An absolute gem of a book! I bought one for myself and immediately ordered another two for my teenage sons. It’s a beautifully written book with lots of inspirational quotes, pages for extra thoughts to be noted down and each day is left blank on the date so you can fill in the days as and when you’re able to, rather than feeling bad that you’ve perhaps missed a day! I can honestly say I look forward to sitting down to fill in each day’s gratitudes and my sons are using theirs too (which I wasn’t sure would happen) We all feel better for taking the time each day to remember and reflect on how blessed we are and I’d recommend this book to anyone!
