I have it all, a great job, a good woman and wonderful son, all of whom I love very much.

About the author

I live in a small town in Wisconsin. From my deck, I can see the Mississippi River on one side and the bluffs, where eagles live and nest on the other side. I live with my husband Dave and dog Buddy. My two children are grown and I have two grandchildren. I love to watch people and that has helped me with my writing. I often use people I watch as characters in my books and I always try to give my characters some of my own values and habits.

I love to create characters and put them in a troubling situation then sit back and let them do all the work. My characters surprise even me at times. At some point in the book, they take on a life of their own and the twists and turns they create becomes the story. Of all the stories, I could write I found I like mystery/thrillers the best. I like to keep my readers guessing until the very end of the book.

Dealing With Sinner

As with all K.J. Dahlen’s books you will not be disappointed. This author knows how to write MC books that keep you on the edge of your seat. This is Gambler and Paige’s story with Raine and Cricket brought into this nightmare as well. You fall in love with Dusty all over again and this time Gambler has to answer to Cricket on how Dusty is treated.

Sinner is a man who has finally caught up with Paige and Cricket and it’s up to their men and the MC to put their fears to rest. So sit back and be ready for yet another wild ride.

i read this book as part of an arc program. In this third book of the next generation, Gambler is in love with Paige and they are raising Dusty. Paige is feeling like she is being watched and Gambler and his brothers are dealing with vandalism at his job sites and their office. When Paige learns a man named Sinner is watching her, she knows he is going to try and kill her. Sinner had been obsessed with Paige when she was younger and he beat her almost to death. Paige testified against him and he vowed he would find her. Cricket also had dealings with Sinner through her sister Cordy. Cordy had robbed Sinner after he robbed his former MC, causing the MC to look for their money back and revenge for Sinner's actions. The MC knew about Cordy and Cricket. Cricket knew where the money was hidden and passed the information to the MC, but Sinner still wanted revenge against her. Everyone vows to protect Paige, Cricket and Dusty, and to stop Sinner once and for all. I love this series and feel they are all a great group of alphas that will do anything to protect their family. I really love how Gambler loves Dusty and wants to be a good father to him. Another great one in this series.

This is Paige and Gambler's story, but I felt as it was just as much Cricket, Raine, and Dusty's story, too. They were all connected by a man from the past, a man named Sinner. Appropriately named, this man was a sick son of a b***h. He terrorized both Paige and Cricket, in turn terrorizing Gambler, Raine, and the rest of the Moore family, as well as the whole MC. I won't include spoilers, you'll have to check this out for yourself to see just how evil he is. As the threat grew nearer, we learned more about what Paige, Cricket, and Dusty had to endure in the past. My heart broke for them and I teared up a couple times. I absolutely loved Dusty. That little boy could break my heart and put a smile on my face all while reading the same page. Talk about resilience. If you haven't read anything by this author, I definitely recommend checking them out. Although I would recommend starting at the very beginning of this MC by reading the Satan's Spawn MC series and the Sin's Bastards MC series first.

Gambler is book three in the Sin's Bastards MC Next Generation series, and it is amazing! While this is primarily Gambler and Paige's story, the whole gang is included.

As this story begins, Gambler is on top of the world. He has a great job, the love of a good woman, and a son who he would die for. Unfortunately, things aren't as great as they seem. Things start happening, and Gambler realizes that someone is determined to take his happiness away, and he is not about to let that happen.

Paige has an eerie feeling that someone is watching her, and her intuition proves correct. A monster from her past is hunting her, and anyone or anything connected to her is in danger. Will Gambler and the MC be able to protect her, or will her past demons destroy them all?

This was such a great read! As always with this group, there is a lot of danger and suspense. If you haven't yet read anything by this amazingly talented author, you are in for a wild ride!

