Nikos Stravanos thought that control, power and money was all he needed in life because his family of brothers had struggled so long without it. It took him fifteen years but his company was now very successful. He had his little woman Ada Wright in his life. She was perfect for him. The only fault he saw in her was that she put his needs before hers. She wanted more and wanted to take their relationship to the next level. Nikos was dead set against marriage and children by what happened to he and his brothers growing up. But that was not entirely true, there was one other reason that was dropped like a bombshell on Ada. Had Niko lied to her? Was their relationship a lie? Ada left him with with not only hurt feelings but humiliation as well. Niko realized that he could not live without Ada, the love of his life. He was livid when Italian business man Luca Rossi came snooping around his woman.
T.C. Clark wrote a quick easy read love story that covered several topics of hidden lies of convenience, whether it be to the person you love or to your parents. Dabria Callis found out that her secret was now affecting her best friend's personal life and it was last time. She grew up and matured to face the reality of it with her parents. Nikos deserved to have the life he wanted with Ada and she had to clear up the mess to make it so they could have their HEA because Nikos now realised that having Ada as his wife was just what he needed along with his brothers and Dabria as one big happy family.

very captivating from the get go, Nikos and Ada are very much in love, been together for over 2 years, Nikos is very comfortable the way things are ... however, his woman wanted more, marriage , children, the picket fence and all, and Nikos is not willing nor wanted for things to change;she is willing to call it quit even though she loves him with all of her if that’s not what he wants now or in the future.Little did she know that her man harboring a secret that will come close to destroy her.

Not Bad....
For a short story, this was not bad at all. There were a few missing words but pretty good editing. I've seen a lot worse from so called "experienced" writers. Keep up the good work

Best book I have read in a while

The passion between this couple is palatable.

I love how Ava explained to Nikkos why she left I swear the was the moment that shook me , it was amazing to see Nikkos journey from being hurt... that she left with listening, or in his eyes without fighting for them. To Ada reality , ugh it was so good. Nikkos was like the perfect alpha man but had the emotional understanding to see Ada hurt not only his. It was so good , I couldn't stop reading. Also the sex was steamy which was great but it didn't over take the over arching story. Amazing job . Thank you for this great read it been a while.

I need Nikos in my life.
Really enjoyed this story between Ada and Nikos. Never a dull moment. Love that Nikos refused to let her go but fully understood her side. Truly love this author's writing style. Please keep the books coming. Patiently waiting for the next book.

Nikos!
I really loved the story of Nikos and Ada. I love books with angst cause real life is so full of it. It was good to see Nikos finally see things from Ada’s viewpoint, and I think that was the turning point for the story. Can’t wait for Luca’s story. Keep up the great work.

This was a captivating read from the start. It really takes at my emotions as, I felt the strong chemistry between the main couple. However, midway through the book; I was really hating on Nikos and was finding it hard to redeem him.
Needless to say, there was a HEA.
Definitely a worthy read...

Boy did Ada put Nikos in his place. She knew what she wanted out of her relationship and was not willing to compromise on her morals. Nikos really was thrown for a loop when a few tough questions were tossed his way by his friends. I must say I liked how he manned up in the most spectacular way.

The book was decent but the clunky writing in some of the dialog along with the punctuation errors made it difficult to read at times. I had to reread several passages and try to work it out in my brain before it finally made sense.

Awesome book
I really enjoyed this book. I was mad at Nikos at the way he handle everything and I dislike he acted like a big sexy baby. And I love how Ada didn't let him walk all over her i can't wait for the next book

It was an awesome read. I loved the way that you lead the story of true love making the feelings from both lovers beyond physical.
Because I would read another book written by you. I read a lot of different books. Reading is my hobby and for you to catch my attention and keep it in mind is a great experience.

Mixed feelings on this one
I didn't hate it but I also didn't love it. Nikos clearly had a good heart and good intentions, but how he handled a lot of things was so NOT good. Hence the grey area review. I did appreciate that Ada was a stand your ground girl...most of the time.

Loved it
Nikos is at the top of my Dream Men list. At a young age he worked to provide for his younger siblings. He and Ada make a great couple. Their love was deep. This is a must read. Thanks T C for sharing.

Loved it
I wished it was longer. But I truly enjoy this book. The chemistry was off the charts with the hero and heroine. Can't wait to read Lucas story.

Another win
I should have been sleeping..i have an infant at home so sleep is vital. However, I cldnt put this book down....now I'm tired and baby doesn't care lol. However, reading is my escape and this book and these characters definitely accomplished that. I wish this author had more books published. I'd probably never sleep lol. I would certainly recommend her books to friends
