I have read several guides now from erotica writers on how to be successful. Typically, they all focus on the same things. The difference between them comes with clarity in text. Amy's guide is that clarity. The layout and text itself are easy to read. All her tips are written in simple to understand language and she emphasizes that this is what worked for her. You take what you bring to writing and the tips that work for you. I appreciate that this guide focuses mostly on self publishing to Amazon since this is the only place I am interested in exploring. If you have to pick up one book for info about writing erotica, this is it.
Want to get onto the business, this is a good basic guide to doing that. Appreciated author's sense of humor. The only constructive feedback I can offer is that Author used acronyms that s/ he didn't define in the book (that I saw) but other than that it's a good introduction.
This is a great guide for those who are just getting into erotica writing and even those who have been at it while struggling. The section on finding your niche, kink, and sub-kink are extremely enlightening!
