Hey... Don't judge because you're thinking the same I'm thinking.
Only this author could make me drool by just seeing the cover.
Fifi Flowers has always been like this with me. Each book is like traveling into a new world and I loved every trip.
Her writing is simple yet super detailed, full of feelings and hot stuff. So just looking at this scenario what would you do?
Protecting Maya is her latest release and tells the stories of Logan and Maya.
Logan had a life with his team. Being a SEAL was his calling and the need to help was fully imprinted in his heart. Unfortunately that career ended sooner than expected but there was nothing he could do. Now he's a bodyguard to a famous actress and...
Maya is used to always being on spotlight. She's a well known actress that loves her job. Unfortunately she's being threatened by a stalker and her life could be in great danger.
Having a bodyguard assigned by her film company might help but...
Since the moment these two meet they can't deny the attraction that's there but how can they persue it? Or do they want to persue it? Or just forget it?

Great plot, super engaging and sweet. Of course that not everything is a bed of roses but the story progressed smoothly and quickly.
The interation between the characters is beautiful and sweet and they can't deny the chemistry between them.
Warning... You're getting some pretty hot scenes. Lol. Hot for them.
Like I said, I want more. I want to know more about these two.
Fifi more please. More... Can you please give it to me? Loved this book.

Well this was a surprising read, actually not the usual story you could expect from Fifi Flowers, but I must say that it was intriguing. Logan, an early retired seal has the duty to protect as a bodyguard, a famous actress who is being threatened by an unknown stalker. Their attraction to one another is instant but Logan has promised himself to keep things professional. As the days go by the stalker becomes more and more menacing. Suddenly their relationship takes a new path and they will both surrender to their mutual passion. Will this passion turn into love? Is Maya still protected by Logan even if their relationship has changed? An intense read with a happily ever after.

Fifi you know I love your work but girl and I swear with each new book you write the alpha men just keep getting hotter and hotter.

Logan is ex military who is now working security at a film festival. Logan is tasked with keeping Maya safe. Maya is the new hot actress who is known for her new super hero movie. When Maya and Logan first met the sparks and chemistry fly.

Will the attraction Logan feel toward Maya put her in danger or will he be able to keep her safe when his heart gets involved?

Logan is a retired Navy Seal who has now joined some of his buddies in a Security Guard / aka Bodyguard type business.
His assignment is simple. Protect Maya

Maya is a very strong and independant woman who is finally getting some where in her acting career. Her next film however is based on a comic which she knows little about.
What Maya does know someone is stalking her and leaving horrible things.

Can Logan save Maya and keep his wits about him?

This book was such a quick and great read. Logan "Shark" Hammond is a former SEAL now working in the private sector as a bodyguard. His current assignment is to protect Maya Bexley, an actress who is attend the film festival in Palm Springs. What Logan didn't realize when he was assigned to protect Maya full time is that Maya has been getting some death threats that her agent and studio doesn't want it to be known and publicized.

Maya feels an instant attraction to Logan and vice versa. As they spend time together due to Maya's commitments to the festival and her movie, the 2 realize that they can open up to each other and are comfortable talking to each other and just enjoy each other's company. As the threat continues and escalates, Logan feels that Maya needs protecting even after the festival until they find her stalker.

It's a great and sweet read and I keep rooting for Maya and Logan to have a happy ending.

I thought I liked Fifi Flowers work before, but after reading Protecting Maya and getting something so different than what she usually writes made me LOVE her even more! Everyone who knows me knows I LOOOOVE Susan Stoker and her fabulous Kindle World. Each author so far that have written in her world has done such a great job with there stories. Fifi Flowers did an even better job I think though because her usual work is more on the fun, light, and sexy ride, and this one had more heart pounding suspense with a delectable hero and a heroine who wasn't at all what I expected her to be like considering her career.

Protecting Maya was really lively, sexy, romantic with a stunning plot that I couldn't get enough of. Its not overly long, nor overly short read. It was just right for the kindle world. There is plenty of action to go along with the sizzling hot romance that left me craving more. Well done!

