I liked this one better than Temptation. I was glad that we still got to see the other couple though. Of course there was drama but it was nice that it all worked out in the end. I look forward to seeing how Jordan's sisters story plays out in the next one.

Romi Hart’s Addiction (Out of Bounds Book 2) is most definitely the promised bad boy sports romance - and that’s a very (very) good thing indeed. Jordan may indeed be a beast, both on an off the soccer field, but he’s the perfect guy for Kylie. Yes, they’ll have some major “ups” and “downs” - and tons of yummy heat along the way - but this is a totally fun journey. But for the fact that I’m literally dictating this review my husband from my hospital bed I could go on and on with praises - the book definitely deserves it. Since I can’t do that I will simply note that the book is most definitely one to read, and it is easy to highly recommend. I’m definitely looking forward to the next book in this series.

What a beautiful love story, even though that's not the way they were heading for. We've got Aussie Jordan Dennison who's been introduced to his team mate Marcus Winters' girlfriend Reesa's best friend Kylie Michaels & they have this Hot connection between each other from that first look & they decide to be sexual friends after that first night. Jordan tells her to not fall for him & he won't be doing the same. We do find out getting towards the end, the real reason why he told & was sticking to not wanting a long term relationship.

Kylie and Jordan are the best friends of Ressa and Marc from book 1 in this series. I loved being able to get to see thier whole story, we got a small hint of it in book 1. Kylie has a habit of falling hard and fast, this time she's determinded not to! Jordan can't afford to have any attachments, just casual and fun is what he can handle. Time goes by and things change, the heat and passion they have can't be ignored and then the real issues pop up. I loved walking through this journey with Kylie and Jordan.

What an awesome story! Kylie enters into an unusual arrangement with Jordan: a more committed friends with benefits, but with no commitments. At first this seems ok for Kylie, but as they spend more time with each other it becomes an issue. Wait til you see what the holdup is on Jordan's part. Mind blowing! I love the wy Ms. Hart makes you care about the characters and her style of writing is easy to fall into. Another great story!

I chose to read and review this book. I liked reading this one. Kylie and Jordan are a joy to meet. I was happy for them to have their own story. I liked their views of relationships as well as their needs and how that changed between them. They share a lot of steam passion and sparks and then reality and their issues were mixed with it. I enjoyed the ending and their minds together. Felt very real.

Kylie and Jordan's was an enjoyable read. When I think of sports romance stories, I usually think of a load of groupies following the lead character. This one is very different. It is steamy, realistic and makes for a good all-nighter.

I think this is one of Romi Hart's best work.

It’s just casual…’til it’s not. There’s no reason for anyone to have skin in the game (so to speak); no reason that feelings should be involved or anyone should get hurt.

So why didn’t it work out that way?

Kylie and Jordan thought they had the casual sex thing totally worked out. Sure, they’re hot as a 3-alarm fire in the sack, but Jordan was quick to communicate that he just absolutely, positively, just didn’t do commitments. So while he wanted to keep having these private porn-inducing sessions with Kylie, they had to be without attachments. She said she was totally cool with that. Best-sex-ever with a statue-worthy hunk of gorgeous man?? Yes, please! She’s no fool.

But the more their romps continue at their fevered pitch, the more Kylie wonders if it’s just a bootie call for Jordan—for some reason she can’t handle that idea. In fact, this whole thing isn’t sitting so well with her any more. It’s time for them to talk. Good thing she has total trust in Jordan…he’s such an awesome guy, and he seems so crazy about her.

Kylie and Jordan make this a fun and sexy novella that’s totally worth your afternoon. These two could win a Nobel prize for chemistry, because they totally have it going on in the bedroom (and the living room, the elevator, the shower, you name it)! The amount of steam and the occasional use of adult language make this a story that can be shared with your co-workers. Although this is the second book in a series and features characters returning from the first book, this book can easily be read as a stand-alone. This story is not only a great juicy read, it’s also a wonderful reminder about loving, committing, and trusting.

The Bad Boys in this series has me addicted

Addiction by Romi Hart had me addicted from Book 1 and Book 2 was no exception! Kylie and Jordan are scorching hot between the sheets (anywhere, reallly) and really sweet, just perfect.
I really enjoyed Addiction because of the storyline, the antagonism and resolution. Kylie is very straightforward, the reader knows exactly what she wants (this book is from her POV only), but the book kept me hooked to the end, because Jordan's words and actions did not match. There's a very good reason for that, but you'll just have to read the book to find out! You will love it and the HEA too. And, if you did not begin with Book 1, Temptation, that's ok you don't have to to follow along, but each book leads you to the next. And with all the steam in the first two, you will just want more! Can't wait to read Passion next!
A well written book as a short story that does not leave you feeling as though you missed a thing.

