I'd been reading this enormous textbook for about 19 months and finally finished it - and graduated from PN1 last week!

Great course! I am very impressed with the content of this course, as well as the materials provided for studying. They give you a workbook as well as video lectures and Q&A for every chapter. This is very helpful, not only to help you study for the chapter exams, but also to help you retain the info for your coaching business/clients. Well done, PN! A perfect blend of nutrition science + practical nutrition coach training. I feel much more confident and equipped to help my clients reach their health goals. For the price, I think this is the best nutrition coaching certification program on the market!
