The Fitheach Trilogy #3
The Destiny Thief
This is an alternate cover edition for B01MUDJKC7
The stunning conclusion of The Fitheach Trilogy.
A bargain has been struck, and a shattering decision must be made.
The Destiny Thief picks up where The Blood Thief left us – staring at the last page and asking . . . how?
Alex Kelley and Greer Sinclair have become an inseparable pair, but the choice she’ll have to make for the sake of love could destroy them both. She’s becoming a force to be reckoned with, making her even more desirable to those who want to control her and exploit her remarkable gifts, including her own family.
From the streets of Manhattan to the ancient sites of Ireland, more revelations emerge, and the true nature of the people and the gods in Alex’s circle begin to unfold. The closing chapters of The Fitheach Trilogy will bring poignant or fitting conclusions for so many of the people she loves, and finally reveal the truth about the prophecy and the power of three witches in one.

I really enjoyed this series because of the storyline but this particular book was a bit frustrating. I'm not necessarily fond of the r@pe themes in books and it drives me nuts when female characters make choices based on "love". Women can go through hardships without sacrificing themselves and there are other horrid things that can take place to shift the dynamic besides r@pe. I'm just honestly tired of reading these things. It's a PERSONAL peeve and I'm aware that the book wasn't a written for me. If the purpose was to show vulnerability and fear, books one and two did it well. This book just rubbed me wrong. Outside of this, the storyline was still pleasurable.

I LOVED this series, so it's with a heavy heart I'm knocking off half a star for the ending. Three books built up such a suspenseful story and all these wonderful 'bad guys' and then it ended in the cheesiest way possible with a super-easy way out that just really left me disappointed considering how 'epic' the rest of it all was. It's one of my pet peeves when authors do that! I still highly recommend reading it ... just very meh ending which makes me sad.

I found the last book in this trilogy disappointing. Instead of telling the rest of Alex story directly, it was convoluted and filled with distracting side stories. It was difficult and confusing to wave through to discover the Queen and the truth about the murder twenty years earlier. I found Alex to be irritating unable to step up until pushed to the limit.

Perfect
This book was the perfect ending to a great trilogy. I love when someone like Alaster learns his place and has to atone for the way he treated others. I'm glad Erica and Greer found each.other. Thanks for the entertainment. Nothing better than a good book to curl up with.

Great trilogy
I have read all three books and have been enthralled with the detail, challenges and rap up. Nice to be able to finish a 3 book series, not one that goes on for endless non ending sequences. Will read again, which in my book says it all.

I really enjoyed this series. It's not often I can sit still through a string of novels these days but The Fitheach Trilogy held my attention from start to finish. I was able to connect with the characters and the situations very easily.

What an ending!
Alastair Templeton cut down to size in the most extraordinary way.
Truly enjoyed this series.
I wish there was a way to learn more about the mysterious and conniving Constantine.

The Destiny Thief was the perfect ending to a wonderfully written trilogy. The characters were fascinating, the story was exciting and mysterious and fun. And I couldn’t have figured out the ending. It was perfect.

Great story!
I starter this series because I was such a fan of the Katie Bishop series, and these have Katie in them! But I was quickly hooked on Alex and Greer! Great characters and great storytelling! Loved it!

This Trilogy Ended Well
Book one was not an enjoyable read but Two and Three finished nicely.
You DO need ti read all three in order to enjoy the characters.

There we go
Every good time must come to an end. This has been a wild ride that had been a great time. I hope to meet these characters again.

Disappointed
I felt that the main character was unconscious and a victim too many times. The plot became too choppy and confusing.

A brilliant ending to the the three. I'm gutted there are no more. The story of Alex and Greer is one I would like to see continue. In this book Alex learns more about herself and her history and overcomes some real challenges. It's another addictive read.
