I bought this to learn more about how to program the Circuit Playground Express and it did help me to learn more about Makecode which is a neat 'Scratch Like' coding program for coding newbies. It also has a great section on using CircuitPython which is what I intend to use with the students I'll be working with. Lots of great Python code examples too.

Good book on circuit playground express (CPX) for beginners.

Just a bit more thought. Adafruit's website had provided excellent tutorials on their products.
I would expect such a dedicated book to cover deeper topic that could inspire young readers.
