A sweet, sexy and heartwarming story .
J.S. Scott has done it again. The Billionaire's Voice is a great addition to The Sinclairs series. Now it’s the turn of Micah and Tessa to be bewitched by the power of the stones given by the two little old eccentrics ladies from the small town of Amesport, Maine and to face their destiny. If you have read the previous books in the series, you will be familiar with the Sinclair family. I always enjoy J.S. Scott's books, and this one was no exception. Nothing over the top, just a beautiful and steamy love story involving two amazing and engaging characters.
Tessa is a former Olympic gold medalist in figure skating from almost a decade ago. Over the course of five or six years, she dealt with so many tragedies in her life, losing her hearing, her fiancé, her skating career, her parents, all in a relatively short period of time, had nearly killed her. Over time, she’d learned to function in a world with no sound, she’d adapted, compensated by learning all of the skills necessary to be functional in a hearing world. She’s now living a simple life, co-owner with her brother Liam of a local restaurant and she’s not anymore the young woman who’d once shined as a rising star.
« I felt so alone in the world once my parents were gone. I had friends, but there’s a certain isolation you feel when you lose your hearing, a lack of connection that I can’t explain.”
One day, Tessa receives a letter from the Sinclair Fund Committee requesting her to perform in a reunion of past Olympic medalists but she’s convinced that as a deaf woman she can’t do it and also because she haven’t skated in years. When she’d given up the sport completely after loosing her hearing, it had left a gaping hole in her heart. Finally at peace with her condition the last thing she needed was to reopen old wounds. My heart broke for Tessa and the pain and loss she went through.

Stressed out and in need of a total hiatus Micah Sinclair following his doctor’s advice left New-York for the quirky coastal town where almost all the Sinclair clan is living. Micah is an extreme-sports mogul, an adrenaline junkie and one of the richest and well-known daredevils in the world. Micah wanted Tessa - had from the first time he’d seen her at his cousin’s party one year ago. Wanting to get over his crazy obsession and convinced that once he got to know Tessa, his fascination will stop tormenting him, Micah is now a man on a mission. He doesn’t want her to give up the chance to discover that her skills hadn’t gone away with her hearing. He’s persistent and determined to challenge Tessa to go practice again. His only purpose being to help her overcoming her fears and to regain her self-confidence. But being close to her all the time was making things worth for him. Soon his lust and his strong attraction toward this woman become more, revealing deeper and unprecedented feelings.

Tessa connected with him on a level that was almost terrifying for a man like him. As a man who was constantly on the go, always looking for his next adrenaline fix, Micah knows that Tessa could cause more adrenaline to flow through his body than any extreme sport he’d ever experienced. Micah’d never felt this way before, but then, neither had Tessa who is now terrified to face one more painful emotional blow.
I absolutely enjoyed these two characters and the original storyline. Loved Micah and his confident lead, his obstinacy and his tenderness, how he showed Tessa that her fears were just fears. That they didn’t define her, that her deafness didn’t define her as a person. Tessa is also an incredible woman. She’s strong, brave, resilient and determined to become whole again and less vulnerable to the stresses of life.
This book is a beautiful well-written story about strength, self-acceptance, overcoming fears, dealing with loss, taking risks and most of all about the real power of love. J.S. Scott has hit the nail on the head once again with this heartwarming, steamy and swoon worthy romance involving amazing leads and supporting cast. Keep going Jan, The Sinclair Series keeps getting better and better and I’m now anxiously anticipating Julian and Kristin’s story.

The fourth in the Sinclairs series takes on the romance between extreme sports billionaire Micah who comes back to the town of Amesport for a stress break and there he meets World champion ice Skater Tessa Sullivan who after an illness became deaf and is slowly building back her life and confidence. Together they give each other the support and love that they each need and crave. The characters were likable and the story line was Ok but this book in the series reminded me of a 1960's sweet and sickly Mills&Boon novel I would have to say unfortunately not the best one in the series....unless you want toothache.

