I certainly haven’t forgotten Mr Tyler Browning. Partly because he was the complete package of perfect from his sparkling green eyes to those deliciously muscled arms.
And partly because he left me a child - Brody. The centre of my world. I see his daddy everyday in that bright smile.
I sometimes wonder if I should have told Tyler the truth. Then I remember our last fight when we both said too much. I did the right thing for my kid.
You never forget your first love… Especially when he walks right back into town.
** This review has been edited of it's original form 'cause I finally read it to the end and had to change a few of my opinions....**
First of, as I originally stated, I'm tired of 2nd chance romances that always have Hero walking away from heroine without a second glance for YEARS, moving on to OW and then stating that he "never stopped loving" heroine. Well, in this story, even though it was not made crystal clear until the end (which I had not read until now), the Hero (& heroine) stayed celibate for 9 years (at least that's what I think the statement below states from Hero)....
“Ana, when I left for Harvard—when I left you behind—my heart ached. And the closer I got to my school, the more it hurt. Over the past eight years, there wasn’t a single woman who came into my life. Not a single woman I entertained for any reason.”
So even though it is not clearly spelled out, I'm going by this statement that their were no OW in all the 9 years they were apart - which is a miracle on itself! BUT I will stick to my original comments of why then if he was always in love with her did he not once call, text, email or visit her in all those years if she was this big love of his life?
So while we have the same theme here in this story as we do in every 2nd chance romance, I do have to say though that if I was the Hero, I would have run fast & far from this nitwit heroine and NEVER come back!
This heroine is teeth grinding annoying throughout the whole book that I wanted to smack her upside the head - several times! She is so selfish, self absorbed and insecure when she is not acting like a child with her non-stop tantrums! I have no patience for people like this - real life or fictional!
Yeah, I'm just too tired of the same old trope. I love second chance romances if they are done right. Where the characters are ADULTS, the writing on par and the romance believable. I challenge any author reading this review to come up with another theme for 2nd chances instead of constantly being lazy with the same old trope! Come on people - here's a freebie for you;
- Instead of YEARS, how about separations be months or less then 3 years so that we can believe when they say they never stopped loving this person? Because honestly, that excuse of staying away for 9 years is just too lame.
- If you want to convince us that your characters never stopped loving each other and are the one, how about keeping them CELIBATE during separation? Here's a thought... if they truly love each other, then guess what? They can't be with someone else! (Which is why I gave 3 stars to this Author for changing it up a bit!)
- And just for once, let heroine think with her HEAD - instead of her lady parts! Give her some backbone to make Hero WORK for it for Pete's sake! (though in this story, I would reverse that to the Hero making her work for it!)
PS - One good thing about this is that the Hero is written unlike any other I have come across yet. One who said he doesn't do one night stands or pickups (go figure!) and is actually sweet, nice & so VERY patient with this nitwit, BUT he has terrible taste in women! The heroine on the other hand is the worst! She is an insecure bitch who is a plus size gal and constantly harps on her weight. She also spent more then half of the book not telling Hero he had a son because the coward that she was, she didn't want Hero to be angry at her and because she was just plain selfish always thinking about her needs instead of her son's or her son's Father. When the Hero did eventually find out, some reviewers were angry at how he reacted, but this reviewer cheered when he told her off because it was THE TRUTH people!
And out of curiosity, what 8 year old kid needs to be tucked into a booster car seat - especially one who is tall for his age and talks like a 4 yr old? Hmm... me thinks this Author does not know anything about kids. Research lady, research!!!
I hate the secret child plot. And in the blurb she said she hid the kid for his own good. “I did the right thing for my kid”. Was the hero a psychopath pedophile gun man drug dealer rapist? If not, I don’t see a reason to keep a kid from the father.
I absolutely loved how all these characters came together. So important to not give the reader too many to absorb. This was a great read and I highly recommend it.
OMG !! I was blown away by Ana and Tyler’s story. A journey of young love that was separated by pain of letting go. Second chances that had to overcome secrets. Totally captivating story that had me in tears throughout the book. Riveted to every single word of their pain, anger, forgiveness and find their love was always forever. Absolutely Stunning love story that grabs you heart and feels you with so many emotions. A book that deserves so much more than 5 stars. A book that everyone needs to read .
I have read bad books, i get it sometimes some books are not for you, but damn, this author really wrote the biggest bich ever. I was not going to write a review for this but after the shelves this books went on I want to explain myself.
