This is the second book in A Next Generation Carter Brother Novel; a spin-off from The Carter Brothers.
I wasn’t looking for love. I was Aiden Carter; I didn’t do the whole fuzzy, lovey, romantic crap.
I loved to party.
I loved sex.
I loved women.
If I wanted it, I got it.
It was the way my world worked and I made no qualms about it.
The only people I truly cared about were my family. I was loyal to the bone and would die for each and every one of them.
There was nothing on this earth that could change me.
I guess I should have watched my back, maybe been less cocky, because I didn’t see it coming.
I’m about to have my feet swept out from under me, and there’s not one thing I can do about it.

HOLY-FUCKIN-SHIT!!!
As always I love the Carter family! I'm always excited for a book release when it comes to their family. They're funny loyal hot and entertaining. Aiden started with a bang and it ended in a Bang..
Aiden has a whole lot going on once he finds out that he's a father to a beautiful little girl. He's devoted, crazy hilarious and a player. So he had to clean up his Act when reality slapped across the face. He meets his beautiful neighbor Bailey. She's moving back home after a few years. She has a bad pass that ends up showing up once again in her life. Can Aiden and her find love together and can he be a able to protector her? I know the ending but I can't spill the beans LOL. Go check it out get a copy today.

NO SHE DIDNT
I have been reading the Carter Brothers religiously since the first book came out. Lisa knows exactly how you grip readers and make you fall in love with the characters. I loved Aiden and Bailey, their story was beautifully tragic and resonated with me deeply. I loved it..... BUT the ending has me WAITING and CRYING waiting for the next book. Lisa don’t break my heart. Please be good to me in the next book and SOON. Very soon with everyone SAFE and SOUND and IN LOVE.

What Did You Do!!!!!!
First off, amazing! I am loving reading about the next Carter Generation. Fills me with joy. You get them all in there in some way and by the time I’m finished, I feel complete...... well usually!
Second of all...........what in the heck are you trying to do to me. I turned the last page and actually screamed in frustration. You just ripped a hole in my heart and now I have to wait 😭😭😭😭 please, please, please, please don’t make me wait to long for the next book, I don’t think I could stand it.

From the moment I started Aiden it had my undivided attention. I laughed so much throughout this book, Aiden definitely has that Carter humor. Hell even Bailey had me laughing so loud!
Aiden is full of laughing, crying, angry and mushy moments and I loved every word I read. I especially love that even through the second generation family is everything, that's an aspect of the whole Carter series that I cant get enough of. I really enjoyed the new additions (The Hayes Family) hoping Jaxon is the first with Lily! Super excited for those books but I will always be Team Carter.
However I did wish for more Malik appearances and more of the women too. But overall this book was most definitely a 5 star plus for me. Sooo worth the wait!
I'm looking forward to Landon now thank you 🤞😜

In this book we are given party boy Aiden who becomes an unexpected father and single dad. He's only just moved out of his parents’ house (Maverick & Teagan) and finds himself growing up fast, his focus and commitment to his daughter is sweet to see.
Then there is Bailey who has gone through a lot of loss and pain, she’s Aiden’s neighbour and due to trauma suffered in high school is deaf. This is a slow burn romance, especially compared to the other books in the series.
Despite some of the darker elements in this book, I didn’t find it as emotionally intense as I would expect from the author. The scenes with Aiden’s uncle Max were funny, I can see why he drives his kids nuts.
I really liked the addition of the Hayes Family and look forward to the books that will emerge.
The ending of this lays the ground for the third book.
Overall an enjoyable read but don’t think I’ll re-read.

So cruel to leave us hanging
These books just keep getting better , love the different dynamics and relationships between all the next generation Carter's , really can't wait for each character to get their own story , fingers crossed Lily is next , I have a feeling her book might cross over with a Hayes . With so many siblings to get through these books have a lot of longevity.