I love this author so please limit the stone throwing.
Yikes I have a toothache! Too sweet, too perfect (even with their imperfections).
Nothing happens! There is a small drama (miscommunication) but it was just stupid and totally out of character for the hero.
I am not a lover of angst. But I do need something to happen in books. I kept waiting for some action and it never came.
Those who want a low/no angst read will enjoy this simple deaf girl meets rich guy story.

Adoro a Micah, quizás porque no estamos acostumbrados a ver (leer) a personas tan nobles de corazón. Es un auténtico encanto, no solo con Tessa -a la que adora tanto como yo- sino también con su familia, sobre todo con Xander, su hermano pequeño.
La superación de Tessa, con la ayuda de Micah, es loable. Ojalá muchos en su misma situación pudiesen verse como les vemos los demás: como uno más.
Me ha maravillado la trama, el nudo y sobre todo el desenlace. Una historia conmovedora entre dos personas que, aunque parecen diferentes a simple vista, se complementan a la perfección.

OMG YES!
I was wondering when I will get more of Tessa in these books! I was so happy to see a glimpse of her and Micah together and how they sort of have a crush on each other. And then when I realized that this book was theirs I was so fucking happy.
I loved everything about these characters. I like how Tessa didn't let her being deaf hold her back from doing anything she wanted to. I hate that she had a crappy relationship with a super crappy guy before she met Micah. And I'm also sad that Micah had the world on his shoulders from dealing with so much of his families crap. I felt so bad for these two, but I rooted the shit for both of them until they got their happy ending.
I seriously can't wait to see who the next book is about - I'm thinking it will be about Julian. Which I want within my grasp right now!

☆☆☆☆ 4 Sexy Sinclair Stars!!
Yet another hit from JS Scott. You can't help but fall in love with these Sinclair men.
I adored Micha and Tessa. They were passionate, caring and fun.
Micha was head over heals for Tessa, showing her in so many ways that losing her hearing did not define who she was as a person. He was supportive, loving and pushy. Everything that she needed. He didn't let her shut herself off from the world and pushed her out of her comfort zone.
Tessa had been an Olympic figure skater until an illness caused her to lose her hearing. Tossed aside by her ex fiance years earlier, she didn't put herself outside her comfort zone. That is until she encountered Micha Sinclair. With his encouragement, she found her true self again.
In each book, this author sets up the story of the next couple to fall in love, giving us a backstory for our future main characters. I look forward to Julian's story.
I already pre ordered the next book (which unfortunately isn't out until March 7th) That is way too long between books but since this book wasn't a cliffhanger, I can accept that. I do feel that we could have had a better epilogue. The epilogue in this book was only a few weeks out and we didn't get a look at what life held for them. That is where a star went for me. I don't like minimal or non existing epilogues. We as readers deserve to know what the future holds for our favorite couples.

This was an excellent emotional read that I truly loved. You will definitely laugh and cry. Micah and Tessa were definitely made for each other. Words can't express how when Jan writes about the Sinclair Series and how close they are to one another is a beautiful thing to read.

Micah Sinclair is an extreme sports athlete. He is accustomed to taking risks. When he meets Tessa Sullivan he begins to think she is a risk possibly worth taking. She was a world glass ice skater, but now she is completely deaf, but she is also brave and courageous.
I love these two characters. This is another exciting, heartfelt, steamy Romance by J.S. Scott. A MUST READ!!!

As I was granted an advance copy of the French translation of this book, I thought it would Liam’s story, the one I have still to read, yet it was nice to reread Tessa and Micah story.
And as at the time of my reading, I did not yet understand the value of reviews, here is mine.
Tessa faced so much losses, her hearing, her career, her fiancé then her parents, no wonder she went downward. Still she got up and rebuilt herself in a new Tessa, more prudent, smooth and less passionate. But her old self is still not so far if she would let her come out.
Micah succeeded in everything « businessly » speaking, but his private life is a wreck, he is lost like Tessa. Close to burnout. Without suffering from the survivor guilt, he feels helpless regarding his younger brother’s autodestruction.
So in need of a rest, doctor’s orders, it is no wonder her retreats to the resort where lives the woman who haunts his dreams since their awkward meeting in a bathroom.
Slowly, thinking he would purge his system from her, they get closer, he goes past her walls and reawakens the old Tessa.
Using her pride against herself, he compiles her to face her past and her fears. This is how, bit by bit, she regroups herself, gluing her young self full of dreams with the Tessa from now who lost so much. By making her reviewing her past, he grants her back a part of herself she thought lost forever.
Now the line is thrown, will she catch it in time or let her fears hold her back.