Why this book does not work for me:
1. Ana is so annoying, the author does one of my most hate things on books, she says not shows, everybody on this book is telling you all the things Ana once did so we have to like her, but besides the fact that she has her became a designer all on her own, I dont see this amazing human beign the author tries to sell me on.
2. Ana's only reason for not telling this man he was going to be a father was she was mad at him, I dont care what Ana the martyr says, thats the reason, Women of the world if a man is mad at you does not mean you have to take his kid from him, thats selfish. And the worst part Ana not once notice how fuck up that is even when people on her family are telling she should have told this man, she is still talking about her, how hard was for her to do on her own, when she choose no to tell him, and why she choose not to tell him? because he would sacrifice his future for his kid, so you make the decision for him and them are mad because he is not here to help? bitch die on hell
3. Stop writting this "hot" scenes with a lot of ah yes tyler fill me in, when your characters have the same sex 3 times before, can I give a dam kama sutra?
4. I do not want to read a book about a plus size girl on wicch everytime she is having sex thay are talking about her extas, and do not find cute a hero that everytime he tuch the girl he has to say how thick she is, everydam time even for a stupid hug, we get it you are a hero because you love a thick girl, we get it, let give this man an award because he dated the ugly fat girl on high school.
Another awesome story Amy, I really loved Tyler and Ana's story I put it down till the End, So high school sweet hearts that had a horrible break up. fast forward a few years and they meet again and still have the same chemistry and connection as when they were in high school. only Ana has a big secret that Tyler doesn't n about, So will Ana secret stop her and Tyler have a HEA or NOT, Well you just have to ONE-CLICK NOW to find out. A must read, I voluntarily read an Advanced Readers Copy.
The raunchy, down and dirty sex scenes spoiled this story for me. "SPIT" and various body parts, in the same sentence, is a turn off not a turn on. There's a thin line between erotic and disgusting. That being said, I understand that Ana did not want to kill Tyler's dream of attending Harvard Law School, but eight years is way too long to keep his child a secret. However, what Ana did for Tyler's mom was a nice surprise, but I wish it had been revealed why she hated Ana in the first place.
This was a great second chance story. Tyler & Ana were HS sweethearts who wanted a forever but one fight tore them apart and one secret that Ana kept. Now years laters Tyler returns too hopefully get Ana back but learning her secret could mean their HEA could be ruined. Tyler & Ana are perfect for each other and you will definitely be rooting for them.
Well written with a great storyline and well developed characters, One More Chance is a very entertaining read. There's plenty of heartbreak, secrets, forgiveness, a misunderstanding, amazing chemistry, second chances, love, and a HEA. This book really plays at your heart strings.
I volunteered to review an advance reader copy of this book.
Overall I liked this book. Ana was hard to like at times. We all know that Tyler had a right to be mad. I also didn't like how she tried to act towards him at times after Brody found out. I was happy that they got their HEA in the end. They both clearly never got over each other.
arc review I received a free copy of this book via Booksprout and am voluntarily leaving a review.Tyler and ana had a past now 8 years later Tyler a trail lawyer .Ana is a single mother of Brody and owner of curve bell clothing store and there are secrets .what a sad ,beautiful and awesome story. 10 stars
I love Amy Brent I really do I think she's a great author but this storyline is too conflicting for me it's too upsetting I disagree with Ana and Kirsti that's the baby mama and the baby mama's friend. Reason why I agree with Tyler is that no one has the right to take away your decisions away from you absolutely no one. Reason to why I disagree with Anna and Kirsty is because when you have a child it is no longer about you it is about that kid that Baby by taking away its father's decision on whether he wants to be involved in his baby's life or not you are ruining the baby's perspective on life both the child and the baby's father decisions have been taken away by a woman who disagrees with what a man has said about her in an argument that was about life that was about decisions in its own right. Though the best friend was it involved in that decision she agreed with Tyler at first . But after Anna had told Tyler about the kid she changes her tune in such a way it leaves me disgusted. She basically had said that I'm not had no time to decide whether she wants to be a model or not that's an absolute life she had time on her hands to discover if she wanted to have a baby or not, 9 months exactly, that is enough time to do decide if you want to be a mother because after the 9 months you can decide if you want to put that baby up for adoption or kill it. I'm sorry she had time, she had time and Tyler hadn't have enough time to digest the moment he discovered he had a baby or kid so for her to say that Tyler how to man up and decide if he wants to be a father, mate he's already a father I'm sorry he is already a father to a baby that