वैवाहिक जीवन में होने वाली छोटी छोटी जटिलताओं के प्रति लोगों का कहानी के माध्यम से ध्यान आकर्षित करने का एक अद्भुत एवं सफल प्रयास.

I liked this collection of stories because of its sheer boldness. It's a collection of love stories, but it doesn't talk about the conventional love between youngsters, it talks about the love of 40 and 50, of extra-marital affairs, and because such stories are written in Hindi, it makes it more different.

Another reason of my liking this collection is that it doesn't talk about platonic love or the love, based on feelings only; it talks about the physical attraction and physical relationship also. Personally, I don't like love stories, the love stories full of emotions only; I like the ones where are actions also, teasing, quarreling, complaining; and sex is always better.

तो किताब पर आने से पहले ये बतादूँ की शीर्षक से अगर आपको प्रेम के अलग रूप की कल्पना हो रही हैं तो आप ग़लत है। जिंगदी में सबको दूसरा चौथा शायद सौवाँ मौका भी मिलना इस बात का पर्याय होगा कि आप कितना प्रेम करते है उससे। फिर वो इंसान हो या जीवन का कोई मौका।
विजयश्री जी ने जिस तरह इन नौ कहानियों में एक पुरुष के मन को जीता जागता प्रेम में गोते खाता लिखा हैं, उसकी जितनी तारीफ़ की जाए, कम है। यू आम से जीवन मे भी एक स्त्री पुरुष को समझने की कोशिश हज़ार करती है लेकिन कही कोई डुबकी असफल रह जाती है। उन दुबकियो को विवेक देता है ये लेखन। अपने दाम्पत्य जीवन की बहुत सी छोटी बड़ी परेशानियों का हल इस क़िताब से मिलेगा। और सिर्फ दाम्पत्य ही क्यों, हर रिश्ते की समझ देती है ऐसी कहानियाँ।
आखिर में बस इतना कि, ये किताब प्रेम के तकाज़े से ऊपर प्रेम से भरी रचनाएँ लिए हुए है।

A different book
This book is a bit different than other books I read. When I say different, it doesn't necessarily mean bad. It is different in a good sense. I picked this book because of it's weird title and I am glad I did.

About the book-

A short book of around 120 pages. There are many stories in the book, each one of them brings a different flavor of love. Often, the endings are not happy, which is very realistic as this is exactly how life is. Author didn't shy away from talking about the society labeled forbidden type of love like extramarital affair, feelings for other man/woman etc. Book is very engaging and the flow of story telling is great.

What I learnt from the book?

That sometimes fictional masala(or romantic) novel can be great to freshen up your mood.

Some heartfelt moments ..

I have a mixed feeling about this story collection because stories of physical cheating by a spouse or partner are big NO for me. And one story was a bit uncomfortable for me without warning.

But there were lot of moments that were so accurately and poetically described which made me finish this book. I would remember those feeting moments and my feelings about this for some time.

वर्तमान में अनेकों नए लेखकों के कहानी संग्रह प्रकाशित हुए हैं. लेकिन इस क़िताब का ओहदा बाकियों से जुदा है. विवाह की कमियों और सीमाओं को उजागर करने के साथ ही साथ विवाह के बंधन की ज़रूरत को भी सामने लाती है. रिश्ते उतने आसान नहीं जितने दिखते हैं और उतने कठिन भी नहीं जितना हम उन्हें समझने के चलते बना देते हैं.

बहुत अच्छी कहानियां हैं। ऐसा लगता हैं कि हमारे इर्द -गिर्द ही ये सब कहानियां घटि हो। हर एक कहानी अलग हैं। हर एक पात्र में अपना कोई मिल पाता हैं। हर एक कहानी में औरतों की संघर्ष हैं, जिसे वो किससे कह नही पाती हैं। जो भी इन कहानियों को पड़ता हैं, बस खो जाता हैं इसके अंदर।

दो तरह की भुख होती है,एक पेट की भुख और एक मन की भुख।
पेट की भुख कुछ ना मिलने पर घास पात खा के भी मिटाई जा सकती है लेकिन मन की भुख को मिटाना बहुत मुश्किल काम है गुरू।
शादी विवाह होने के बाद भी लोग खुश नहीं हैं बताईए! इसी चीज को 9 अलग-अलग कहानियों के द्वारा बताया गया है।

Maine aisa kyun kaha kyunki lekhekika ne vaivahik jivan se prem ko har chhor se dekha .pati se,patni se, premika se, padoshi se, rahgir se har angle jhankti hai.kanhi prem ek tarfa hai toh kanhi prem ki aage ki raah nahi . Kuchh der mein hi apko samjh ata hai ki, Yanha kahaniya hai hi nahi,hai bhi toh ap unhe predict kar jate hai.yanha kuch khas hai nahi hai ,hai toh writer ki lekhani.Bhasa par unki pakad majboot hai,bahut majboot....
Isi ke sahare ye book padhi jaa sakti hai....

कुल नौ कहानियों का यह संग्रह अपने आप में स्त्री-पुरुष संबंधों की जटिल सच्चाइयों को समेटे हुए है। कहानियों की भाषा सरस और प्रवाहमयी है। कहानीकारा ने बेबाक विषयों को बेहद शालीनता से बुना है। एकदम नए शिल्प और शैली की ये कहानियाँ अनायास ही पाठक के भीतर गहरे उतर जाती हैं। इन कहानियों का सबसे प्रबल पक्ष यह है कि सभी कहानियों में कहीं-न-कहीं आप ख़ुद से रू-ब-रू होंगे और कमज़ोरी यह कि ये कहानियाँ आपको बेचैन और बहुत बेचैन कर सकती हैं|