Okay first thing I need to say is WOW! This book was awesome. I felt the emotion through the whole thing. I teared up in the beginning and it’s amazing when a book can make me do that. It’s very well written and I love that it’s not all about sex and there’s actually a story in there. Great job Lisa! I look forward till the next book even if the cliff hanger made me want to yell ‘Noooooo!!’ But I was up at 2:30 am with my 4 month old so I didn’t want to scare him! Haha looking forward to the next one!

OMG OMG OMG OMG NOOOOOO FUDGINGGGG WAYYY!!!!!!
I have no words, zero, zilch, narda!!!
I am in shock at what this lady has written!!
Picture this... im Scrolling through Instagram and I see that the next generation Carter brothers book has been released. And I think to myself “oh this is going to be good “so I pick up the book and I dive right in. Now I’m a huge fan of this author so I know she writes amazing stuff but I didn’t know that she can outdo herself. This book is every think you dont know you need from love, laughter, family, friendships and drama. If you have read the other books you know all about the cousins the uncles, aunts and siblings so you’ll know how amazing they are, But this book is something else entirely. I absolutely love Bailey and everything about her how strong she was and how brave she was after everything she’s been through. Aidan was an absolute dream he was a great friend and a great family member and even better boyfriend BUT let me tell you something the way this book ended? It’s going to take me awhile to come to terms with my life. When I say I am eagerly awaiting the next book that is an understatement. I have so many questions but they will have to wait because the second the next book comes out I’m going to be on it like a fly on shit. Guys whatever you do buy this fucking book because if you don’t you miss out on one of the greatest this year.

Aiden Carter was young, sexy and liked to play the field. That is until the day that Aiden finds out he is a Father and the Mother has passed away. Aiden mans up and although he doesn't know the first thing about babies, his family rallies around him. What he doesn't expect is to meet his new neighbor Bailey, who catches his eye and eventually his heart. Bailey though is a bit of a recluse and there is a definite reason why. Can Aiden prove to Bailey he is worth a chance?
This was fantastic, Aiden was a bit of a surprise because he came off like a younger Max in the first book and had to grow up in this one. I liked Bailey a lot and her back story is horrific. Another fantastic read in this series.

Must read series
If I could put more stars for Lisa's books I would. These books are so good, you can find yourself getting lost in them. They make you laugh and and sometimes cry they also make you blush and get embarrassed.
You have to read the original Carter series first to understand who's who. But you will not regret doing it. I don't want to leave any spoilers so all I'm saying ia make sure you have the time to finish it as once you start you won't won't to put them down ... enjoy !!

Absolutely loved this Aiden’s Story!!!! it was jaw dropping heart breaking and beautiful totally not the route I expected after seeing him as so fun loving in Faiths book and then watching him grow as a character to be a good father and do right by bailey and Sunday amazing!!! BUT WHAT IM REALLY FREAKING OUT ABOUT IS LANDON IS HE GONNA LIVE AND HAVE A STORY WITH PAISLEY AND WHAT ABOUT THE HAYES BROTHERS ARE JAXSON AND LILLY GONNA HAVE A STORY AND LANDON OBVIOUSLY HAS FEELINGS FOR PAISLEY SO I MEAN YOU CANT JUST KILL HIM OFF RIGHT?! HE’S ONE OF THE TRIPLETS THEY NEED THEIR STRONG SILENT BROTHER TO KEEP THEM IN LINE WHEN ARE YOU COMING OUT WITH THE NEXT BOOK?! AND WHEN ARE THE HAYES BROTHERS GETTING THEIR BOOKS SINCE THEY’RE GETTING THEIR OWN SERIES DOES THAT MEAN THERE WONT BE ANY CARTER/HAYES FORBIDDEN LOVES GOING ON OR IS THAT HOW YOU’RE GONNA INTRODUCE THEM IM SO CONFUSED I HAVE SO MANY QUESTIONS AND I NEED ANSWERS!!!! I love family, I love, love and even more I look forward to the happy ending from these book that life doesn't guarantee. This book as well as the others is the full package. This author is in my definite top 5. I've been waiting for Adien's book n was not disappointed. I can't wait to READ Lily's story, but I need to know Landon's.

