Hank Wilde and Mollie Williams grew up in completely different worlds. Worlds neatly tucked away in the same small Northern Colorado town.
Hank comes from a large, close-knit family of six boys. The Wildes are pillars of the community, and the family’s ranch, the oldest in the county, stretches back generations.
Mollie can count her family on two fingers, a cousin she thinks of like a sister and a niece who she loves more than anything. The only things associated with the Williams’ name are that she’s the happy-go-lucky waitress in the town’s only diner, and the string of felony convictions tied to her dad, uncle, and cousin.
None of that matters to Hank and Mollie, though. All they care about is how much better life is when they’re together.
But they discover happiness comes at a price when their worlds collide, unleashing chaos in their small community.
With Hank’s family suffering a tragic accident and Mollie’s past resurfacing, their future together is anything but certain.

4.2 stars this was a first time read for both of these authors. I was more than pleasantly surprised at the fluidity of the book having two different authors. The writing style is concise, clear, and not cheesy. The story actually has substance and a foundation to it. This, in turn, created an entertaining read. I like the details in the characters and was drawn in wanting to know more. I enjoyed Hank and Mollie and look forward to discovering more about the Wilde family and also finding out more about Sam and Vanessa.

Let me start by saying i got this book as an ARC. I was so excited to get the scoop first and it didn't disappoint.
I have read many of the author 's books but this series isn't one of them. So let me tell you it is a good stand alone book. I didn't miss not knowing the characters prior to this story.
I found it to be an easy read. I finished it in a day. It is a sweet story of love that starts out with road blocks but they eventually find their way to each other. There is family drama of course but it was the one thing I had trouble with. The perpetrators were known but the cast of characters seemed to forget all the players at large. That was my only hiccup and it made me tell at the book like they could hear me.
I have ordered the first two books and the companion from another series that has the story of one of the brothers. I will be waiting for the next installment.
Mollie has had her share of family problems and just when she finally thinks her life is turning around - her family comes back in the picture to cause harm. Thankfully she finally has a good man on her side. Hank Wilde has always been a person who has had a strong family upbringing. The two of them together should be able to withstand anything. But sometimes problems are bigger than what they seem and Mollie's life hangs in the balance. Can Hank and his brothers get there in time? With a plot that had so many twists and turns and characters you cannot help but fall in love with, this book is a must read. Those Wilde boys are just perfect!!
I absolutely hate to say this about any book and I never thought I’d ever say it about a book Abby Brooks name is attached to but this is just a terrible story. Maybe Abby should rethink her writing partnership with Will Wright because IMHO what the duo produces is far less than what Abby produces on her own. Mollie was a very likable character. So was Hank when he wasn’t being portrayed as an idiot. The authors make the characters look dumber than a box of rocks. Chet is shot one night while out checking the heard when he gets off of his horse to investigate a break in the fence. It’s determined the fence was cut. Ten head of cattle are missing that no on can account for anywhere. Yet no one can put 2+2 together and figure out Chet was shot when he ran across someone trying to steal their cattle? Mollie is supposed to join Hank after work to go to his family’s Wednesday night dinner celebration of Chet finally returning home from the hospital. An hour after she’s left work her car is in the diner’s parking lot and Mollie is nowhere to be fo sund. Instead of immediately realizing Mollie has been taken Hank is checking the local bar and her apartment (which isn’t even within walking distance) to see where she might have gone. It isn’t until Jack puts the pieces together that they realize that her uncle may have taken her even though Hank and Sam are both aware that the uncle along with her cousin Clint had been threatening her and while Clint may be incarcerated, the uncle is still at large. Seriously, left work over an hour ago, car still in lot, can't be reached by phone, yeah maybe she decided to go have a drink. Really? Since Hank had taken out Clint as the trio of women were preparing to move to Hank’s house to protect themselves from Clint, why did they still move to Hank’s with Clint either in the hospital under police watch or jail? And why were they going to be any safer at Hank’s unless