I love the next generation stories! This is the third book in the series and although it focuses on the relationship between Gambler and Paige; it also thrusts Cricket, Raine and Dusty into the spotlight as well along with the rest of the MC.
You cannot escape your past….When Paige was a teenager, she was stalked by Sinner a member of the Unholy MC. He nearly took her life before he was sentenced to prison but threatened to return for her. Upon his release from jail, he manages to find Paige and gets the added bonus of getting to Cricket who has a connection to him via her dead sister Cordy. He is bent on getting revenge for what he considers slights against him. Gambler will do everything he can to protect what is his and the rest of his family. However, as the threats get closer, will Gambler and the rest of the MC be able to keep their women safe? This is one explosive book filled with twists, turns, suspense and secrets. If you have not read this series, I highly recommend it!

Gambler is another awesome read by K.J. Dahlen. This is the third installment of the Sin's Bastards MC Next Generation series. This is the story of Gambler and Paige. They met when Paige almost ran over Gambler and Gambler stole their first kiss. Paige has an emotionally wrenching past. There have been some incidents at the MC compound and at the construction site. The MC believes someone is out to get them. Paige has had a feeling someone is following and watching her but does not tell anyone about it. Has Paige's past come back to haunt her and harm her? Is there someone after the MC? Will the past come between Paige and Gambler? You will need to read the book to get the answers. This was just a great read and I did not want to stop reading. There are highs and lows, suspense, emotional highs and lows. This is a must read book and I definitely recommend it. I can't wait for Ms. Dahlen's nexy book.

K.J. Dahlen has amazed me time and again with her incredible mind as she rocks us all with her MC Series. I am quite the fan of MC romance and K.J. is an Author to seek when looking for a riveting and addictive romance packed with chemistry and a Brotherhood I can't get enough of. In this book, Gambler, defends all he holds dear as an old enemy threatens his future ol' lady, his Son, Dusty, and Gambler's overall piece of mind... First he has to find this unexpected/unseen Sinner and then... End him. Paige and Gambler's journey is far from over and I strongly encourage all MC junkies to read this latest engaging installment from K.J. Catch up with the other characters in this captivating MC while your reading and just devour it from cover to cover.

Once again I have been drawn into the lives of the Sin Bastards MC and I wouldn't have it any other way! Gambler has it all until some threatens to take it all away and he is not going to let that happen. Gambler and Paige are amazing together. Dusty is an amazing kid. The bond between Dusty and Cricket is evident in the story. I wanted to be mad at her, but at the same time I get where she is coming from and at the same time I found myself yelling at her to back off a bit. I'm glad Gambler and Paige stood their ground.The twists, turns, ups, down, holy crap moment's, hold your breath moments, alpha hotness, love, loyalty, family, brotherhood and hot sex this book are what you will find in this book. I'm so glad things worked out the way they did and I can't wait to see what happens next in the world of the Sin Bastards MC

This is the first book I’ve read from this author and I would really love to read her others including the original sin bastards series. Now as I read this I don’t know the others back story but I got the jist of them but it didn’t take away from this story. I just wasn’t prepared for the changing of povs within paragraphs or each one paragraph changes to different ones. And the multiple peoples I’d was reading from, I thought that I would be reading only Gambler’s ‘Quincy’ Moore and Paige but I was getting Sinner( the one that wants Paige and Cricket) Deke, Sam, Dusty, Blackjack plus more, but mostly Cricket and her fears about what her sister still gets her into and what Sinner wants and when he will get her. To bad it wasn’t longer to get more of a HFN ending and if Max (Paige’s adopted dad) recovers and will Cricket get her dreams back....

Oh my goodness. I just cannot get enough of these Sin B*stards MC. Each and every book throughout this series has been absolutely fabulous. In this one we get to know Gambler and Paige a bit more and how his son Dusty is adjusting now that they are living together. There's a madman on the lose and he's coming after Cricket and Paige. There is so much action, suspense, loyalty, friendship, family and unconditional love with this MC. If you are looking for a great series to read, then this one should be on your TBR list. What I have loved most about these books starting with the Satan's Spawn is how the characters are in each book so you keep everyone current, to me that's how a good series should be written.

