She runs the New York club scene—where she goes, Manhattan’s wasted elite are sure to follow. I run security for the city’s hottest nightclubs—clubs my billionaire brother just happens to own. Not a night goes by that she and her entourage aren’t causing me grief, one way or another.
I’ve come to accept Delilah Fiorella and her spoiled, rich-girl antics are a permanent fixture in my life. I tell myself I won’t let anyone else deal with her bullsh*t because her sister is my brother’s woman—that makes her family. What I won’t admit to anyone, not even to myself, is that she kissed me once. She was just a kid—barely legal—and too blitzed to realize what she was doing or who she was doing it to... but five years later, I still can’t get the taste of her out of my mouth. My hands still remember what she feels like writhing beneath them. And no matter what it makes me, I want to do it again.
When she’s drugged in one of my clubs and someone tries to kidnap her, I feel responsible.
When I find out someone is stalking her, threatening to hurt her, I take it personally.
When my brother asks me to protect her, I reluctantly agree.
Delilah doesn’t want my protection. She wants to tease me. Torture me. Drive me crazy.
And I’d be a liar if I said I didn’t love every f*cking minute of it.
She’s spoiled and sheltered. Pampered and Indulged. Lives in an Ivory Tower where someone like me will never be welcome. That’s okay—I don’t need an invitation. I don’t need permission. Because the demons inside me have been unleashed and they’ll stop at nothing to protect her and they’ll crawl to hell and back to make her mine.
USA Today best-selling author Megyn Ward lives on coffee, chocolate and more than the occasional glass of red wine. When she's not spending time with the hot, dirty-talking Alphas and the strong, capable women who love them who live in her head, she's busy chasing chickens (and kids), hanging laundry and burning dinner. Either way, she is almost always in the company of her eight dogs, her truest and most faithful companions, and her almost as faithful husband, Joe. Megyn is also the author of the award-winning Sabrina Vaughn thriller series, written under the name Maegan Beaumont.
I started this just wanting to read a couple chapters and next thing I know I'm almost done. Grayson and Delilah's story sucked me in right from the start. Delilah has been Grayson's pain since he started working security for his brothers club. Delilah takes joy in aggravating Grayson. Both characters have an attraction to each other but they try to ignore. But when Delilah is almost abducted Grayson finds himself protecting her while they try to find her attacker. Love the banter between these two and the chemistry is explosive. I also love my favorite character makes an appearance Connor Gilroy. Jase is the last of the brothers hopefully he will get a story too.
I received an ARC and volunteered to leave a review.
I'm enjoying pretty much everything that I can from this author. I started with the Gilroy series. I love the tie-ins with those characters. I'm loving the bond of these brothers.
What I really need to know if Have is getting a story and if Went is getting a story because my interest is piqued.
It Grabbed My attention and focus so strong I could not put it down. A word of advice when you get your copy. Grab a snack, a comfy seat, kick back and relax. You will not be moving until you finish this bad boy here. Remarkable job. Thanks for sharing.
The only reason it got the extra 1/2 star is because I didn’t see the twist at the end coming. Other than that, it was not very interesting. There was little character building and relationship building. The two main characters basically kissed one night 6 years ago and “fell in love” but nothing happened for those 6 years, they barely talked to or interacted with one another and somehow fell in love. Just an over the top story line with not great writing or great characters to make it worth reading
The Kings of Brighton Series keeps surpassing expectations!
I didn’t think I could love any characters as the Gilroy Clan, but I must say the 4 kings have surpassed them for me! I loved getting to see the real Delilah and see the way that Grayson loved and cherished her. Seeing the big teddy bear all gruff and different with her showed how much she was getting to him. I loved seeing them finally get it together and him seeing the real her.
I love Silver, but it breaks my heart a little to see that she got all the love and Delilah and Went were neglected and looked down upon by their mother and father. They had everything materially that they wanted, but none of the love.
I am looking forward to reading Went’s story in August and Jase’s story next. I loved the Gilroys, but there’s just something about the Kings that gets to me. I love the interconnectedness (is that a word?) of the two series and seeing different views and points of view of events. I love this universe that was built with these two series and never want them to end!
All my favorite things!! Angst, Steam, Suspense, & a HEA!
Love these Brighton Kings!! Each brother has his issues. Grayson, or rather Gray, is no different. The chip on his shoulder doesn't let him forget the past. Or let him think he is worthy of a rich, spoiled, society princess like Delilah.
We finally find out why she was so skittish in her sister's birthing suite.
She's got a stalker. And Gray is the only person who makes her feel safe.
They've both been feeling something for the past six years of their back and forth. Delilah egging him on and Gray judging her antics.
When it all comes to a head one night, Gray is there to save her and in doing so, they end up saving each other.
Just the read I needed. I love my romance with that dash of suspense, a lot of hot hot hot, and just enough angst.

