Sister Hermes covers all the current trends in prayer in this short book. This is not "Prayer for Dummies" but a reliable guide to the need for prayer and how to set aside time for prayer. Bishop Robert Baron in his book "Catholicism"has a chapter on prayer. This book is useful for those who want to build Bishop Baron's insights