Another awesome book!
I think I’m still in shock at this ending!! I need more like right now! I love this family sooooo much. Aiden and Bailey’s story was awesome I laughed, I cried and am so looking forward to the next. I can’t get enough of the carters. I’m now interested into finding out more about the Hayes brothers especially Jaxon and Paisley!

Amazing
This author is an automatic one click for me and this book it just another reason why. I don't know how she does it but every one is as or even more amazing as the last. I absolutely loved this book and was reminded by how much I love this family.

Holy Molie That was Amazing!! 4.5 Stars 🌟
I think I spent the entire first chapter with tears in my eyes or sobbing!!😭 This is an emotion filled read, but the Carter Brothers Series was extremely emotive & these Next Generation books are carrying it on. I'd say they're possibly a bit lighter but parts of this are also breathtakingly hard 😭😭
Aiden is knocked off of his feet when his life changed by one phone call! He's only just moved out of his parents house, Maverick & Teagan. He's 18 yrs old due to start Culinary School after the summer and his world has just exploded!!💥 Luckily the Carter family sticks together 🙏💕
Bailey is Aiden's next door neighbour. She's beautiful but initially Aiden misinterpret's her lack of reply to him as her being stuck up not realising he spoke to quickly for her to lip read!! 😕 She is spellbound by him but has little experience with people. She was extremely bullied at school & she also lost her family in a tragedy, she's only got her Grandparents left!! Being taken under the wing of the Carters is exactly what she needs and if Aiden's caveman attitude is anything to go by cupid's arrow has struck 😀💙💝
This is a beautiful romantic read until it switches to the darker subject matter!! It's written really well, (although I noticed some errors had slipped through the editing net) the characterization was fabulous, as usual, and the world this is set in is so ingrained now, from the parents books, it's almost like you could walk around their town!!👍
I absolutely LOVED the addition of the Hayes Family 😍 I could see some possible pairings between the families that would be amazing!!😂😎 One pairing would depend on the the giant cliffhanger and heart stopping ending of this book though 😱 But I could also see how a Hayes would possibly benefit if it's a bad outcome 😭😭 It all depends how evil the Author is feeling!!😳😂 I also adored Sunday, she's a heartbreaker in the making 😀

Aiden is book two in the ‘’a next generation Carter brother’’ series. I have been eager to read Aiden’s story since the snippet at the end of Faith’s story. This book definitely didn’t disappoint. Aiden used to be a player. He didn’t want a relationship or any commitments. He didn’t even think he wanted kids until he found out he was a father. Being a father was a surprise but to be a single father to a newborn at the age or nineteen was a big shock. That being said, Aiden took to fatherhood like a duck to water. I really loved the name Aiden give his daughter!
I really liked Bailey. She was a sweetheart. My heart ached for all that Bailey had been through and had lost. I liked that she finally decided to live again. She was deaf and had been through more than one horrific thing but after meeting Aiden, she wanted to live again.

Esse livro é perfeito!! Estava super na expectativa por ele, já que amei o primeiro da série e com certeza ele não me decepcionou. Foi bem mais emocionante que o primeiro, chorei umas 3 ou 4 vezes durante a leitura, por causa da história da Bailey e por tudo o que ela passou.
Também foi bem legal ver como o Aiden amadureceu por causa da paternidade. Ele era muito jovem e bem irresponsável mas foi super maduro e caiu de amores pela filha logo de cara, deixando inclusive muito engraçado o modo como era superprotetor com ela.
Amo livros com família grande assim, super próxima como eles são e divertidos iguais. É muito gostoso de ler e da muita vontade de fazer parte da família.
O tio Max como sempre está muito engraçado nesse livro ahahah
Fiquei já super animada com os irmãos Hayes e ansiosa para conhecer a história deles. E já estou apaixonada no Jaxson!!! Imagino que o livro dele vai ser com a Charlote e estou muitooooo curiosa para ler.
E o que dizer do Landon?? Desde o começo da seria eu queria ler logo o livro dele.. e depois desse final então... preciso urgentemente!