Title: Grayson Author: @megynward Trope: enemies to lovers Perspective: dual first person Overall rating: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
This is the 3rd book in the Kings of Brighton Series and it did not disappoint. I have been reading some seriously heavy, mind f*ck reads lately and this one was a great one to lighten me up a little.
Don’t get me wrong though, this is not a all hearts and roses kinda book, there are some twists and turns but overall it was a fast easy read with a solid plot, returning supporting characters, some solid steam, and a happily ever after.
Megyn Ward never disappoints and I can’t wait for her next spinoff series!
Excellent story! The book blurb is a pretty good summary of the story. The characters are interesting, the plot is exciting, the storytelling and writing is excellent. (I read an unedited advance reader copy and any typos therein barely registered, I was so completely engrossed by the story.) I was hooked from page one and I couldn't put it down. The chemistry between Gray and Delilah is out of this world. I loved them and the fire and passion between them. Grayson is the third book of this awesome series and I loved it!

I love the moment in a book where a lead character realizes the person who they may or may not like is actually so much more than they thought. When they start to peel away the layers and get to the real person deep inside and are able to make a connection… Ahhh goosebumps! I’m so glad Gray didn’t give up on Delilah, she just needed his help to bring out her true self, they totally deserve each other and had such a happy HEA. (The news at the ranch in Wyoming made me bawl) I’m super excited to read Jases’s book next but, I also really want to read about Wentworth! (I have a feeling his story will be so intensely good) ❤️
Giving only a short review (this is book 3 in the series).
This was not the book I was expecting, but I was deliciously entertained. Delilah and Grayson couldn't be more different. A pampered socialite princess, abandoned and wild. An orphan who fought his way to the top with his chosen brothers, now owning the most elite clubs, but never allowing himself to get attached. They are broken apart, but can they become whole together?
Heartfelt, even painful at time, reading the love bud, bruise, and bloom between these two wildly different characters. Ms. Ward's writing is getting better and better. It's hard to wait for the next book when I want it now!
Oh this story is so heart wrenching, filled with turmoil and so action packed too! Delilah, a spoiled rich celeb that makes life a living hell for Grayson, head security for the popular night club, Level in NYC have a love hate relationship. The feelings are there but they are just too stubborn to make them known. The push and pull of these two is excruciating and we just crave the happiness that we hope they will finally find. Will they figure it all out? You have to read it and let me tell you, you won’t be sorry!
This book starts off with them being polar opposites personality wise and yet she’s drawn to him like a moth to a flame. He’s drawn to her more than he let himself realize of course but that’s all in the story. We get to watch their relationship evolve and unfold and watch her grow up.
It was really fun to see some of the scenes from Tobias and Logan’s books play out in full and from their perspective.
The end was action packed and the epilogue!! OMG! The last line is MAJOR SWOON!!
From the most unexpected coupling to a beautiful coupling ❤️❤️❤️
Just what I was expecting - the series does not dissapoint and now I will be looking forwar to the next book giving us the story of jase.
Greyson did justice to the Kings of Brighton. Just a s stubborn and lovable as the rest of them. It took time but he came to his senses. And nothing works better than a bit of danger to do it. A pain in your but may just be the love of your life. You just have to give it a chance.
Nothing worth having comes easy, which holds true for Gray and Delilah. Both come with so much to overcome, but oh boy, does it heat things up!!! This book kept me spellbound with the many different emotions coming from these two! I absolutely loved it!!! Amazing storyline that has all the elements I want in a romantic suspense! Highly recommended

I always like this author and her writing style. This book was no exception. I loved the quick pace of the story with a little mystery attached. The two main characters had a good back and forth dynamic with some fun banter at times. Wish I had read the first two books first, but that didn't take away from reading this one.