he barely even knows because Anna was being so f****** selfish she even realise how he would feel about it she only cared how she felt because she had days not even you could have told him the day you saw him saying you are the further you could have done that but you decided to keep it continuously going on for 7 days before you actually said no let me tell him now. How do you think he f****** felt? If that was me if I was in his position I would not go back together with Anna I'm sorry that's my opinion I would not do that because I do not trust you to not do that to me again,I love you,I do, but I can't trust you because you broke my trust.I think these men in these type of books are1 so f****** sappy, they are too sappy. They do not stand up for themselves because they think every single thing is there for even if it takes two to Tango, even if it's the woman's fault as well, they just believe it's their fault. I want to read a book that has a man not knowing that he has a child in this world where he just stands up for himself and says no I'm not going to take that, I am not going to let someone take my decision away from me because they think it's ok to do that. I do not agree with that you shouldn't be going back together with someone like that. I believe they have to work for it, they have to earn it back. In this society it is not alright for women to decide what is best for their baby if the man is willing to do something for the baby it is half of the man's DNA it is not just your baby just because you're carrying it it is also the man we have to realise that the man is also in charge for that baby it's not just your responsibility it is that man responsibility to if you told him and he didn't want nothing to do with the baby that's fine.Leave him. Go your own way. But if you don't tell him and he wants a child so desperately and you don't tell him that he has a child, it is your fault that he is angry. It is your fault and no one else because it is your responsibility to tell the man that you're pregnant when you know you are pregnant simple as we cannot live in a society where is ok for women to keep babies away from their father voluntarily because you want the man to succeed or because you want the baby all for yourself no it is half is DNA he has a responsibility and a right to that baby simple as we cannot decide what to do that to a man that wants a baby. Overall I wait this book 1 out of 5 because it's just awful.
What a delightful and refreshing story of a young high school sweethearts. Tyler and Ana had been together over two years before graduating. A few days before graduation Ana found out she was pregnant. She did not know what to do. On one hand she wanted to tell Tyler. But on the other hand, she did not want him to give up his chance to go to Harvard. She felt if she told him he would go to college locally and that one day he may resent her for it. The night she decided to tell him, they got into a fierce argument and Tyler told her he was glad to be leaving her behind. That made Ana's decision for her. She would not tell him. Eight years later, Tyler graduated from Harvard Law moved back to L.A. to open his own law practice. Ana had established herself as a designer for plus size clothing and sold them at the store she opened Curvy Belle. It is a huge success. Brody is Ana's eight-year-old son and he is written in the story as an adorable little boy. He is a healthy active, curious, polite, obedient and loving child. Brody is getting to the age where he recognizes he does not have a father like other boys do and starts to ask Ana questions. She is not sure how to answer him. In the meantime, Tyler was hoping to see Ana. She was the one that got away and he wanted to see if she might still feel something for like he did her. One evening he ran into her. It was awkward but they did talk about what they were doing at the present time. Tyler wanted to see Ana again. He did not have her number so he went to her store and asked for her. She was not there but he was able to get a number for her. The rest of the story covers how they got along after so long. Their ups and downs. Their misunderstandings that lead to arguments and non-communication. How Ana struggled about telling Tyler about Brody or if she would not tell him. Did she or did she not want to get back together with Tyler? Ana struggled because she was a selfless type of person. She always thought of others as much as she thought of herself. She was just so unselfish. She struggled as a single mother and went to college to learn about business and design. She started out making her clothes for herself and friends. Then business got to the point were she decided to open up her own shop. Tyler made it as a lawyer, still a little hot under the collar and his mother's alcoholism is worse that it was before he left. It also appeared that his father was enabling his mother in her addiction and he felt resentful of it. All in all this story is about how difficult relationships can be and how actions and motives can be interpreted in more than one way. It deals with Tyler and Ana's relationship, Tyler, Ana and Brody's relationship, Tyler with his mother and father, Ana with her mother and father and Tyler and Ana with their best friends. A very good read. I received a free copy of this book via Booksprout and am voluntarily leaving a review.

Before reading this I read some reviews there were some good ones, some people loved this story and others hated it.
