Well I just read this in under and hour but I already knew 90% of it. If you never heard of autophagy then this is a start guide but all this you can find on google for free.
Aspects of this book are complex to the non-scientific reader, but perseverance rewards a fuller understanding of the wonders of the recreative functions in our bodies, especially when we know how to work with them. There are words of wisdom in the ancient holy books that tell us that “your healing is within you”. This is not magic, it is the Science of the One who created us.
I chose this rating because the beginning of this book was too clinical for most people. I have been using IF successfully, however, I would like to go on a longer water fast. I am afraid many people interested in the process never got to the end of the book due to the terminology Reading this did give me a map toward where I will go in the future
This book is awful. It is very badly written, 40 of the 88 pages are success stories taken from someone else’s website (without their permission) and it is full of misinformation.
This book was easy to follow and put this fairly complicated subject into understandable terms. I would recommend it to anyone who is passionate about their health.