Mon avis
Est-ce que les démons de leur passé vont s’interposer entre eux et leur futur...
Il a bien longtemps que je n’avais lu la traduction d’un livre déjà lu, c’est toujours une étrange sensation, comme du déjà vu avec une petit truc de différent.
J.S. Scott est une auteure que j’ai découvert il y a quelques années et j’aime sa série Les Sinclair.
J’avoue avoir crû que ce tome était au sujet de Liam, le frère de Tessa, le dernier livre de la série, le seul me restant à lire.
Mais finalement ce fut amusant de relire l’histoire de Tessa et Micah.
Tessa a dû faire face à tant de pertes, son audition, sa carrière, son fiancé puis ses deux parents, rien d’étonnant qu’elle soit tombée au plus bas. Mais elle s’est relevée, différente mais c’est toujours elle. Une version plus prudente, plus lisse, moins passionnée que son plus jeune moi.
Micah a tout réussi professionnellement, mais côté vie privée, il est aussi perdu que Tessa. Proche de l’implosion. Sans souffrir de la culpabilité du survivant, il se sent impuissant devant la descente en enfer de son plus jeune frère.
Alors dans le besoin d’un peu de repos, c’est naturellement qu’il choisi comme destination la petite station balnéaire où Tessa vit, tant il est obsédé par elle depuis leur rencontre fortuite au sortir d’une douche.
Doucement, pensant la purger de son système, il va entrer dans ses défenses et ranimer l’ancienne Tessa. En jouant avec son orgueil, il l’a force à affronter son passé et ses peurs. C’est ainsi que petit à petit, elle se retrouve, recollant les morceaux de l’ancienne Tessa pleine de rêve et de la Tessa de maintenant qui a tant perdu. En l’obligeant à se replonger dans ses souvenirs, il lui rend une partie d’elle-même qu’elle pensait perdu à jamais.
Maintenant que la perche est tendue, va-t-elle la saisir à temps ou jouer la sécurité.
Une jolie histoire, mais je trouve qu’à certains moments, les mots en V.O. semblaient moins crus qu’ici, tout comme l’usage du passé simple, une plus grande liberté donnée au traducteur pourrait peut-être parfois alléger le texte, interpréter plus la pensée de l’auteur.

As I was granted an advance copy of the French translation of this book, I thought it would Liam’s story, the one I have still to read, yet it was nice to reread Tessa and Micah story.
And as at the time of my reading, I did not yet understand the value of reviews, here is mine.
Tessa faced so much losses, her hearing, her career, her fiancé then her parents, no wonder she went downward. Still she got up and rebuilt herself in a new Tessa, more prudent, smooth and less passionate. But her old self is still not so far if she would let her come out.
Micah succeeded in everything « businessly » speaking, but his private life is a wreck, he is lost like Tessa. Close to burnout. Without suffering from the survivor guilt, he feels helpless regarding his younger brother’s autodestruction.
So in need of a rest, doctor’s orders, it is no wonder her retreats to the resort where lives the woman who haunts his dreams since their awkward meeting in a bathroom.
Slowly, thinking he would purge his system from her, they get closer, he goes past her walls and reawakens the old Tessa.
Using her pride against herself, he compiles her to face her past and her fears. This is how, bit by bit, she regroups herself, gluing her young self full of dreams with the Tessa from now who lost so much. By making her reviewing her past, he grants her back a part of herself she thought lost forever.
Now the line is thrown, will she catch it in time or let her fears hold her back.

