Many of his paintings are instantly recognisable and reproductions of his most famous works hang in public buildings, workplaces and homes all over the world; The Starry Night, Sunflowers, Portrait of Dr Gachet, Café Terrace at Night and the Wheatfields paintings are some of the most widely reproduced images in the world.
