good if you need to know about FreeRTOS. otherwise, i wouldn't recommend it.

seems like it could have assumed a lot more knowledge than it did, resulting in unnecessary length, and lackluster explanations of concepts any reader probably already knows. there's no need to introduce the idea of a mutex here, i would think.

Excellent introduction to FreeRTOS. I did not read it cover to cover, but skimmed it to get an introduction, however the details on function calls and many examples will be useful as a reference when questions arise in the future.