Another great book

This author never disappoints her books are all action packed and full of characters you fall in love with. This book is another great read in the series Gambler is another hot guy who has fallen head over heels for Paige, Cassie's long lost twin sister he feels so lucky to have found her and also his young son Dusty. Then a phsyco starts to terrorise the club and is after his woman and Cricket, he ends up going into unarmed combat with the guy and beats him senseless. These guys are full alpha males who will die to protect their families and club, they are rough and tough and you can't help but love them all. I hope the next book in this series is not too far away I can't wait for the next instalment.

This is a wonderful book in the Series - Gambler found his son a year ago when Cricket did the right thing and gave his son back. He has a wonderful woman in Paige (Cricket's sister) and all should be right with the world.
Paige knew she loved Gambler from the very first time he kissed her and she adores little Dusty but when Dusty overhears something it breaks his heart and runs back to Cricket.
In the misted of all that a horror from Paige and Crickets past come back to haunt them and neither one is safe.
Will Paige and Gambler get their happily ever after.

Gambler and Paige's story and romance is another great addition to the Sin's Bastards MC Next Generation. A standalone read, there are many characters from previous books, but still has a flow and depth that gives the reader clarity of the storyline even if this is your first read in the series. The story is fast paced with lots of drama, danger, romance, violence, and so many other descriptions that I could add to "Gambler". This is one I would recommend for readers that love this genre. Although I was gifted a copy of "Gambler", I also purchased my own copy. My review is my own. This is mine. 5 Stars!

Gambler thinks life cannot get any better. He has his family, his son, and the woman if his dreams. When problems start of occur at work he knows something is coming and he will protect his family with his life. He knows the MC will be behind him as well, especially when they find out the threat comes from a past acquaintance of his woman and his sister in law.

Paige has everything she needs in life. Her twin sister, the MC, her man, his son, and a future. But something from her past has come to town to take back what he thinks belongs to him, her. Now she has to fight with the rest of the MC to make their world safe again.

Another great hit

And Cordy strikes again.... Even in death this chic won’t stay down. Cricket once again seeing the fall out of the deeds Cordy did in the past, and without even knowing Paige is involved. Sinner a former Unholy MC has had his eyes set on Paige for over 8 years after his attraction became a horrific stalker gone rogue. Sinner beat Paige almost to death and of course Cricket knew what Cordy did. Which once again brings the Sin Bastards MC into the mix to figure out what the hell is going on. With the stakes high and unable to find the illusive Sinner the club goes crazy to get him. Want more well of course grab your copy and enjoy. Can’t wait for the next.

This is book 3 but you don't necessarily need to read the first two, but you'll want to.
This is Gambler and Paige's story. Gambler is a hot alpha who protects his family. That protection is putterly to the test when Paige's past come to Tory.
Paige has a secret that no one but her parents know about but soon everyone will know.
Paige is a strong female even when she is facing her past.
I think the only thing that still makes me scratch my head is that Gambler and even Raine don't understand the pain Cricket feels in giving up Dusty to his dad, Gambler. How can men who are so protective be so oblivious?

I love K.J. Dahlen's writing and have read the entire Bratva Brothers Series. This is the first MC book that I've read by this author and I thoroughly enjoyed it. I love MC stories with the intrigue, suspense, amazing chemistry, steamy sex, intense action and of course romance. Gambler has all the above qualities and more. The superb writing and complex characters make this exciting story a pleasure to read. If you appreciate bad boy romance specifically MC romance, you must grab this book.

Another of Dahlen's wonderful MC books. The story of Gambler and his love, Paige. Gambler's son Dusty broke my heart! The club is now being haranged by an ex-clubber from a Maine MC that beat Paige nearly to death when she was 17 years old and who also ran into Dusty's mother as she used Cricket's name and stole $30,000 from him that he lifted from his old MC. So the brothers are challenged to the extreme with both Paige and Gambler's parents being seriously injured. Cricket suffers a great loss also. And the other club is coming!

I absolutely love the Sin Bastards series and this New Gen spin off! In this book we follow Gambler and Paige’s story. Unlike the other characters in the previous books, I felt a bit disconnected with Paige. Maybe her past needs more fleshing out. Yet, regardless of my likes and dislikes about her, I still found their story quite entertaining. We get to see characters from previous books too! This book has a rather disturbing scene but it lends itself well to the entire book.

