Former Marine “Wolf” Patterson is working with a team of MBH bounty hunters in the densely forested Kootenai Forest to bring in one Reese Tobin, a man wanted for arson, who escaped from jail just before his trial. When Wolf catches up to him, Tobin draws a gun, telling Wolf he can’t return to lock-up or he’s a dead man. Just as one of his teammates is about to lunge toward Tobin to take him down, a shot rings out, and Reese is dead.

Former Army Military Police Officer, now Deputy, Meg Henry, was the officer who arrested Tobin, and nothing about that night sat right since. After hearing he was killed, she heads to Kootenai, hoping to talk to the men who were with him last, hoping Tobin told them something that might help her figure out the mystery surrounding him. Because handsome bounty hunter, Wolf, was the last to talk to Tobin, Meg offers Wolf a ride back to the sheriff’s department. They barely begin their conversation when they find themselves running for their lives. Meg doesn’t know who to trust, but she instinctively trusts the tall, intensely attractive Wolf. Together, they work to unravel the mystery while staying one step ahead of someone who wants them both dead.

Delilah Devlin has written another great story in this series! Wolf and Meg are perfect for each other. On the run for their lives, things become hot and steamy between them but will they make it out alive to be together. Meg is great as a heroine who is just as fierce as her hero, Wolf. Loved these two!

Wolf is a bounty hunter. He enjoys his work. He doesn’t have time for women. Meg likes her job as a deputy. She isn’t looking for a relationship. The two of them might not be looking but they found each other anyway.

The author made both of the characters former military. That helped give a picture of who they are and how they handle life. I like that when trouble came knocking they worked together to solve the problem. I think the author did a good job showing how much danger Meg was in. Both of the characters are mature and level headed. By the end I believed that they could make their relationship work. I enjoyed the addition of the other team members from Montana Bounty Hunters.

This is a story about two people with serious jobs who find each other under bad circumstances. It is a very fast read. I will definitely read more from this author in the future.

This is a quick read that is fast paced and action packed. Wolf and is team are searching for an escaped arsonist in the Kootenai Forest. Once they find the man, they are ready to take him in when a shot rings out and the man is dead. None of the team took the shot. Deputy Meg Howard is there when they come back down the mountain. She was the arresting officer and something just didn’t seen right about the whole deal. Soon, Wolf and Meg are being hunted, somebody doesn’t want them investigating any further. Good read. Awesome characters and chemistry.

Wolf's team surround the bounty they were tracking when a shot rings out.
Wolf and his team are chasing a bounty an arsonist who escaped before his trial. They are closing in on him and manage to surround him but then a gun shot rings out and the bounty has a hole between his eyes. None of the team had fired their large caliber guns and the wound was from a small caliber gun. Deputy, Meg Henry who was the arresting officer had felt that something was wrong about the way he had acted when arrested had followed up on how he was shot and by taking him out it seems her thoughts were correct.

Wolf and his team are on the trail of a man wanted for arson, Reese Tobin. When they catch up to him he pulls a gun, saying he cannot be locked up, they will take him out. When Tobin is taken out by a shot, he has to deal with Deputy Meg Henry.

She believe he may have some insight as he was the last person to talk to him. On the way to the police station, they are run off the road. Now they have to figure who is behind everything before they get to them.

The more time the pair spend together the more things heat up between them.

This Book 6 in The Montana Bounty Hunters: West Yellowstone, MT Book Series has a Paranormal Werewolf Romance Story, a well-written world, and interesting characters. These characters have unique personalities, complicated histories and believable interactions. Wolf is a bounty hunter and they are tracking a serial arsonist. When they finally catch him, he is shot. Meg works for the sheriff's department. She is very Interested in who shot Tobin since she was the one who brought him in initially.
Now the ones behind the arson and the killing of Tobin want to make sure they aren't tracked down and need to take out anyone who could ruin their business. Will they get this accomplished?

Tough guys chasing down bad guys and finding women to love them. Former military guys work for a bounty hunting company, using the skills they honed in the military unhampered by the rules that law enforcement would be.

Pros: Quick read, not necessary to have read the others to follow the story, but if you had, you'd probably like seeing previous characters.
Con: Insta-love.

Deputy and the Bounty Hunter!

Wolf: I liked that Meg was not a big fan of the Bounty Hunter but Wolf eyes were what got her attention. I love how all the women work well with the Bounty Hunters. I liked that Meg was a good Deputy and was determined to find the right killer and didn't want to be left behind. Her and Wolf work really well together. In Wolf's mind he would always be single until he met Meg. Great story.

I always know that I need to plan time for a book by this author because I cannot put them down! Meg, a deputy, and Wolf, a bounty hunter find themselves running for their lives. Wolf never saw love for himself until he fell for the fierce, beautiful Meg. Danger, high octane action, humor, twists, possessiveness, steamy passion-what more could you want in a read?

Meg and Wolf are my new favorite couple from the bounty hunter stories. I love seeing Reaper again. He is a real hoot. The team and their friends are intense and intelligent and interesting. Wolf's protective nature and Meg's determination and driven personality fit together perfectly. The story is action packed and mystery fueled. The writing is smooth and smart.

This new Bounty Hunters story is very intriguing and interesting. The story is about Meg offers Wolf, both were military. Now he is working with the bounty hunters to bring back a fugitive. She was the officer who initially arrested the fugitive. Some things do no make since to her and she is out for answers. These two are under attack and running for their lives. I love how this story develops with some mystery, action, suspense and passion.

Nothing like being hunted and finding love. Wolf meets Meg when he and his team is trying to catch a prisoner who escaped from jail. Then the two are almost ran off the road. Can they catch the ones chasing them before they catch them? Can they make a relationship work after all is said and done?

Wow, these Montana Bounty Hunters move fast! I know Marine's are passionate because both my parents were Marines, but that boy Wolf moves at lightning speed. To be far though, Meg was keeping pace. Another good takedown story with drama and romance.

I fell in love with Devlin's Bounty Hunters over three years ago when I picked up my first one. Since then, the Hunters have never disappointed me and neither has Wolf. These are fast read stories that manage to provide fleshed out characters, action, suspense, humor, a brotherhood and steamy romance. My only complaint is I'm done reading the books too quickly and have to wait for the next one.

Loved this book for all the action and intrigue and seeing the other bounty hunters together along with the elite group I haven't read about. This is by far my favorite bounty hunter so far. And of course Reaper cracked me up. HEA.

He went on a bounty hunt and before he could apprehend the suspect, someone shot him. A deputy interviewed him and now the two of them are on the run from the killers.
