This is cute! Nothing spectacular as far as mental health books go, but cute, bright and bite-sized with pretty quotes and lots of pictures strewn in between advice over several different topics. It's not an especially punchy or 'RAWR' kind of read, so I'd say the title is misleading.

We all have worrier in us trying to be warrior by using various techniques. This colorful and pretty book is full of encouraging quotes, eye-catching pictures and tips to relieve stress and anxiety.
These tips are easy to understand and follow, many of them you already know but reading them remind you again to use it.
Some solutions like shiatsu, applied relaxation and sound bath were new to me and would love to give a try.

Not sure how to rate this book.

I’d say a great deal of time and attention was given to picking up a catchy title for the book and designing the pages and cover.

The book in summary consists of some shuttrrstock pictures, lots of quotes and summarised tips to tackle stress and anxiety.

The book can be read in one go.

Colorful book with great tips and quotes to keep your mind in the right place. I usually dislike self-help books but this one is so simple and direct that you will get at least a couple of things that you can act on immediately.

3.5 stars. It's a beautiful book with many good ideas but I had hoped for more in-depth information and tips, as I have heard of most of them, suffering from bad anxiety my self. Probably a book I will look into from time to time.

A lot of basic knowledge. Not much I haven't heard or read before. Had a lot of quotes which is kind of fun, but overall it was just okay for me.
