CAWPILE rating system doesn't really apply, but this book was really useful. Learned some really handy anatomy tips and tricks that, whilst obviously don't apply to every face/body, are a very good starting point for getting back to basics as I'm trying to do atm.

Useful quick reference but super weird binding. Is the cover supposed to detach from the pages?? I couldn't figure out whether that was a mistake or just a way to make the pages lie flat.

That said, not many art books out there get this deep into joints and muscles, so a great resource for illustrators/comic artists who want to draw figures in motion.

A good guide to start understanding the human body and it’s morphology.
The drawings are beautifully made and gives you a lot of starting points to draw your own version