Est-ce que les démons de leur passé vont s’interposer entre eux et leur futur...
Il a bien longtemps que je n’avais lu la traduction d’un livre déjà lu, c’est toujours une étrange sensation, comme du déjà vu avec une petit truc de différent.
J.S. Scott est une auteure que j’ai découvert il y a quelques années et j’aime sa série Les Sinclair.
J’avoue avoir crû que ce tome était au sujet de Liam, le frère de Tessa, le dernier livre de la série, le seul me restant à lire.
Mais finalement ce fut amusant de relire l’histoire de Tessa et Micah.
Tessa a dû faire face à tant de pertes, son audition, sa carrière, son fiancé puis ses deux parents, rien d’étonnant qu’elle soit tombée au plus bas. Mais elle s’est relevée, différente mais c’est toujours elle. Une version plus prudente, plus lisse, moins passionnée que son plus jeune moi.
Micah a tout réussi professionnellement, mais côté vie privée, il est aussi perdu que Tessa. Proche de l’implosion. Sans souffrir de la culpabilité du survivant, il se sent impuissant devant la descente en enfer de son plus jeune frère.
Alors dans le besoin d’un peu de repos, c’est naturellement qu’il choisi comme destination la petite station balnéaire où Tessa vit, tant il est obsédé par elle depuis leur rencontre fortuite au sortir d’une douche.
Doucement, pensant la purger de son système, il va entrer dans ses défenses et ranimer l’ancienne Tessa. En jouant avec son orgueil, il l’a force à affronter son passé et ses peurs. C’est ainsi que petit à petit, elle se retrouve, recollant les morceaux de l’ancienne Tessa pleine de rêve et de la Tessa de maintenant qui a tant perdu. En l’obligeant à se replonger dans ses souvenirs, il lui rend une partie d’elle-même qu’elle pensait perdu à jamais.
Maintenant que la perche est tendue, va-t-elle la saisir à temps ou jouer la sécurité.
Une jolie histoire, mais je trouve qu’à certains moments, les mots en V.O. semblaient moins crus qu’ici, tout comme l’usage du passé simple, une plus grande liberté donnée au traducteur pourrait peut-être parfois alléger le texte, interpréter plus la pensée de l’auteur.

Iam a huge fan of J.S.Scott ,she is one of my favorite authors . I love the Sinclair Series I excited when each book comes out so when I got the chance to read The Billionaire Voice the 4th book in the series early I was thrilled ! I read it as soon as I could and I loved it. I could not but this book down. The Billionaire Voice was another amazing story in The Sinclair series .
In this book we follow Micah and Tessa, I absolutely loved these two characters . I loved that the heroine of the story is deaf, this is not something I see a lot of in books so to see a deaf heroine who has been through so much in her life step forward and begin tor live her life in a way that makes her truly happy and also fall in love with a ridiculously hot man was just wonderful.Micah is truly a wonderful guy ,once he truly cares about something or someone he is devoted to protecting or /and seeing it flourish and like every Sinclair man he is bossy and stubborn lol, all this made him such a great character. Seeing Tessa and Micah fall in love was just wonderful . I loved how they encouraged each other ,seeing Micah get Tessa to start skating again and seeing Tessa be there for Micah in his times of need just cemented how much they cared for each other . I was rooting for them from the very first sentence of this story. If I could describe there romance in 3 words it would be sexy , passionate and swoon worthy .There literally were some scence between Tessa and Micah in this story that just filled me with so much happiness . J.S.Scott writes such incredible romance .
The Billionaire Voice was a sexy, heartwarming , sweet story . Between the fantastic cast of character , the beautiful settings of the lovely small town of Amesport ,Maine and the absolutely sexy & swoon worthy romance . J.S.Scott creates another fantastic contemporary romance with this book . I am so happy that Micah and Tessa got there own happily ever after and Iam excited to see what J.S.Scott has in store for the next book in the sinclair series we get some hints in this book and Iam so very excited !!! .If you love all these things in your books I suggest you get copy when it comes out August 30th ,2016 .