Kylie isn't into sports but she went to a sports event with a friend because she was interested in one of the athletes. When Kylie saw Jordan she saw what attracted her friend to sports. When their friends went to leave together they offered to take her home but she wanted to stay behind with Jordan to get to know him better. When things heat up between them they end up having sex. Jordan tries to convince her to spend more time with him but wants her that he doesn't do relationships so Kylie has to decide if she can be with him without her heart getting involved. Can they have a casual relationship without real feelings getting involved between them?


This is an amazing story once I started I couldn't put it down. The chemistry between Jordan and Kylie is off the charts hot. This is a well written and very entertaining story. I would recommend this book to any book lover.

ROMI NAILS IT!!!
OMG! Wow! I really fell in love with this tale. Romi really nails this page turning treasure with her amazing talent and imagination. The main characters were complex, relatable, well developed and so realistic I felt I could just reach out and touch them. The scenes were so descriptive and detailed it totally pulls this bad boy together beautifully. The twists and turns along with a few bumps in the road are played with such realism it holds your attention until the last word. Their personalities were so different yet balanced out as they play off one another in perfect sync. The way the storyline flows is as smooth as silk. The chemistry was hot and explosive. You add in the suspense and drama and Romo hits gold. This is one hot series that I highly recommend. Romi did a fabulous job bringing this read to life flawlessly. Remarkable job Romi, thanks for sharing this little kicker with us.

i read this book as part of an arc program. This is the story of Kylie and Jordan. This is the second book in the Bad Boy of Sports series and tells the story from Kylie's point of view about her romance with Jordan, whic we started to learn about in book 1. Jordan told Kylie he liked her, but he couldn't commit to a relationship, but wanted to have fun and see each other. Kylie usually fell too hard and too fast for her boyfriends, so she decided to have fun with Jordan. They had a great connection and chemistry. Jordan treated Kylie like a girlfriend and soon she had fallen for him. Just when things are looking up for the couple and they seem to be falling for each other, there is a twist that changes everything. I like this series and really wanted Jordan and Kylie to have a happy ending. I liked them together and thought they really did love each other. Good one.

I CAN'T WAIT TO READ PASSION. Seriously reader's, Romi Hart sure knows how to draw a reader in to a storyline and I can quite honestly say, this book is realistic. Perhaps others might not see it that way and that is more than fine, however, as a Mother as well as a StepMother, children do come first and foremost in our lives. To find a dedicated Father that is so beautiful on the inside and full of compassion and love is rare and something to hold on to with everything you have. I honestly believe that Addiction is my favorite Romi Hart book I've read to date. Wonderful book.

I absolutely loved this book. Kylie and Jordan meet because their best friends Reesa and Marcus(Temptation) are in a relationship. The chemistry is off the charts and what starts off simple becomes more. There’s friendship, companionship, lust, and secrets that threaten the love neither was expecting. Be prepared for sizzling hot chemistry and moments that will tug at your heart. I absolutely loved the secondary characters and I cannot wait to read the next book in this series. One of the best parts is that Romi Hart continues the storyline from the previous book (Temptation-Ressa and Marcus) and the reader gets to not only see where the stories overlap but also how they continue to grow. I really enjoyed this short suspense like drama, i was addicted from page one. Its Kylie and Jordans story told from only her POV.  The characters are relateble, well developed and complex.  There are twist and turns, secrets, heartache, a few obstacles, and plenty of hot steam.  Startes as a no strings arragment turned into so much more. Kylie, a graphic designer, mets Jordan, a professional soccer player, through her best friend Reesa. She was dissappointed her didn't want a relationship but continued having sex which only got better even though their first was so explosive. I loved this emotional rollercoaster that landed in a happy ending. Can't wait fir the next story in the series even though they can read as standalones. I voluntarily reviewed this ARC.

A really hot sports romance. 💞️⚽️💞

Kylie meets Jordan through her friend, Reesa and her boyfriend Marcus. Jordan has been best friends with Marcus for years and they play on the same soccer team. It's a different storyline, where Kylie and Jordan agree to basically be friends with benefits but are exclusive to each other. Jordan just has one rule and that's they don't develop feelings for each other and want a "relationship". Unfortunately for both of them, they both break that rule. And that's where they have trouble. 💕💓😢💕

This is the second book in the Tempting Alphas series and probably could be read as a standalone but it's better if you read it in the order it was written. 😉

No words can do justice to the way “Addiction” made me feel. If possible, I would give this story a ten star. This book involves Jordan a beautiful bad boy soccer player who can't commit to a romantic relationship and Kylie who wants long term love with the white picket fence. Can these two ever reach a compromise? The drama, romance, steamy chemistry, and shocking twist will keep you glued to the pages until the end. If you're looking for an excellent plot that will keep you at the edge of your seat, “Addiction” is for you. Well worth reading. Although “Addiction” is a stand alone, reading “Temptation” the first book in the series will definitely enhance your reading experience.

