From #1 New York Times bestselling author Susan Mallery comes three fan-favorite tales of sisterhood, love, and fresh starts.
Sweet Talk
The twenty-eight-year-old piano prodigy, Claire Keyes, has never had a regular boyfriend, much less a real romance. Claire is determined to fall in love, or at least in lust, for the first time. Ruggedly sexy Wyatt just might fit the bill. Although he keeps saying that he and Claire come from entirely different worlds, he lights up hotter than a bakery oven whenever Claire is near. If this keeps up, she just might sweet-talk him into her bed...and her life.
Sweet Spot
“Responsibility” should be Nicole Keyes’s middle name. But super reliable Nicole is getting sick of putting everyone else’s needs first. Enter Hawk. The deliciously sexy former NFL player offers Nicole a taste of the freedom she craves. Hawk might be a sweet temptation, but Nicole’s not about to let him get close enough to break her heart. Of course, she might not have a choice in the matter…
Sweet Trouble
Jesse Keyes has changed her ways. With a steady job and a vibrant son, Gabe, she’s in a far better place than when she left Seattle five years ago, pregnant and misunderstood. Now it’s time to go home and face her demons. But Matt, Gabe’s father, makes it clear he hasn’t forgiven her. Jesse doesn’t know if she can make up for her past mistakes, but she can promise to make it worth the trouble....

I enjoy trilogies and love Susan Mallery, so this collection of three books was perfect for me. It is the story of 3 sisters who were estranged for a variety of reasons and the paths they took to find their way back to being a family. Along the way each falls in love with the perfect man for them.
The stories deal with love, family, betrayal, anger, disillusionment, faulty assumptions, and forgiveness. The characters are well developed and become like friends. The reason I didn’t give it five stars is because I get tired of there always being at least one of the characters who is very wealthy. A life where money truly is no struggle seems very unrealistic, at least to me.
But, all in all, this is an enjoyable set of stories with an uplifting happily ever after!
Three great books filled with a thousand emotions. There is humor, loads of angst, sex, anger, and happiness. Three sisters.....one, a concert pianist, has been gone since she was six, one left behind to work in the family bakery and take care of the baby sister, and one who is always in trouble. They each find their own way back to each other and find love and forgiveness. Highly recommend.
I enjoyed each of these books about 3 sisters each of whom has to find ways of getting past what they felt were betrayals by the others. As they each try to get past old issues to help and love each other they must also accept the love and support of the men who love and want to support them.
These three novels are a joy. Each has characters and events that draw in the reader. You will find yourself reading quickly to see what happens next. I will miss these special sisters.
This was a series of three books about sisters and a Bakery about each of their lives and loves also big misunderstanding. I really enjoyed reading each of these books
I loved the stories, so touching and powerful... We are all humans and make mistakes... The power of forgiveness... But I didn't like much the to much explicit sex scenes, that didn't add any to the stories.
I'm not sure which sister I liked best. All three were strong, caring people who got things thrown at them and learned to deal. Each guy was also a nice match...although I think Matt was the hardest to like and I think he was changed too much as a character.
I always enjoy a Susan Mallery book but I especially enjoyed this one. It's one of her earlier series but one I'd missed. I highly recommend this book!
The best way to read a series book is in a bundle. first story made me cry, second story made me laugh, third story made me angry but hopeful. The first Story, about a pianist coming home to take care of her estranged sister while recuperating from surgery. The feelings they each had for each other were totally on the opposite of the spectrum. I was saddened by the relationship between the two. I cried because of the way the characters treated each other. I enjoyed the story line. could see both sides of the problem and felt myself siding with each sister. I forgot it is also a love story but I felt that played out behind the scenes. The second story was a bit more fun. I liked the characters, the way they were interpreted. Did not like the spoiled teen daughter but reading further into the book, understood why she was written that way. Loved how all problems of homelessness and teen pregnancy were added into this story. This story was probably my favorite of all three. The third story I read with dread. I hate vengeance stories. How people with money stop at nothing to get what they want because they have the resources to do it. I seriously thought he was the reason the building burned down and was relieved he was not that mean. I liked the past and present stories because it allows the reader to get to know this character and the circumstances that led to this story. Sure the author touched on a bit of the problems in the first two books but more in a point of view of the sister the stories are about. I was torn with liking the male character but hated him through most of the book. I liked that the author made the female character strong, more mature, and likable. I rallied with her when giving the "cold" shoulder to her love interest. In total, I gave it four stars because in the end it is all about family and how they each overcame their problems to love each other unconditionally.
Three books bundled in kindle ebook format. The first book is about Claire, a famous concert pianist who returns home after more than 20 years to reunite with her twin Nicole and younger sister Jesse. Claire had a very open heart and optimistic way of looking at life. Despite Nicole's attitude toward her twin, Claire is determined to stick around and become a family again. I enjoyed this book but Nicole was brutal to Claire. Nicole is whiny and annoying but at least she that realizes it in the end. I also thought Wyatt was a bit of a jerk to Claire.
