book is about a motorcycle club but that is just a part of the beautiful, sometimes painful story. Ms. Grayson takes on hard twists in this story that makes you laugh but makes you cry. Looking forward to the next book!

Mc romance

The reviews have been up and down for this book so I took a chance. It's a gritty book of two damaged people finding each other with his and down of life in the biker life.

Interesting startw

Not bad introduction into this series. Came across AG on the Help me find a book Facebook page. They were looking for Hammers story I believe and here I am.

At times it read a bit choppy and grammatical errors but I need to know more about these characters.

Great book by Alivia Grayson, love the history behind Stryker & Coral. How protective he is of her & how well they fit together. Just a fair warning, you may want some tissues, it has a very deep emotional part you won't want to miss. Great job Alivia.

I don't read a lot of biker club books, but I do get the general idea - a lot of the time it is damaged woman/man finds redemption and purpose through the club and its, mostly, helpful members. There's violence and sex and a lot of camaraderie, plus criminal acts.
And this is where 'Strikes Fast' fails the test!
Snakes Henchmen seem to be the most passive and inactive bunch of bikers ever - towards the end of the book there is a crime that cries out to heaven for vengeance but .... nothing! I assume that the author will return to it later in the series, but it is laziness of the highest order.
An earlier kidnapping from the club is dealt with immediately and with extreme violence.
Authors have the right to do whatever they will with their characters, but if you enter an already highly populated zone it makes sense to at least play along with the tropes of the genre.
Strip it back to basics and this is a story of two damaged people finding each other, the biker club is an overlay.