These two characters were high school sweethearts. Tyler always wanted to go to Harvard Law school and he got in. On the night of telling Ana they got into a huge argument over nothing really serious and broke up. At this time Ana knew she was pregnant but kept it from him thinking she did the right thing. First she claimed she did not want him to give up on his dreams and her telling him the news would hold them back and then later in the story she claimed she did not tell him because his mother was an alcoholic.
Now she claimed she loved him. How could she hold such an important secret for nine long . It not like I was nine days. And if Tyler has not come back it town would he have ever learned about his son, probably not.
Ana loved to turn things around and start arguments with Tyler I still don't see why she did this, maybe because of the guilt she felt.
I really don't know what to think about this story. The back and forth with Ana the petty things they fought about they are both adults not not 18. When Tyler wanted to see his son without her she claimed he could see him anytime but she made it so hard for him to even see his son. That's one of the major points of thais story I did not like. I was really started to think that these two Ana and Tyler did not belong together maybe they should just co parent. Ana supposedly was fighting for Tyler but in reality she was finding reasons to fight with him.
This story was a real nail biter. So will Ana and Tyler get their happily ever after despite their arguments and differences? You will probably like this story if you like second chance Secret Baby romances I rate this story three stars.
Ana and Tyler were high school sweethearts.. She had been a somewhat overweight teenage girl with acne and a geeky look going for her whilst he was the prom king, captain of the football team - the ultimate jock. But all he sees when he notices Ana is a beautiful young woman that he wants to get to know and be his. They start going out together and he gets a place at Harvard to study law which has been one of his dream goals in life. But Ana has just found out that she's pregnant with his child and daren't tell him otherwise he'd put off chasing his dream and would resent her. So they fight and he leaves. She gives birth to a gorgeous little baby boy called Brody and it's not till eight years have passed before Tyler comes back to LA to start his own firm and to try and see Ana! How is he going to feel that he has a son that he knew nothing about? Will he feel betrayed by Ana? Will he even believe that Brody? Amy Brent has composed another bets selling, romantic story that you will want to re-read in the future as it is just so good. With passion off the charts and mystery and bruised feelings can this couple, with their son, have a HEA? To find out you're going to have to get yourself a copy of Amy's latest books and read it for yourself. It is a real page turner, easy to read, that is filled with such wonderful descriptions of the characters that I can almost 'see' them in my mind's eye and, of course, a fun romantic steamy read. I received a reader's copy of this book and voluntarily leave my honest opinion of it here. Most Definitely recommended
Wow! I don’t know where to begin. I loved the story of Tyler and Ana. These two were so in love at 18 and planning a future or at least Tyler had his ducks in a row. The last time they saw each other words were said, feelings were hurt and a secret was kept. Tyler went off to college and Ana, well she stayed behind to figure out what she was going to do with her life and what her future would hold. Ana, finally figured out what her passion was and became a clothing designer and opened her own store, which happens to be the hottest store around for voluptuous women. Now, 8 years later Tyler is back, successful, smoking hot and when these two see each other for the first time, it doesn’t go as well as he’d hoped. Ana avoids Tyler at every turn, and when he pulls a stunt to get to her, she’s not happy to say the least. Ana is hiding a huge secret, thinking she was doing what was best for everyone, she’s beginning to think she may have been wrong. Tyler has never stopped loving her and wants a future with her, but when Tyler realizes what she did, will he ever be able to forgive her? Can Ana convince him that she did everything for him? There’s so much going on with their story, it’s emotional, passionate, heart breaking, and all you will want to do is wrap them both up in a bear hug. I loved this book, I highly recommend it! I voluntarily reviewed an advanced reader copy of this book.
This is a majorly angsty story a lot of which was brought by our h Ana who kept a major secret from her soulmate Tyler. Having no aspirations when he was accepted into Harvard she let him go plus there was a major argument. At the time she wore glasses, had acne & was overweight. So it was nice that she found love.
Tyler returns 8 yrs later to open a law firm in his home town. Of course our two meet again & he has no idea why she is so standoffish. They reconnect but that secret is still haunting her. Our H learns her secret & all doesn't go to plan. Tyler has issues with his mum & his new business to contend with as well. I might add these two are rather hot between the sheets!
Ana is now a successful business owner thought she had everything but with her secret haunting her she feels lost at Tyler's rejection. So this is where the angst comes into play.
I did enjoy this even with the angst. I think you can overcome it if the author pens it right. Tyler was one of the best H's I've read in awhile. Even after all the years he still loved her & was a very compassionate son. Ana was all over the place, which is understandable & I admire what she made of herself & did with her life. Well expect for one thing but I understand why she did what she did. Even with all this it was a warm & feel good read.

