My friend sent this diet guide to me, as I've been desperate to lose my weight. Amazing! This book said it all. I follow the program and within 3 weeks I lost 20 pounds of my weight and have kept it off. I would recommend this Brian Flatt program on weight loss, to everyone that want to slim down with the fast result.

in my opinion, The 2 Week Diet is the easy diet plan to follow, it shows me a fast and effective way to lose body weight and manage it to keep on the shape. Brian Flatt through this diet program has offered a guidance on every single day you are on your journey to help you to reach your goal.

If you are looking for a book on healthy eating for weight loss, this is the book you should read. Brian Flatt has written this 2 Week Diet book that helps people think about food and change the way they eat. The plan is well laid out and has a lot of recipes that help you lose weight.

Have loved this book, worth it. It also consists of some great recipes. I have learned much about how what we eat could affect our health and feeling of well being. Has not solved all my problems, but has gone a long way to help.

Ummm I've lost my weight about 5 pounds after follow 2 Week Diet system only in a week and wasn't even hungry. I am not kidding and it's not a joke. I haven't lost weight like that aside from a stomach virus ever.