This is the fourth book in The Sinclairs series, and I absolutely loved it! This is the story of Micah Sinclair and Tessa Sullivan. Micah and the original Sinclairs, Dante, Jared, Grady, Evan, and Hope, are cousins. Tessa's family owns a old restaurant in the quaint little town of Amesport, Maine. Tessa lost her hearing six years ago, which also meant she lost her career as a skater, so she moved back to Amesport to help her family with the restaurant, and do odd jobs to keep her busy, when in reality she is kind of just existing since she lost her hearing, afraid to try things because she is afraid of failing. Micah is a daredevil of sorts, and he has come to Amesport for a much needed rest. I loved the way Micah and Tessa's first meeting went, couldn't help but laugh. Micah is a billionaire, sexy, handsome and alpha male all the way. Being drawn to Tessa, he can't help but want her to experience more out of life, so he pushes her buttons, and pushes her limits and Tessa realizes that she can finally live again, that being deaf doesn't define who she is as a person. Her brother, Liam, is not really happy about all the changes with his sister but he wants her to be happy, no matter what.
Along with getting to see what the other Sinclairs have been up to , we also get to know Julian and Xander, Micah's brothers, a little bit better. I cannot wait for their books, I know they will be fantastic.
I highly recommend this book to any lover of romance, with a little steamy sex thrown in. This one will make you cry, laugh, swoon, and fall in love with the Sinclairs!

WOO HOO WINNER !!! Do I have your attention now I certainly hope so...
This book could well and truly be a movie it's that fabulous well an x rated one anyway..
Jan brings to life the people in her stories.. Her talent makes us feel as if we are there experiencing exactly what is happening to them.
Jan also has that wonderful ability to bring our notice to relevant problems of today. DISABILITY is not a dirty word it's a way of life for many of us, I feel this story also opens our minds and thoughts and to these issues, it gives us a greater understanding and compassion.
Jan also makes us laugh, I sobbed in this book, we feel, we want, we lust... How could you not, the sexual tension, the lust, the hunky man candy book boyfriend and there alpha dominance. They are work a holics, adventure grabbing slightly damaged...Yumm... Then there is the beautiful women that are real. They are sexy sensual women that work, get down and dirty and learn to grab life....
I would highly recommend you read this book and series, just make sure your over age.

No son lo que parece
Cuando lees los títulos de esta serie piensas esta novela es una de esas donde los protagonistas parecen conejos , yo les huyó honestamente , pero estas tienen unos buenos personajes en este caso Tessa es una mujer sorda que tiene que enfrentar sus miedos y Micah la ayuda en ese proceso.El título es un gancho de mercadeo que en mi opinión perjudica más que beneficia . Es una buena serie familiar .

A hardcore extreme sport avanturist turned businessman and an ex-Olympic figure skating champion, now retired due to an illness that left her deaf as an aftermath....
There were parts I liked and then there were parts I found annoying...inspite the alpha manner style of action and all, I think I had enough dosage of it...to keep me satiated for some time...
It was an okay read, I kinda expected more deep and less 'insta' love and all that...

He wants to take a page from Jared's book and build places for his family out on the peninsula.
Tessa Sullivan lost her hearing due to a viral infection 6 years ago, and with it her fiance and career as an ice skater. She actually met Xander Sinclair first, when he saved her from walking into a busy street. Present day she lives in Amesport and runs Sullivan’s Steak and Seafood with her brother Liam. That is the place where everyone gets the lobster rolls from, in case you were wondering where you heard that name before.

