Save your money!

I was falsely optimistic when purchasing this book. Some reviews were okay. Some were not. I was originally intrigued because the author included a whole section on micronutrients and having a well-balanced diet. At the end of the book, she also included common spice mixes. But that is where the good info ended. Almost every recipe contains some type of oil (mostly olive oil or coconut oil), and more recipes than expected contained protein powder. As a dietician, the author should have pushed "eating the rainbow" instead of drinking another protein smoothie. These recipes fail to include a variety of grains (mostly oats and quinoa), too. If this had been my first vegan cookbook, I certainly would have run away from the diet instead of toward it.

I absolutely love love LOVE this cookbook! As soon as I opened my copy, I just had to flip through the WHOLE book while still standing in my apartment mail delivery room! The photos are absolutely beautiful with vibrant colors and artistic plating. The recipes are also creative and so easy to follow!

Also each recipe I have tried from this book has turned out amazing and so delicious!! Coming from someone who is not vegan and who also frequently cooks for a significant other who loves to eat meat, I couldn't recommend this book more. You don't have to be vegan to enjoy these amazing recipes-- they are delicious, flavorful, and have added great variety to my meals.

This book is just perfect for beginners- in nutrition and preparing a plant-based meal.

At the beginning of the book you will find a great explanation of important nutrition concepts, such as counting macros, micros, and calories This book has a section describing how to store various ingredients,
Imagine they also have an explanation of how to cook a bowl of rice!!!
I don’t believe that I would ever find a better book than this for beginners!

I have been trying the plant-based lifestyle and I’m enjoying it but the only bad thing is that it’s hard to know what to cook and find good healthy recipes that support my lifestyle.
So I was searching for a cookbook that would save my life and I’m so glad that I’ve found this one his book has meal plans with day to day foods to eat including snacks. The instructions are not too complicated so it’s easy for a beginner cook like me to follow.

This is an awesome book , I wanted recipes with natural foods, no oils, salts or sugars which is what I got. Anyone who wants these ingredients can add them in. For me, I didn't want anything fancy, all I wanted were the basics and this book is great for that. I created some dishes and then I began experimenting. I would really recommend this book if you are beginning this venture and not generally familiar with cooking dishes.

 Vegan Recipes That Won't Break Your Budget or Run Out The Clock

As someone who is newly vegan, I was having trouble completing all of the super hard recipes. This book fixed that! It has the tastiest recipes to make. As someone who is quite picky, I have loved every single meal I have made and so have my roommates. I would highly recommend it.
The book contains dozens of recipes for making quick, simple, and affordable vegan dishes

Fantastic book!

I found this book to be very insightful. Not only does it break down the basics of meal prepping, but they include so many delicious recipes and actual meal plans with macro breakdown. If you are just getting started in vegan meal prepping then this book is for you!

I love this recipe book. The food is delicious and easy to make. Even my picky boyfriend loves it. It makes shopping easy. Even with us in the process of moving and working full time, I love that we always have healthy meals in our fridge to heat up

The book is also is very educational with weight loss. It is easily my new obsession!

Really enjoying working through the cookbook trying different recipes. They are super simple and many have instructions.Basic ingredients of what you have on hand,Simple and easy directions to follow.

Easy, quick and unpretentious recipes. I like that this book doesn't require any "fancy" ingredients or multi-step preparations. Has made transitioning to more of a plant-based diet very approachable.

This is an amazing cookbook for vegans and non-vegans alike. The structure, layout, photography and recipes are all 5 stars. The chef is incredibly talented and definitely someone to watch. I encourage everyone to buy this book!

Recipes are great and well thought out. I actually made a lot of recipes within this book and they were easy and delicious. I see myself cooking from this book on a weekly basis if not more. Don't just order one copy, order some gifts and thank me later :)

Fabulous! Recipes are great for the simple cook who wants to use a small number of ingredients with great flavor. Every menu item I've made so far from this book has been amazing. I was very happy with the meals I made. I have recommended this book to a few people already. Amazing! nice book!

So easy I could have thought of this...but I didn't. I will add some of these meal prep ideas to my weekly preps...as they are delicious and incredibly simple just wash, put up and go.

This isn't just a cookbook but a lifestyle book!
I started this lifestyle due to my health. I have RA and a friend of mine recommended I go plant-based. I started about three months ago. For the first time in ten years, my fingers do not hurt me! I am feeling better and stronger each day. I am no longer taking my medications. When starting this type of lifestyle, it can be easy to wonder, "What can I eat?". This cookbook simplifies 

If I was only allowed one cookbook in my house, this is it! The recipes are easy to follow, the nutritional notes or substitution ideas are fabulous and I love knowing I am eating soundly and enjoying it.

She makes it not difficult at all and accessible to pre-make lots of meals that will carry us through the week, so we can eat amazing food and not have to be overwhelmed by our own lives. this one is a wealth of ideas, lists, beautiful pictures, and easy directions that are covered in every recipe. If you are busy but determined to improve the quality of your meals and to better manage your time, this is a great resource!

I have been cooking for over fifty years but until recently I’ve hardly given any thought to nutrition. Everything I’ve read about good health is pointing me towards vegan diet. I’m very glad that I found this cookbook. It has the answers for all my questions about what is nutritious and plans my meals for me! That is a real help when you are a newbie. I love the nutritional breakdown of each meal and especially the meal prep instruction with a shopping list included!

The recipes are good for losing weight, I take one day to cook for a FEW days, and it has been so efficient and easy to be healthier!
And because of this book I was able to convince my boyfriend to try the plant-based lifestyle!

This book takes all the guesswork out and makes it depraved simple to prep your meals for the week and a shopping list with easy ingredients. I just spend one day to prep for the week!

I’ve been cooking for a long time but I hardly cared about nutrition and healthy food.
I’m glad that I’ve found this cookbook. It has all the answers that I’ve been looking for!
For each meal in the book it has it own nutritional breakdown and the instructions of how to prepare it.
This book is my best tool in the kitchen!
