One of the best books I own of any type.

I fell in love with Albin Brunovsky's art when I first saw it on Aeron Alfrey's Monster Brains blog and for at least the past decade, he has been my favorite artist. It's a rare artist who shines at their brightest for the last 20 years of their life. Something we can aspire to.

Visionary surreal spectacular depictions of nature, fantasy, awesome landscapes, voluptuousness and lust. Everything is beautifully shaped and rendered in gorgeous detail.
I tend to be wary of exaggerating in reviews but here I wont worry too much. He's as good or better than any fantasy artist.

It might be expensive but the £90 or so I paid for this was a bargain as I've spent maybe over a hundred hours looking at its hundreds of wonderful images.

Don't neglect to look for his Painting Work book, it's arguably just as good.
