There was a lot going on with this book. He didn't ask for a threesome. He asked his wife if he could have sex with her best friend. She told the best friend it would be a threesome, and and after finding out the truth, her best friend still went through with it. She wasn't being malicious, she just really thought it would help her friend. It all goes downhill from there. There are so many characters and side storylines. I read as far as I could. Out of curiosity I flipped to the end, and I saw there were two more characters, a major plot twist, and a cliffhanger. This book was a lot. It definitely would have it's audience, but I'm not part of it.
This book is really a page turner that has so much action and suspense. Sheryl begs her best friend Jess to do a threesome with her and her husband Darren to attempt to save her marriage but it was just Darren and Jess who slept together. Darren left Sheryl anyway and started stalking Jess who he had always wanted from the beginning. Jess met and fell in love with Jarvis who's been trying to keep her safe from Darren. Sheryl reconnected with Anderson while was someone she cheated on Darren with years before. Jess has a twin brother named Trey who had a sex change and is now named Trish. The Bryan and Trish are now together. Turns out that Darren's real name is Charles and him and Trey were lovers in the military together. Trey left Charles/Darren because he almost beat him to death when he told him that he wanted to get a sex change. Darren ends up kidnapping Jess, Sheryl, and Trish but gets rescued by a man Bryan hired to get rid of Charles/Darren. They're all at the hospital when they hear a code that a man tried to kill himself by jumping off a cliff. I think that was Charles/Darren that the code was for. I can't wait to see what happens next.
Wow..... First time reading this author... This is one twisted crazy good book.. Darren / Charles whomever this nut it... I am not sure whatto even say about this Nut... Sheryl, what a weak woman to even propose such a thing to her friend. Jessica was not without fault for even doing what her friend asked. Jarvis, started off being such a "Christian" that sure changed after meeting and loving on Jessica. Tori & Mike, were a great supporting cast. Trish despite being born a man, made an even better sister to Jessica eventhough Jess disowned her twin (brother) sister. Off to a great start, its just so crazy good....
OMG this book was the bomb! Full of what the hell is going on here. That Darren is a hot mess if there is one. Goodness I’m sure this is not the end of him..... On to part #2
This was my first read by this author but not my last. This book was really good. Darren was some kind of crazy. I'm very curious about that ending..I can't wait to read part 2..I highly recommend this book as a must read. Great Job LaVonda...
Just wow! Non stop action, mystery and suspense from the first page. This book was so wild but I enjoyed this entertaining story. What started out as a favorite to a friend turn into a scandalous tale. The drama was non stop and every time I thought things could get no worst, it did
