She seeped into my brain and my every cell. I find myself clinging to every memory of her as hard as I can.
If I could have anything I would just be with her. I would fly back to America to ask her to marry me.
But she’s not royal material. My family would never approve, which is exactly why I want her even more.
Paige
I never wanted to get swept off my feet. But now here I am. Weightless and wishing. Wishing to see him again. To feel the weight of his hard body on mine. To feel the undeniable bond we now share. But what would I even say? You don’t just walk up to royalty and say, Hey, remember me? Well guess what - I’m pregnant.
“Relentless: A Royal Secret Baby Romance” is the next standalone story in The Alabaster Club series. Start here or start with book one, it is up to you. Every story features brand new larger than life billionaires discovering brand new curvy temptations they can’t keep their hands off of. As always, there are no cliff-hangers or cheating allowed in The Alabaster Club.
This book really pissed me off and I am actually offended! The blurb says there is no cheating in this book, but I disagree. The author's definition of cheating and mine are obviously vastly different. The hero starts doing sexual things with the heroine, however it is not specified whether they actually sleep together or not. There are strong feeling involved however. This lasts for a couple of days, during which point the hero's advisor calls the heroine a hooker and treats her like absolute shit, which the hero doesn't really do anything about and never once defends her. The hero's advisor and his father tell him that he can never be in any kind of relationship with the heroine and then tells him to go to Vegas to have some 'fun' before he returns home to which the hero agrees. When he gets into the limo his father sent to pick him up there are two hookers or escorts in there waiting for him, which the hero fucks on the way to the airport. When he arrives in Vegas he then proceeded to sleep with every slut he can find during his stay. At this point the book was at 60% and I was done! I stopped reading after the author stated that the hero was whoring it up in Vegas. I classify this as cheating! He had already been sexual with the heroine before he started fucking everything on two legs, regardless if he had or had not had actual intercourse with the heroine. If I see the tag "no cheating" on a book, then I expect there to actually be NO CHEATING! I find that a lot of authors throw around the no cheating label very loosely these days and it makes me really mad. Also, the hero is a major dick for the entire book and has absolutely no redeeming qualities whatsoever. I will definitely be staying away from this author's books in the future! I don't really care if authors want to write these kinds of books, but it would have been nice to have had some kind of warning that this kind of thing was in here so that people like me could have avoided this book. It almost seemed like the author was sugar coating the content and I found it to be very misleading. If you are going to put stuff like this in your books there needs to be some kind of warning attached that there might be certain situations that some readers might find offensive or might make some people uncomfortable.

This was anther quick read in the series. It was still very enjoyable. I felt bad for Royce having to grow up in that lifestyle. I hated William and I'm glad he got the boot in the end. Of course the best part was the ending. I was glad that his parents were accepting of Paige and they got to have their HEA.
i read this book as part of an arc program. This is the romance between Royce and Paige. Royce is a Duke and is in the US to seal business deals for his father and show he is responsible enough to take the throne. Royce is attending a gathering of businessmen and members of the Alabaster Club when he meets Paige, who is working as a waitress for the event. Paige is working as a favor for her best friend and to earn extra money. Paige also works at a bank. When Paige meets Royce, she thinks he is just another entitled wealthy jerk, like the men who have been hitting on her all night. Royce has been staring at Paige all night and when she has an altercation with a guest, she runs out of the party with Royce following after her. Royce asks her to go somewhere else with him. They go to a club and get to know each other. At the end of the night, Paige goes back to his hotel with Royce, but they do not sleep together. The next morning, William, Royce's assistant, kicks Paige out and is very rude to her. Royce is upset to see Paige gone when he gets out of the shower and vows to find her. They have a connection they can't ignore, but William does everything he can to keep them apart. I really liked this story, i thought Royce had to take more control of his life. I think Paige really liked Royce, but i also think she knew they were too different. Good one.
I received a free copy of this book via Booksprout and am voluntarily leaving a review. I love a Cinderella story. Poor girl meets rich boy. Rich boys family does not want him to marry beneath his station. Poor girl is not too fond of rich stuffy men, but, she needs the money. Paige waitresses at the club Royce is conducting business. A sleaze is creating problems for Paige. Royce comes to her defense. There is a chemistry between the two, and they act on it. So, what's a poor pregnant girl supposed to do? Fly to London and tell Royce she's pregnant and having his child? Loved reading this to find out.
An amazing heartwarming and sweet love story of total opposites. Paige is a bank teller her friend talks her into helping at with the Alabaster club waitressing for the rich. Royce, Duke of Luxembourg comes to America for a meeting at the Alabaster club for connections and creating meetings for his country. While there Royce is mesmerised by a beautiful waitress all though below his social status he can't seem to take his eyes of her. Her spunk and confidence intrigues him. Royce comes to her defense when a rich sleaze is creating problems for her. I really enjoyed the obstacles, twists and turns to a HEA. William, Royce's advisor is a great secondary character as he causes problems and drama into the twists.