As an ex-Seal, Logan is used to being in dangerous situations, but being a bodyguard for a beautiful actress, Maya, scares him more once his feelings are involved. The two become closer as they work together and eventually their relationship turns from friendship to passion. But can Logan keep his feeling in check and keep her safe? Or will he put her in harms way because he loses his focus? With beautifully written characters and a heartwarming storyline this is a must read. Fifi Flowers takes two characters and intertwines them in such a passionate slow burn that every page got better and better.

Protecting Maya

Maya is a successful dedicated actress, but has a stalker! Her film company and agent do not want the police involved as it will cause bad publicity, so when she arrives at Film Festival Week she is assigned a bodyguard to help keep her safe.

Logan is a exSEAL and loves his job protecting people, he is assigned to Maya’s case and there is an instant attraction, but Logan is a professional so keeps his distance, despite the feelings he has for her. Maya is not making it easy for him as she keeps saying things that have a double meaning!

After a fun day together they arrive back at her hotel suite and things go down hill, Maya is scared and Logan wants to protect her, so he calls his buddies and they help them escape unseen. Once they are alone can Logan still be professional? Can they catch the stalker and make Maya Safe? And can they figure out how to move forward with their feelings for each other.

This book is different to what Fifi has written before, it it is sooooo good!

I enjoyed reading this book. Once I started couldn't put it down.
Strong characters and great chemistry. I love Seals they are strong, loyal and very protective. So who better to be a bodyguard than ex military. Full of action, mystery and fun.

this was actually totally cute, it was a good and I like it quite a bit.

The characters were well written and believable.

The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars was that the "stalker " was so predictable it was kind of anti-climatic.

I wanted to say thank you to Mrs. Flowers for allowing me to read & review this sweet read.

Romance and Intrigue!!!

Story follows ex-SEALs who now work in security. Logan is assigned to a British princess Maya who is also an actress. Maya has a stalker that the studio wants to keep quiet. As Logan gets closer to Maya he is determined to keep her safe, but loses perspective as he begins to care for her.

Intrigue and romance abound in this story!!

As a new edition to the Susan Stoker’s Kindle World, Protecting Maya by Fifi Flowers is a lot of fun to read. This is the first book I have read by Ms. Flowers and I am looking forward to more. Logan and Maya’s story is full of suspense, drama, romance and fun banter to hold your interest. The characters are likeable and relatable and the storyline engaging. I enjoyed the fact that Maya, being an actress, is not the normal stereotyped prima donna; she is sweet and down-to-earth and Logan, even though he is a tough-as-nails SEAL, does not go all Alpha on her and take over her life while offering protection. I also enjoyed the fact that they have good communication between them and get along well and when things turn more personal, Logan knows when to ask for help; knowing his emotions can cloud his judgement and endanger them both. *I was gifted a copy of this book from the author and am voluntarily leaving my honest review.

These was a great read. I loved the two many characters Maya and Logan. Maya is a strong and sassy actress in a new action movie. Logan is ex military who now does security. The movie company hired him to protect Maya from a stalker. They have fireworks from their first meeting. The heat was just rolling off the pages. I the process of protecting Maya. The fall in love with each other and he becomes her rock. Loved it

Protecting Maya is a well written very enjoyable book! I loved it! I loved Maya and Logan! They were strong characters with great chemistry! Maya is an actress in a new action movie. Logan is an ex seal hired to protect from a stalker. They have an instant connection and Logan will do anything to protect her! This story is full of action, suspense, a few twists that keep you reading! It was fast paced with awesome characters! Fifis story draws you in at the first page and doesn’t let you go until the end! I recommend this book to everyone! Read it and you will love it too!

I was given this book for a review. While I liked the story line. I feel it missed on the excitement. It a kindle world book but it did not have any of Susan's Characters in the story. So that was a disappointment. The story over all was good.

AN OKAY STORY

An interesting story about a movie star who is being stalked. Logan, known as the Shark, is the ex military person who is sent to provide her security. He thinks he is on a route bodyguard job during a film festival because Maya and her assistant haven't told anyone about the threats being received. Some action, a descriptions and many surprises hairdressing the end.

Not Quick Reading

No binge reading here. Had to take my time and pay attention. Both main characters do a lot of thinking and over thinking. But once I got the rhythm, I was fine. This romance was wrapped up in suspense. Who was threatening Maya? Finally, it is discovered. Maya gets rescued. Logan gets Maya and HEA.