The second book has Nicole opening her heart to new love. She meets a new man while going through a divorce from her cheating ex-husband. Nicole doesn't think she can ever trust again until she meets Hawk, a high school football coach and his player Raoul. Nicole was shown in a much better light in this book. Raoul and Nicole's relationship is sweet and Hawk is almost too good to be true except for his relationship with Brittany and his dead wife. Not sure how Raoul can love Brittany when she is such an immature brat though.
The final book in the trilogy takes place five years after the first two. Jesse returns home to prove to her sisters and her ex-boyfriend that she has matured and is ready to resume their relationships. Unfortunately for her, Nicole and Matt and not happy she has returned. We also learn the backstory to their relationship. I feel bad for Jesse in this book. Nicole and Matt treat her horribly. Her son Gabe is trying to get to know his father and all Matt can think about is destroying Nicole. Even after getting to know both of them better. Matt puts the blame for everything on Jesse instead of taking responsibility for his actions from five years before. Nicole is back to being the victim and still doesn't want to listen to a thing Jesse says after 5 years apart.
A fun read exploring the relationships between estranged siblings with various talents and faults.
The first book in the trilogy, "Sweet Talk," focused on Claire, a piano prodigy now in her late 20s, whose sole focus was to reconnect with her twin, Nicole. We got a glimpse of the backstory between Nicole and Jesse's estrangement (the youngest sister) and fought with an ever-cranky Nicole till she gave in and reconciled with Claire.
In the second book, "Sweet Spot," we learned more about Nicole, the proprietor of a popular bakery, where Claire lent a hand during the "Sweet Talk." Nicole's character seemed to develop more depth than Claire's as we saw that although cranky most of the time, Nicole also had a compassionate side that always aimed to do what was right. Jesse flitted in-and-out of the first two books, appearing as a sullen, misunderstood early-20s girl with an inability to express herself in a way that would explain what Nicole thought she'd seen occurring between Jesse and Nicole's soon-to-be ex-husband.
The third book, "Sweet Trouble," brought up five years into the future and filled in the holes as to what Jesse had been up to, how she and Matt had begun their relationship, and where all three sisters were in their lives, with their husbands and children. Jesse's story was the most well-crafted, perhaps because the time-hopping allowed more explanation without it being laid out chronologically.

I would have given this bundle a better rating, but I really only loved one of the books, and the other two were okay.
The three Keyes sisters have all sorts of issues, alot of which are based on misunderstandings and willful choices. I really liked Nicole's story - she is cranky and sarcastic and mean on the outside, but on the inside really just wants to take care of people.
Maybe if I hadn't read these as a bundle I wouldn't have noticed the repetitiveness of them all, but in all three books the sisters get pregnant without meaning to (Claire after her very first sexual encounter, which I know is possible but, face it, is improbable). In Jesse's story, her boyfriend doesn't believe it is his son, so her happy ever after comes five years later. But still.
Well written and enjoyable...just a little too predictable, and a bit repetitive.
Sweet Talk Dude. Dude. Talk about a screwed up family. Twin sisters who hate each other, ripped apart by a child prodigy. Geez. Claire gave up a lot, but was blamed for even more by her twin, Nicole. Sweet Valley high!
Sweet Spot Nicole has some serious anger issues. She can't get along with any of her sisters! Glad it worked out better in the end for her, but dang. Everybody wrongs me!
Sweet Trouble Let's wrap this up in a pretty, little package. The drama with this family is crazy, but I did enjoy reading the books for fun.
Not as good as the stories on the Buchanan brothers, but I was entertained. The best story is the first one about the concert pianist returning home. Each successive book I'm less fond of the hero. In ever did warm up to the hero in the last book as he does some pretty terrible things. However, the writing is good and it keeps me coming back for more.
I enjoyed reading this trilogy. While the characters didn't grab me as much as the Buchanan's did I still enjoyed the story line. I have read most of Ms. Mallery's books and have never been disappointed. Look forward to reading all of her books current and future releases :)
I love this book. It is a great story. Three sisters who all have lived apart for a long time. I love how the youngest sister, Jesse, got Claire into town to help her twin sister, Nicole.
If you are looking for a new series, this is a must read!!
These are good books, and quick reads. My only issue is that all 3 sisters get pregnant, and in the first two books it's the catalyst that brings the hero and heroine together for good. Instant pregnancy isn't my favorite plot device.
I love all of Susan mallery's books. these were no exception. as you are reading them you feel like you knew the characters personally. makes you believe in happily ever after
Although it is easier to read all three books at once, the timeline of the stories felt more awkward, especially in the third novel. They are delightful stories about sisters who would rather yell at each other than solve the problem.
Loved it, but haven't picked up a book I haven't loved by Susan. Every book captures my heart. I don't want to put them down, but then I read them so fast I am sad that they end, and hope that there will be more books about these characters!
I really enjoyed the first two books but wasn't wild about Jesse's book. This was old because after reading Claire's story, I was really pumped to know more about Jesse. Maybe the reading order should have been changed. Yet and still, I love Susan Mallery.
