Killer Kids: Volume 2: 22 Shocking True Cases Involving Kids Who Kill

Rate this book
22 Shocking True Crime Cases of Kids Who Kill, including;

Justina Morley: Self-described as a “cold-blooded, death-worshiping bitch,” Justina had a lot to live up to. She succeeded admirably.

Andrew Golden & Mitchell Johnson: The killing spree was carried out with near military precision. Amazingly, the shooters were just 11 and 13 years old.

John Any Bird Bell: The victim was just 12 years old and had his throat cut from ear to ear. His killer was barely two years older.

Christian Fernandez: A toddler is rushed to the ER with horrific head injuries that he will not survive. But who is responsible? Surely it couldn’t be his 12-year-old brother?

Santre Sanchez Gayle: The barely believable story of a 15-year-old hitman and a murder caught on CCTV.

Sheila Eddy & Rachel Shoaf: Two 16-year-old girls decide to get rid of an unwanted friend in this disturbing tale of teenaged friendship gone horribly wrong.

Billy Flynn: Billy has a crush on his high school teacher. How far will he go to win her affection? As far as murder?

Harold Jones: Accused but then acquitted of a brutal child murder, Harold Jones was welcomed back into the village like a conquering hero. Two weeks later he killed again.

Another winner

I read Keller's anthologies as soon as they come out. They never disappoint. He sprinkles both well known cases and obscure ones from all over the globe and different eras. Even the ones you've heard of or read about before are interesting just because he writes so well. It is difficult to come up with cases where children are the killers but this book features 22 and is his second book in the series. I recommend all of his books.

As always well done

As I said above very well done. I love reading Mr. Keller's books!! And I'm never disappointed. I can always count on an easy read and one that is also not like most true crime books. Even if I know the story or person/people involved I can count on learning something new. So if you are looking for a author who knows how to write and actually is good at what he does then look no further!! I promise you won't be disappointed!!!
I can't wait for your next book so I hope it's almost done, lol!! Keep up the great work and I will always read your books!!

Shaken Status Quo of our Society
This book is not written to make you feel good. It is written to highlight what all is wrong with our society.
I don't mind reading books that have triggers in them. And since this is non-fiction, it is more important to get out of our cocooned life and know what we truly are. Most of us are shielded from the animalistic nature of humans. But it is there in us from the very start. And the author has done a great job revealing that ugly reality.
The narration was palatable as it was delivered in documentary style plot. This book explains why innocent children could become assassins due to their traumatic experiences. I agreed and could see many times how that could shape a young mind into a killer. But that is pointing to conditioning failure. And it leads me to believe that if left alone, a human child will turn out to be a killer naturally. Definitely a disturbing draw given the status quo our society demands to be maintained.

School shooters unfortunately have become terrifyingly commonplace. Often it is not a secret. The shooters post online, write in journals, or brag to friends about their intentions. In the past they weren't believed.

But with the plethora of shootings from elementary, junior high through high school all the unnecessary deaths and injuries attributed to these often well thought-out attacks. The shooters use deadly weapons acquired from home or other relatives houses.

Other youngsters have begun to speak up realizing finally that sometimes something can be done to stop these senseless tragedies.

The second volume of "Killer Kids" was just as shocking as the first volume. These kids stories are so shocking that some of them sound unbelivable. The only thing I didn't like about this book was when the author at the beginning of some of the cases tried to excuse away behavior due to abuse(whether sexual or physical). I am certain that there are kids out there right now that have survived the same if not more situations that these kids went through and they aren't cold blooded killers. I once heard that the Devil will send demons in the forms of children because they look innocent, and these cases make me believe that a little bit more. Looking forward to volume 3.

Shocking and thought-provoking

Children can be cruel, as we all know. Even so, the savagery displayed by the children in these cases is astounding. The crime of Billy Flynn, who was manipulated by an adult, is less shocking than the other cases where children and teens committed vicious acts on their own initiative.

The kids featured in this book planned and executed violent acts as it was no big deal. Four girls tortured and killed a 12-year-old girl because of a lesbian love triangle. Why was this even an issue for a 12-year-old?

Good book with some little known cases of child killers from around the globe. The stories are all fairly short, around a few pages per chapter with each chapter dedicated to a killer(s), but they give a little back-story so you don't feel like you are missing anything. The only issue I had is with some editing/proofreading. Some of the names were mixed up within the chapter, so I had to re-read a few sentences.

Scary, but True

Some pretty horrific crimes are committed, by young people. They are often victims of child abuse and display bad behavior before truly becoming criminals. Our society doesn't seem to have the tools necessary to help avoid these tragic events. That is a crime in itself.

AMAZING READ!!

Killer Kids Volume 2 was a non-stop read!! Oddly enough, I remember quite a few of these... Sadly enough, there are worse kids, like these, out there doing violent crimes today...

A great read!!!

I enjoyed this book because it has some child killers that I had never heard of with fascinating details. I would like to have seen more pictures though. I would recommend this book to anyone...even the faint hearted.

Not all kids are angels

These kids are truly bad to the bone. You would never think that a child would even consider, much less, actually do the things these kids did, but some do.

This is a book of short stories about children who have murdered. This were either a 'see if I can get away with it' or simply evil kids.
