The Wedding Assignment
Cayden's plans to end this school year on a high note are abruptly scrapped when her Health teacher assigns a traditional project that has been repeated by many generations in her town – the Wedding Assignment, as their final assessment in the course. And being the awkward, timid wallflower Cayden is, the project has next to no appeal to her.
One thing's for sure - the project makes one big mess out of her life.
Suddenly, her relationship with her best friend is past the classification of fractured, and damage control is much more challenging than she thought. Her younger brother is being twice as sarcastic as usual, and is becoming involved in the wrong crowd. Not to mention he’s developed and improved new blackmailing skills!
If anything good might come out of the whole mess, it will Caspar, her Wedding Assignment partner. He's actually very sweet, is extremely funny, charming, and not to mention quite easy on the eyes. But how does he feel about Cayden?