he was going to be there with them 24/7? His place was even more isolated than Mollie and Sam’s apartment and if Clint and his father could find their apartment they could find Hank’s place. The biggest question and plot hole is why would Clint and his father be so worried about Mollie’s relationship with Hank linking them to the cattle theft when Mollie had no idea that they were involved with Clint’s shooting? She didn’t even realize they were out of prison until they started showing up to harass her about dating Hank. Neither was even on the sheriff’s radar for the crime. Once Mollie had already told the sheriff everything she knew about Clint’s possible involvement what was to be gained by killing her? Lastly, Hank and Sam are in a panic when they finally begin to believe Mollie has been abducted even though neither has put together that it could be the uncle (Sam’s father) who might have taken her. But that doesn’t stop any of the Wilde brothers from continuing to give each other a ration of shit when they talk on the phone or in person like its just another day on the ranch. Instead of saying what's going on Hank has to stop and bust his brother's balls first or let his brother ramble on busting his? Ridiculous. When Hank takes Marie to watch Vanessa while Sam shows them the way to her father’s possible hideout she goes back to get the basket of food she’s packed like she’s going to a Sunday picnic. None of them demonstrate any sense of urgency about finding Mollie. Not to mention it’s 11 o’clock at night, Vanessa’s asleep and Sam is going with the boys to help them find Mollie. So why did she need to bring food with her? When they finally do locate the cabin Jack thinks they should wait for police backup even though they have no idea but have every reason to suspect Mollie is in imminent danger and it could take hours for the sheriff and his deputies to arrive on the scene of the isolated cabin, if they even come at all. I’m sorry but the authors wrote so many holes in the story, things that IMHO made no sense and they made the characters look so dumb at times this book may win the award for dumbest contemporary romance I’ve ever read. Okay, I loved the Mollie character. The scenes where Mollie was trapped in a cabin with her psycho uncle were well written and suspenseful. Over all though there was just too much about this story I had problems with to give it more than two stars.

The chemistry between Hank & Mollie is real and lovely to read. Having feelings for each other is helping them grow individually, it's a testiment to their feelings that they keep trying to have their 1st date!
Hanks family is dealing with a serious incident which has them scared, baffled, worried and wanting answers. Hank has to find a way to be there for his family and spend time with Mollie. She in turn has dealt with her own family issues by cutting out those who hurt and harm her, the fact that she can be who she is after all shes been through shows her great character and I love how she teases Hank, they are lovely together.
This story has suspense, drama, family issues, romance, great relationships and flows very well. I'm looking forward to Jack's story and I hope Sam and Vanessa will eventually get their HEA. I am voluntarily leaving this honest review after receiving an ARC.
Hank - have to say if found him refreshingly handsome and down to earth as well as a bit funny. Loved the banter between the brothers.
Mollie - she was a fairly sharp cookie! She gave as well as she took in the relationship with Hank. She was a bit slow on the up take with her uncle and cousin - but at least she didn’t “tough” it out by keeping it from Hank. Enjoyed the fact that she trusted him enough to tell him the truth about her family’s past - even as she risked him looking down on her or walking away from their new relationship.
Loved their sparks! Also, loved that they laughed at and with each other. Their relationship had that cozy warm - feel of finally coming home.
Have to say the plot and drama of this one was well done and add just the right amount of suspense to the story.
Fall in love with the Wilde Boys all over again with Hank. Hank is the jokester of the group. Always having the joke and keeping things light, but don't let him fool you, he can be serious when need be. Mollie is sweet and well loved but for some reason things just keep getting in their way when it comes to dating. I loved coming back to the Wilde Boys, it's like catching up with old friends. Seeing the protective side of Hank makes my heart go all warm and fuzzy, especially with the excitement over Chet and later Molly. I love these two authors and I really love their style of writing. Their characters have a human, touchable side that makes it easy to relate to them. Their women are special and each one is fiery and keeps the guys in line and don't discount their mother, she's still whipping them into shape. It's a great standalone read.