Micah Sinclair is back in town on doctor's orders, and can't stop meeting Tessa in the shower! He purposely brushed up on his American Sign Language, ASL for short, so he would be able to communicate with the woman that stirs him. He makes many touching gestures to make Tessa feel abled, even when she scares the crap out of him with triple-axles.
I find it refreshing when the main characters are not your stereotypical hero or heroine. Micah isn't 'overcoming' Tessa's issues, he simply accepts them and strives to make her life better. He shows her that she doesn't have to be limited, and that is lovely to see in a romance. Julian continues to pop up to add to his story, which is next. We learn more about Xander's situation, and I so hurt for him. There is also lots of updates and cameos from the rest of the Sullivan clan. It's a great addition to the series, and so worth a listen.
J.S. Scott continues to entertain. I am happy about this nontraditional addition!
Elizabeth Powers continues to narrate and I am coming to rely on her voice for all of these characters.
Normal speed was fine, however I listened at 0.90x. It worked better for me.
The whispers and thoughts are getting better.

Sweet listen
Another sugary sweet listen. All the stories seem to run together but this one was extra sweet. Another dirty talking Sinclair bites the dust and turned a local girl into Cinderella.

I have never read a book by JS Scott that I didn't like and this is no exception. The Sinclair Series keeps getting better and better with each one I read.
In this book we are getting to know Micah, who has a crush on Tessa. Tessa was an Olympic skater at one time, but due to sickness she became deaf.
Micah decides to buy a bunch of property in Amesport, Maine as he hopes to build homes for his brothers. The property includes a house that Tessa is living and watching over for her friend.
Micah encourages Tessa to stay and watch over the property for him. Tessa receives an invitation to the Sinclair's charity event to skate as they are inviting all the past Olympic skaters; she is reluctant to participate as she feels that she can no longer skate being deaf.
Micah pushes Tessa to try to skate again as she has become confined within her own boundaries, by her own making.
Micah is stubborn, strong and wants to see Tessa grow, while Tessa faces her fears and overcomes obstacles. They compliment each other and the passion for each other is felt within the story.
JS Scott writes with such passion and shows that everyone faces problems throughout their lives. However, with love and support we can rise above them and find our own path.
I truly loved the sexy passionate love scenes between them and how their love develops into a HEA.
Bravo!! JS Scott for writing another fabulous book and I can't wait for the next one.

Oh wow! This is seriously one of my favourite series and it keeps on getting better and better. I loved this!
This story follows Micah Sinclair, we've met him before in the series, and Tessa Sullivan. Tessa is deaf and wary of getting involved after being burned in the past. Micah is spending some downtime in Amesport to take some much needed time out from his many responsibilities.
I loved reading about these two. They both had extra hidden depths to them that made me instantly invested in their story. Their attraction was strong but I also loved the way that they learned more about each other as the story went on and allowed themselves to trust each other. I cared about these two a lot and genuinely liked them. There were also a lot of great supporting characters in this book. Some who have featured in earlier stories and some I'm sure we'll learn more about in the future. They were all well written, three-dimensional characters that you can relate to.
I loved reading their journey. It was romantic and sweet but with lots of hotness as well. There were also lots of emotional moments as well. This was not full of angst and suspense but it didn't need it. It was perfect as it was.
I enjoyed every minute of this, finished it in one sitting and can't wait for the next story in this super series. Is it March yet? lol.
I would definitely recommend to all fans of a good swoon-worthy romance that leaves you with a great big smile on your face and a warm feeling in your belly. You can't go wrong here. Loved every minute of it.

I do love a good billionaire story and J S Scott’s are the best. Her guys are always such alphas and they do exactly what they want. As I read The Billionaire’s Voice I was a little disappointed at how “tame” Micah was in this story compared to some of her other billionaires, but the more I read I realized he was exactly how his character needed to be for Tessa. It was such a beautiful, moving story of two people, that life hadn’t always been kind, who finds each other. The plot is well written, the story moves along very nicely and you can’t help but cheer at the end. Loved it! Another hit for J S Scott!!!