A Must Read That Will Pull At Your Heart Strings 💕💕💕
A heartfelt story that deals with young love, secrets, heartbreak and tough decisions. Ana and Tyler are high school sweethearts dealing with decisions about life after graduation. Tyler is accepted at Harvard to be a lawyer but Ana isn't quite sure what she wants to do until a test shows two lines changing her course. Before she can tell Tyler she's pregnant they have an argument and hurtful things are said. Now eight years later Tyler is home to own his own law practice and to get back the woman he's never stopped loving. After an accidental meeting with Tyler, Ana knows she has to tell him about their son Brody, but how??? Can Ana convince Tyler she thought she was doing the right thing keeping her secret do her could achieve his own goals without holding him back?? Where do they go from there?? Oh how I LOVE this emotional story!!! One click and get ready to follow Ana, Tyler and Brody while they try to find life, love and a second chance!!! A great job from Any Brent a an I'm so excited to see what she comes up with next...I'm one click ready for whatever it is!!! A definite must read.
I voluntarily reviewed an ARC of this book Thank you Any Brent and Savannah May
Ok, I didn't mind the second chance romance. I didn't mind the 9 years of celibacy. At least I think that's what they were trying to say. The whole secret child issue while she was pining away for Tyler, going to school, and building her business was a bit much.
For the majority of the book, I didn't like Ana. For the most part, Ana was obnoxious and selfish. She seemed very self righteous in her reasoning for keeping Brody a secret from Tyler. After taking the initial decision away from Tyler, she seemed to want to continue down the same path. Even when he came back to town, she made no real effort to tell him about his son.
I liked Tyler. He was a genuinely nice guy and seemed to really love Ana. I thought he was much more generous to her than she deserved.
Another thing that bothered me was the story tried to provide a small town feel, and they lived in L.A. That felt strange to me.
I did like the fact that Ana's friend Kristi, supported her, but didn't hold back in telling Ana she was wrong. Ana did redeem herself toward the very end. In that regard the story took a different twist than I expected.
I read this book via Kindle Unlimited, and I'm not sure I would have picked it otherwise. After reading the sample, I figured there was no way the heroine could stay that unpleasant through much of the book. I was wrong.
I love reviewing and even more the hard work each author puts into their work. I don't like (and I'm sorry to say this) people who give dnf reviews or just nasty reviews. First because if you read the blurb you have an idea of what the story deals with, and second if you don't like these types of books or are just tired of them.....WHY DO YOU VOLUNTEER FOR THE ARC or pick up a copy only to complain. Yes, we are all entitled to our opinions. Yet, I feel there is a kinder way to go about doing them. How would you feel if your someone put down your type of work. Think about that before you are unkind is all I'm asking.
My personal opinion is yes there are a lot of second chance, secret baby books out there as well as all the other tropes. Did I enjoy this book and story. Yes...very much. The author has a way of showing us the other side of happy at first and always. Do I like the way the characters act at times? No! Can they be annoying? Yes! But that's life right? I take all this into consideration and how well the author draws me into her story and how well her thoughts are put out there with a complete story. All those were achieved by Amy Brent and that is the reason I'm always on board to reviewing one of her books.
Tyler and Anna were going out together in high school turning 18 they are both about to graduate, Tyler has been accepted into college he wants to be a lawyer but Anna just found out that morning that she is pregnant and she was going to tell him until they started arguing then Anna just walked out. 8 years later Tyler is setting up his new office he has dreams of owning the building and he has already built up a reputation as a lawyer in Los Angeles. Anna was with her son Brody who just looked like his father in every way but Brody was asking more and more questions about his father lately, Anna has made her own way in life she owns the biggest clothing store out for big women called Curvy Belle and she’s quite proud of it. That’s all I’m giving you guys but there is so much more to this story, at the end I had tears rolling down my cheeks and a big smile on my face I was so happy I loved this whole story. A fantastic story a 5 plus +++++ ⭐️ read and I highly recommend this book it’s definitely well worth the read.