RELENTLESS is Royce and Paige’s love story. Just like the recent real-life royal love story, a wealthy royal hunk meets a lovely young lady who happens to be a commoner. Their attraction is instantaneous, and their chemistry is volatile. Royce tries to resist and deny his love for Paige since he knows their relationship would only meet with disapproval. Paige has a secret of her own to reveal. Throw in some dangerous manipulation from an outside source and their romantic tale becomes more intriguing. This book was a quick, delightful read.

Royce is the Duke of his country and is to be the next ruler. He went to the USA to get contracts to expand their economy. Paige worked the exclusive event when he arrived, where they met. Their story has everything from intrigue to an unprecedented love story. Athena has brought her unique style to every aspect of the story and makes the characters come to life. I highly recommend it to everyone who enjoys reading romance stories.

I was very excited to read this book cause I like this kind of stories, unfortunately I can only give it 2 stars. It has a lot of potential but it needs to be edited.
The story moved too quickly, there was no indication of the time that passed. It gives the impression the hero is traveling from the states to his country and back in mere hours.
The hero and heroine went hot and cold, then back again without any reasons.
There are some things that don't add up When Royce calls to tell Paige that he is coming back to the states he makes it sound like a booty call even though he says he loves her. Though the heroine at the time of the call hasn't decided whether to tell him about the baby or not she tells him she might meet with him. Um... HELLO woman he says he'll visit in a couple of months by which time you'll be huge as a whale!!!
The entire thing with William is unnatural, Royce is supposed to be a confident man yet he is so easily swayed by his employee.
Also he makes such a big deal out of his parents disapproval, yet they are only mentioned in passing and have no effect on the hero's relationship with the heroine. Also at the end they don't make a bid deal out of their elopement, so it all seems like Royce was overreacting.
I simply didn't see the love between the main characters, they weren't connecting for me, the whole romance sounded forced.
All in all it was okay and with a bit of editing it'll turn out much better.

A modern version of Cinderella, with a twist, as Paige (Cinders) gets pregnant by Royce, (a Duke rather than Prince, though he is charming!), in Athena Braveheart's third book in The Alabaster Club Series, Relentless. Boy meets girl, boy gets/'rescues' girl, boy loses girl and gets her back again and they live HEA, just about sums it up, though Cinders' ballroom is the Alabaster Club, where Paige is waitressing to help out a pal. Duke Royce's parents do have a throne (that he'll ascend when his father dies, if he can prove himself worthy at a US business conference); like Cinders, Paige is hardly royal bride material. When she finds out who he really is, (and what his family's worth) will Paige continue to hide her unplanned pregnancy and leave Royce to return home to Luxembourg to marry a blue-blooded princess and herself a single mom? Buy Relentless today & enjoy a'real-life fairytale' with a twist-you'll love this 'once upon a time...!'
What can I say but Wow! The book is full of chemistry, biology and physics. Dex is a soccer player and Krys is a single mother, who meet and the explosion between them is out of this world. The writing is amazing and the story is captivating. Even though it is a continuation of Temptation and Relentless, I did not see where the storyline about the issue that would cause the break up would go. I know you will definitely love reading it and have an amazing time doing so.

This is a solid read - quick, entertaining and pretty hot. A short, fast-paced romance that is well written, consistent, and well-developed. The chemistry between the characters is instant. There are ups and downs, betrayal, and manipulation, but these did not prevent the characters from achieving their HEA. A truly amazing read; definitely recommended. I voluntarily reviewed an arc of this book. “Relentless” is a really interesting, well written, book with a great, addictive storyline. The very engaging characters have great sizzling chemistry and interaction that pulled me in and kept me engrossed in their story, it’s a real page turner of a book and I didn’t want to put it down. This is an Engaging, Entertaining, Must Read Romance from Athena Braveheart and I really enjoyed reading it
This is a good book and one I enjoyed. It is hard to imagine a duke with power like a king to exist. In this story that is the way it seems. Royce is to be the next duke and luckily Paige is going to be his bride. I am glad that even though she is listed as lower class he still married her. Paige deserved some good in her life. I am just glad that Royce got rid of William. He was a pompous wind bag. Nicely written thank you.
It was easy to connect with Paige, she is an independent woman and wants nothing from anyone. She also despises rich people who throw money around. Then we have Royce a future Duke, when he comes across Paige and was intrigued by her. The story is sweet and I was glued to the pages until the end.

This one is so far away from anything that would be true, it just makes me roll my eyes when I read it. There is no way this could even be close to the real world. I guess if I want fantasy I will read fantasy, not steamy romance.
Not to give away any of the book. I will say that it catches your attention from the beginning. Just be ready for all of the twists! This book is Awesome!