Loved this book. It over laps a little with Temptation but from Kylie's story and I loved that. You get Kylie and Jordan's story and You will not be disappointed. Kylie is out of luck in love and Jordan is Marcus best friend they just so happen to cross paths at a charity function.

Well that's all they needed for the hot chemistry, passion & steamy sex for them. It's a fabulous read with some hard relationship turns and misunderstandings.

It's a greatest when I just couldnt put it down. I can't wait for the next book.

Another one to put on you sports romance book shelf to read again and again.

Kylie, a graphic designer, met Jordan, a professional soccer player, through her best friend Reesa. Their story unfolds slowly but blows up spectacularly when secrets come to light. As with Temptation, there is plenty of steam and unfortunate heartache for the couple. I am looking forward to the next book from Romi Hart in this series. She writes to draw the reader in, creating relatable characters that deal with realistic issues and delivering a happily ever after.

I received this ARC from Bookfunnel to voluntarily read and review honestly. Kylie was Reesa's best friend and she was the one that knew of Marc the soccer player. When he met and was infatuated with Reesa Kylie insisted her friend go out with him. They became very close. Kylie was introduced to his best friend and fellow teammate, Jordan. Jordan and Kylie started an affair that was supposed to be just fun, but emotions became involved. Marc was accused of a crime and Reesa didn't know if she could believe him. Jordan received a phone call and Kylie answered when he didn't. Now it was her turn to see if she could believe and trust anything he said.

A lie by omission is still a lie.

How very noble of Jordan (yes that was sarcasm), I mean let’s just skip over the lie by omission but he has a daughter a child who “looks just like him” and regardless of how much time he’s with her she calls him daddy...why not Uncle Jordan? That was the agreement right? Donor only? How is this man “famous” and no one knows he’s married or has a child or that he’s getting a divorce? WTAF??

The book was superficial and I think Kylie is so desperate for her happy ending she forgave and ironed out details just so she could be with him. NO that was his obligation to handle!

We finally got to read about Kylie and Jordan.  There story was hot, steamy and always kept us guessing. We never really got the whole back story about him but when we finally did, how can you not love and man who risked jus about everything to help out his stepsister. Now that's trust and caring. Kylie though still had this piece of her that just can't trust but when she finally gives her heart away it's so worth it. Now I can what to see what happens with Kyrs and Dex. Excellent read! I give it 5 stars. I voluntarily read and reviewed this book as an Advanced Reader's Copy.

You can always count on Romi Hart to deliver a romance with "heart". Addiction is the story of Jordan and Kylie. What starts out as a friends-with-benefits relationship quickly becomes more. There is plenty of steamy sex, a twist in the plot (that you won't see coming) and the HEA. The only reason I didn't give this 5 stars? I wanted more...more character involvement in the story, their day to day interactions outside the bedroom, more conversations, etc. But as a short story, Romi Hart delivers a superb romance.

Jordan have a friends with benefits deal no emotions, no strings or anything. But with Kylie she wants more but he won't or can't give her more. She don't know why. Jordan is hiding a big secret from his that only one other knows about. He doesn't think he has anymore to give cause if his secret. Will they be able to get past what he is keeping a secret or will it lead them apart?
Amazing read with lots of emotions and push and pull from these two. You will laugh and cry. page after page of this keeps there and wanting more. Can't wait to read more.

Wow, another fantastic contemporary sports (soccer) romance. This couple meet due to their friends dating. This couple go through realistic heartache. Kylie and Jordan thought they could keep it so they were just ‘having sex’ then things changed. I enjoy the way Ms. Hart makes the books in this set so characters from the other books in this series come together. Each book is a yummy stand-alone especially since Jordan is known as the “beast” on the field. I received a complementary copy of this book and chose to write a review. I look forward to reading future books by this author.

Loved It!

This is Book 2 in the Tempting Alphas series.
It was Kylie, a friend of Ressa from Book 1,
and Jordan who plays soccer with Marcus, Reese’s fiancé. They are immediately attracted to each other and start seeing each other. They decided to keep it casual, but feelings get involved. There are some secrets that when they come out have damaging results! Will Jordan be able to explain or is it over for the couple?
This series is fantastic! I can’t wait to read Passion!