I loved Gambler and Paige's story! The Sin's Bastards can never get a break it seems. Just as Gambler is getting comfortable with his son and Paige in his life, someone from Paige and Cassie's past comes back and threatens not only them, but his son and the MC. Emotions run high and relationships are tested as Gambler proves he will do what ever it takes to protect the woman he has claimed and his son from whatever threatens them. It's another fast paced, dangerous and passion filled tale. I loved it!!!

This is the third book in this phenomenal series, and is Gambler and Paige’s story. When somebody from the past comes back to terrorize Paige and Cricket again, the MC will do whatever they have to in order to protect them. No spoilers; this is a definite must read, you will not be disappointed! This is a well written story from this talented author, which is filled with drama, action, suspense, twists, emotion, heartbreak, danger, and love. I cannot wait to read more in this series, and I highly recommend this authors’ work for all MC lovers!

Another great addition to the series!!

This book centred on Gambler and Paige. It explored and acknowledged the bond between Cricket and Dusty.
When Dusty overhears a conversation not for his ears, he is heartbroken and runs to the one thing that has always been his constant, his Cricket.
Paige gets a blast from the past that is hunting her. Everyone life is in danger. How will the MC deal with this new danger?
Another crime that Cordy committed comes to light which causes a target to be laid on CRicket.
Am loving this series. Cant wait to read the next book.

Wow

Thing about reading a Sins Bastards MC book you know it's going to have mystery, suspense , love laugh and tears. This book had me in tears while reading certain parts. GAMBLER and Paiges story was a 5 star book. The story just keeps you turning the page to see what happens next. I will say this have tissues ready especially when reading Dusty and Crickets talk!, that's all I will tell you!! Looking forward to reading more in this amazing series

Very well written with nice story line and plot. A story of a nice length. A couple that has a lot thrown at them has to struggle to get their HEA. Likeable well described characters that develops through the story. Amazing chemistry and passion. I like the unexpected twists and turns. Captivating and enjoyable read. Steamy scenes that are realistic and hot. The mix of danger, drama, secrets, passion and twists makes it a great read.

Another good story. This one is about Gambler, Paige and Dusty. It does bring Crickett in the story as her past in coming back to bite her the butt. Not only is it Crickett's past but also Paige's past. They both have had a run in with an evil man that knows no bounds.
While all the bad stuff is happening Gambler is trying to learn how to be a father to Dusty, and Crickett is learning how to trust Gambler with Dusty.

I’m really enjoying the is series it’s been a while since I’ve been this intrigued. My only thing I’ve noticed is that that your covers so far do not reflect the characters for each book. I love visuals and the cover is just as important as the books content. Maybe consider redoing the covers because seeing a sexy tall man with blond, almost white hair with piercing violet eyes is something that needs to be fantasized. The cover almost negates the story being told.

Another Fantastic Story

Each and every time I read a book by this author, I am amazed at the stories she creates. I thought after the last book she had reached the climax, I was so wrong. The beginning took me on one journey while the middle yet another and finally the ending. While I was sorry to see it end I have no doubt the next will be even better.

Loved it

Another fantastic addition to the Sin's Bastards MC series. Dusty about broke my heart, he just show how well the Author does her characters that she brings them to life and feel all that they're going through.
A man from the past comes to bring havoc and violence to the MC's family. Poor Cricket is still paying for her Sister's crimes and Paige's nightmare comes her.

Gambler just learned that he has a son and met the woman he wants to spend his life with. Paige is determined to love her man and his son. The past doesn't always stay in the past. Will Gambler be able to keep his family safe? Will Paige finally find complete closure to everything she has gone through?

Loved seeing this group of bikers again. I loved how Gambler was determined to do whatever it took to keep his family safe. I thought that even though she was terrified, Paige showed great strength! Great read and cannot wait for more from this series!

Poor Cricket just cannot catch a break. Years after her sisters death and Cordy’s sins are still coming back to haunt her. Not to mention poor Paige. This fight is one that was stealthy and quick, but just as horrifying as the last ones. I love this MC and cannot wait to see what’s next!