A very interesting book. The story was well done with drama, angst, romance and sensual scenes. Both the male and female main characters had close and inter-dependent relationships with their best friend. Good characterizations. Ms. May delved into a myriad characters that she developed and evolved over the course of telling this tale. It is amazing how our thought processes are when making life changing decisions. Sometimes in our earnestness and best intentions, we still manage to not necessarily make the wisest decisions. The inner dialogue of both the main male and female characters was fascinating. Amazing insights were shared between the main female character and her best friend. What a solid and grounded person her best friend was. It looks like there is potential for the best friends of the two main characters to have their own stories shared with us.
Time well spent reading this novel!
I voluntarily received an advance review copy of this novel and I am leaving an honest and unbiased review. I have no affiliation to this author.
This story was so good. Ana was the nerd in high school, Tyler the quarterback of the football team. Despite how their peers acted these two seem to get together. They were amazing in high school until the end of it. With their futures waiting for them, their relationship gets intense. Tyler is going to Harvard to study law. Ana is unsure of her college choice or profession, however when she learns she is pregnant she doesn't want to ruin Tyler's future. A big fight they go their separate ways until years later they meet by chance at a bar. Tyler is back in town wanting to start his practice and hopes to reconnect with Ana. Ana is now a successful clothing designer and store owner with a secret. Tyler's son. The two must get through the past and lies before they can have a future together. I really thought Ana was so sweet and her love for Tyler knew no bounds. She was willing to do whatever it takes to make Tyler happy, but all Tyler wanted was her. This was another amazing story and I loved Ana & Tyler!
This was too perfectly wrapped up with no leftover jagged edges and issues. You cannot tell me you can raise a child alone for eight years - albeit with parental and best friend assistance - and that child turns out polite, kind, loving, well adjusted, and athletically blessed, and that he instantly accepts his dad after having MIA his first eight years of life. That does not happen in real life; maybe if he were a little younger, like preschool age, but not eight.
Also, someone who looked like Tyler being uninterested in hooking up with women while separated from Ana is another fairytale. Communication goes two ways - notice he never tried contacting her or reaching out from his end in all those years apart. He has no place judging Ana's actions when he could have easily mended things from his end. Period. They both made mistakes, and were both so young. They are still young, with the potential for happiness, and fortunately, Tyler came to his senses. Still, it was awfully cheesy and too pat.
Ana and Tyler are just getting ready to graduate high school. Tyler gets his acceptance letter to Harvard and Ana finds out that she's pregnant. One misunderstanding causes them to stop talking and lose touch for years. Now Tyler is back to start his own firm in their hometown and Ana is running her own clothes store while raising her son. When she learns that Tyler is back she worries over how he'll react to the fact they have a son together but she starts seeing him again They start seeing each again and she has every intention of telling him about their son but her fear gets the best of her. How will Tyler react when he learns her secret/ Can he forgive Ana so they can move forward together?
This is a great story once I started it I couldn't put it down. The chemistry between them is explosively hot. This is a well written and very entertaining story. I would recommend this to any book lover.
Difficult to finish ...... this is one I REGRET not reading reviews on before I wasted hours ... The heroine rubbed me the wrong way the whole book.... I almost didn’t finish it but I hate not finishing a book ... I get why she didn’t tell him as a teen KINDA ..... but nothing made it ok for her to continue to lie once they reunited .... The hero had his faults yes, but deceiving someone you “love” and keeping a child hidden from them for 8 years is unfair , unless they’re a bad person.... As soon as she saw him again the truth should have been one of the first things outta her mouth.... Instead of seeing him, having sex with him multiple times and STILL HIDING HIS KID !!!!!! The only reason I finished was because I was hoping she would redeem herself and she did enough to go from 1 star to 2!!!! By helping his mom ..... There were also terms used during sex that made it sound like a historical romance and IT IS NOT !!!!!
The best thing about this book was the beginning and the end, the middle not so good. Some of the problems I had with this book are:
1. Anna said she wasn’t going to give him a second chance but yet five minutes after they had dinner she’s doing the deed with him! She’s a wimp, she needed to make him work to earn back her love.
2. I love a good sex scene, but these were not good! I don’t need to hear about all the fluids running out of her body every single time. Also they had unprotected sex! Really! If you want to read a good a good sex scene read Marie Force, Kathleen Brooks, Catherine Bybee.
3. They said they lived in a small town, but his parents didn’t know she had a baby, I’m not buying that! The whole town knew his mother had an alcohol problem, they would have known she had a baby. This author apparently does not live in a small town.
I felt no chemistry between these two characters just two animals in rut. The author needs a new editor, there were many errors.