I love series books where each book in the series is a stand alone book, but throughout the series there is multiple character development and an intertwining storyline. That is just one of the reasons I loved this book. This series centers around the Wilde brothers and each one so far has been amazing. Hank's story is no different. Hank and Mollie have to fight even to have a first date, but as the story unfolds Ms. Brooks shows us how determination, honesty, devotion, and love can take us where we're meant to be. The tale has just the right amount of chemistry, humor, and suspense to make it a definite page turner and one you'll be glad you read.
So much happens in this story ! Group in a family has so many different facets! You can be from a family where everyone is watching out for everyone else and gets together to celebrate their connections sometimes weekly they have their spats and differences but if you need them they are there! Than you have family who stays on th the wrong side of the law! They feel anything they need or want they just take even though it belongs to someone else they want or need and take it! They have huge trust issues blame everyone else for their downfalls and behaviours etc. When one from each type gets together what could go wrong?
A Wilde Story !! Welcome Back to Wilde Ranch!! I've read the two prior books in this series and they were awesome. WBB3 is just as AWESOME!!!! Here's a little about the story: uu Chet is the oldest, he runs the ranch. Mollie & Hank have been trying to set up a date for awhile now. Disaster always seems to strike. There's a wedding in the story you're going to like. This storyline is filled with plenty of suspense, anger, humor, love, twists & turns that will keep you turning those pages. I voluntarily reviewed advanced copy of this book. ❤🤠🐎💋
An intense drama surrounding Mollie, local waitress, and her budding relationship with Hank Wilde. Their first date gets cancelled due to his family emergency. While he is dealing with family trauma, Mollie is shocked by a visit from her cousin and soon she is being threatened and stalked by both family members. A very captivating drama full of action and suspense.
How did this mom stay sane raising six boys? Anyway their interactions are hilarious and continuous. Hank has been trying to hook up with new girl but family gets in the way. His oldest brother is shot and cattle disappeared. Hank spends his nights in hospital with comatose brother in very uncomfortable chair. His girlfriend gets wind that her cousin is the shooter and reports to sheriff which causes big problems for her. Enjoy
These Wilde boys are wild for sure! I loved Hank and Mollie's story -- just the right amount of action, drama and steam to keep me reading into the late hours of the night. Can't wait for the next book in the series -- Love the sibling/family aspect of these stories so much -- definitely recommend!
This book focuses on Hank Wilde and Mollie. Mollie comes from a doozy of a family. Her family is the exact opposite of the salt of the earth Wildes. If it spells trouble her cousin Clint and hid dad are all in. It’s a great read and proves that you can be better than the hand dealt. Love this series so much and love the Wildes.
Loved Hank and Mollie's story! So full of drama. It kept you on your toes to see what happens next. Cant wait to see what happens with Mollies cousin Sam.
Another great book in this series. Exciting stuff in this book. Enjoy good vs evil, even though poor Chet was a victim. Don't know where you come up with your ideas but keep it up...great stories!
Each story in this series is filled with characters that you really connect with and root for. I would recommend this series to anyone who likes romance, friends and family.
There is certainly never a dull moment with Hank and Molly! And the family loyalty is so amazing! You two write amazing stories together! On to Jack's story! If you haven't read any of this series, you're missing so much!
Just an okay read. Not as good as the first two books and Hank and Mollie come over as lacklustre and forgive me a tad stupid and slow. Not the good reads of previous books.
This is the third book of the Wilde Boys series. It is the story of farm mechanic Hank and waitress Molly. Molly’s family is involved in crime. Attempted murder, rustling and kidnapping are problems on the road to true love.
Hank and Molly are so great together. They have a hard time getting that first date in and then some of her not-so-great family comes back to town and Hank steps in to protect her and her cousin, Sam and Sam's daughter. This is a great story and very well written.
I can’t say I ever expected Hank to be the protector of the Wilde boys but wow. Hank and Mollie took forever to get to that first date and even that was messed up. But once they began he couldn’t stay away from her. Can’t wait to see Jack fall next.
You can't chose your family. Hank and Molly are from different sides of the tracks. Pain arrives in different forms. Can they survive? Will their families ever be safe?