I had the honor of receiving this book for an honest review. I can honestly tell you that purchasing and reading this book by J.S. Scott is so work it.
Tessa - I think Tessa is my favorite Character. She is so much stronger and doesn't let her disability rule her life. She had gotten through so much pain and still fought with her inner demons. Until Micah arrived.
Micah - What can I say about Micah. We share the same hobbies. But I think he is a bit more braver then I am. I love how Tessa was his undoing. I loved how he became protective of her. I loved he thought about her and gave her what she needed without asking.
All in all I love how J.S. Scott gave a character a disability. There are so many people who have a disability who deserve so much more love and happiness and don't get recognized in much books. The books is a bit of a tear jerker so make sure you have some tissue by your side. I just couldn't put it down.

ARC Review: The Billionaire's Voice ( The Sinclairs) by J.S. Scott
It's hard for me to put into words the emotions stirred by The Billionaire's Voice. Tessa and Micah are like poetry in motion. Their feelings are evident in every expression and like a beautifully choreographed ballet is just as haunting. Tessa is a symbol of hope and inspiration for any person who faces an obstacle that seems insurmountable. She had stumbles but dusted herself off and despite wanting to, never gave up on her dream. She deserved a chance to shine and have happiness. Micah came into her life at a time when she needed a helping hand and something to believe in. His guidance and devotion were what conquered her self - doubt and healed her spirit. The Billionaire's Voice is stunning. I am blown away. J.S. Scott has been on my radar for a few months and based on the beauty that is Micah and Tessa I will be back.

This was another incredible book from The Sinclair series by Bestselling Author J.S. Scott. To write someone with a challenging handicap must be extremely hard for an Author and yet Jan writes Tessa's character with fluidity and ease. The story line is original and I loved the interactions between the leads. From the very first funny moment they meet, to their last sentence and when we read THE END. Micah equally has all the traits we love in those wonderful Alpha billionaire's and perhaps he has become my favourite (but shhh don't tell his brothers!). The sexy scenes are off the charts and secondary characters deliver the extra spice in this story.
A book which is close to my heart and will remain forever as one of my top reads by this Author.
Author J.S. Scott is simply amazing and so talented at making us readers fall equally in love with each book always anticipating the next instalment.

This is a great addition to the series. Micah is such an alpha, and Tessa is so amendable it made me wonder if she had a back bone at first. Devastation tends to make one draw into themselves and that exactly what former Olympic Champion Ice Skater Tessa does.
Stuck deaf at 21 from an illness everything seems to fall apart for Tessa, and she just goes through the motions of life after that. Micah is a busy adrenaline junkie with issues of his own. But the two are explosive together.
Micah teats Tessa no different than any one else, a first for Tessa since losing her hearing. What she discovers is the only one holding her back is herself. Absolutely loved the plot, story, characters and the continuing action in a small Maine Town. Great read!!

Holy hot Micah and Tessa really just jumps off the pages. This book pulls you into the story from the first page. While you don't have to have read the other books having read some of the other Sinclair stories does give you some back ground. You can see Micah is pretty much in love with her the moment he sees her at the beginning Of the book. Tessa has trouble believing she is really worthy of love from a man like Micah and pushes him away but thankfully realizes the error of her ways with a little help from a friend.
I loved this book and did not want to put it down even though I needed to sleep. I loved the story and truly enjoyed watching the journey and experiencing it through the pages of the book. Can't wait to see what's next for the Sinclair's.

Tessa has lived her life with fear since loosing her hearing 6 years ago. She is afraid to try anything new. She's afraid of failing. She almost seems to have forgotten how to live.
Micah is a Sinclair cousin. He lives life pushing the limits. He has his own company that makes extreme sports safer.
This seems like an unlikely pair however they push each other's limits perfectly. I enjoyed watching both of them grow. Tessa has to be my favorite heroine of Ms. Scott's thus far. She truly is a brave woman whom is very strong.

I received the ARC for this book and I am so grateful that I did! Just like all of the other Sinclair stories by J. S Scott, this one is outstanding! From the beginning of the prologue I could feel my heart strings being tugged for Tessa. Then when Micah came into the picture not only did the heat get turned up, but so did Tessa's confidence. It's not just a happy ending, but a feel good story all the way through! I love the way J.S showcased how a disability doesn't have to define a person.