This is the third book in the series, and a terrific addition. Delilah is rich and spoiled, but also drugged in a club, and then stalked. Like it or not, Grayson is her new protector. The story has a little suspense, a touch of angst, and a whole lotta chemistry, all leading to an explosive couple and a great story. So glad that I had a chance to read this one - it grabbed my attention from the beginning. I received a free copy of this book via Booksprout and am voluntarily leaving a review.
This will be a repetitive review. Because I will post the same for all 4 books in this series. This is my first time reading this author. Absolutely love her style! These characters are wonderful. But they have flaws. They are like the people you know and you meet every day. I want to talk about them. Heck I want to have conversations with some of them. There is some abuse from their pasts that is discussed. So if that is a trigger for you.... Be forewarned. Do I recommend? Absolutely!
You guys this book… holy moly!!! Gray n Delilah do not disappoint. Their push pull…their falling in love… AND intrigue too!?! You will LOVE this one… PLUS the Gilroys (well some of the Gilroys) make an appearance (LOVE them) check it out… but be warned you will be up late cuz you will not be able to put this down…
This story is everything we have come to expect from Megyn Ward’s Kings of Brighton. Hot heroes who refuse to let their pasts restrict them or their wealth define them. Dynamic female leads who are working through their own wounds. Steamy romance with plenty of twists and turns! I recommend Grayson, and I can’t wait for Jase’s story!!
Delilah is used to pretending like she doesn't care about anything and her life is carefree. However, we don't know what she's been hiding from & its about to catch up to her. Grayson has seen Delilah as a pain in his butt, but he had always been there to protect & she might be in real danger now...
This book has so many wonderful and totally exciting twists and turns. Just when you thought it was one way... it turns the other way.
Totally worth the read.

This was an exciting and intriguing romance that follows Gray and Delilah as they fight their attraction for years denying their love. With betrayal, danger, drugs, and a bit of fun, this story dives into the party scene of the rich and famous leaving the characters true to life and exciting. Good read

Can't rave enough about the Brighton series and the Gilroy clan. Megan Ward books all 5 stars!
Awesome series continues and each keeps getting better as we go. My hats off to Megyn Ward and her creative genius with the Gilroy and Brighton family friends group. Each one is awesome and you love them more as the numbers grow! All 5 stars!
It will be hard to top this one. It sucked you in from the beginning. I couldn't wait to find out more about Delilah and Grayson. Loved Delilah's sass and Grayson's grumpiness. Together they make a beautiful couple. Of course we couldn't get a story without a little Conner. After reading this one I cannot WAIT for Wentworth story. Swoon!!!
Love this story. The push and pull. I love the Bright family and their strong but flawed men. There were a few typos but it didn't take away from the story for me. The pop up of my fav Gilroy in this story doesn't hurt either.
This is a wild whirlwind of a book. There always something on the go always some drama . I love the banter between Gray and Delilah makes me chuckle the way she pays up to him.
He might be my favourite out of the Brighton boys. Honestly, I loved him and Lilah together- loved his military background - loved his backstory. I think the onky story I want MORE than his is Went's.
This is a very good series, so far the three books have been great. Love having the other characters in them and will probably have to read the other series for the supporting characters. Recommend.
I recently discovered Megyn and jumped down the rabbit hole. I read Tobias, Logan and now just finished Grayson. I love how the stories are unique and original. I was wondering what the backstory was for Grayson and Delilah. I love how she sprinkles in all of the other side characters.
