It was then a spark was lit, and ever since, she's been unable to switch off the urge to share her stories.
L.J. Harris discovered that as much as experiencing pain, loss and betrayal can be devastating, capturing the feelings of anguish and loss that some of her characters have had to endure without firsthand knowledge would have proved difficult.
L.J. has been previously published and has shared several online stories and looks forward to continuing to share her work.

LJ puts us in the minds, hearts, and pants (!) of six distinctly different, sexy men and makes us fall in love with all of them. Even though this is a novella, LJ manages to build round, complex characters who don't turn out to be exactly what you might expect, and it is these surprises that make her books such a joy to read. They're more than a roll in the hay. We really get to know these boys- what holds them back, what turns them on, and that moment they click!
With her sensuous descriptions of some extremely hot choreography, she brings you right into that strip club for a VIP experience! Like all of LJ's characters, I was hungry for more of them when the story ended. Fingers crossed, she writes a spinoff for us!

Long lost buddies
It is Alec's 21st birthday and his 2 best friends who are also gay decide to take Alex to a male strip club to celebrate. Jay is one of the dancers and was a close friend of Alex's at one point in high school. They sort of had a falling out and Jay is extremely nervous to dance for him. Finally, he put on a mask to disguise his identity. Despite the mask there was terrific chemistry between the two of them. Then his friends buy him a lap dance with Jay. What will happen now when Jay unveils his identity. Written well, edited well, and very hot.

A great short story for Alec and Jay. Hot scenes of strippers in a club with a twist thrown in included. All the guys are great but yah I'll leave Mike out of this. A good ending with what I'd call an HFN.

Take some sexy as strippers, and a birthday celebration and what do you get? A hot, steamy and short read.
I love this author's work and she is a must read for me, so when I found out there was a short story coming, I had to pick this one up. The writing style is eawwsy to read and flows well, and the POV switch between the two characters was seemless and engaging.
The final chapter certainly hit the spot, and I will admit I'm intrigued to find out what happened after the club... More please!

Would have liked to see this as a longer story, adding in the best friends who also seem to be hooking up.
